The employees are always very welcoming and friendly when I come in. I didnt have a mask when I walked in and they had no problem providing me one, since I left mine at home. This location is conveniently located just a couple miles from my house so it makes shipping during work-from-home much easier. I know when I come in here my packages will arrive safely.

I dropped off an item to be printed color, 8 copies card stock on the Friday before Valentines. It’s been almost two weeks. They said they would call when done. I’ve been calling now for days and they still have completed it. When I call they just say they don’t know what to tell me, they’ll call me. After working in printing for 10 plus years in a similar environment I understand that my job should literally take all of 5 minutes to print if that. Also they could prioritize orders in such a way that a small quick order like this could have been done by the end of the day on Friday. It literally wasn’t anything special as far as a job goes.

Ms. Karen was the sweetest, definitely will be coming back whenever I need something printed.

Showed up a few minutes before they were scheduled to close. Doors had not been locked and they had additional customers inside. Was met at door by an employee who said sorry were closed. I said its not even time yet his response were closed. What ever happened to Customer Service, It was not like I was late. My work could have been finished before their stated closing time but they simply didnt care. Nice work !!! Customer First, RIGHT?????

The staff is extremely helpful, and when busy, they methodically wait on customers with a great attitude.

The counter person was so worried about waiting on the rude woman the butted in line that he basically dismissed me and my questions. I will never ship with. That store nor Fedex.

Last night I was at Kinkos trying to get something printed for school. And then the computer had a moment and the manager was really great and I could tell cared about me as a person. She also did something really sweet for my second graders. This kinkos is amazing and has always been, when Ive been there.

I love this place! I need to create signs for my job and they are terrific at increasing the size of my pictures and blowing them up to be seen from a distance. They are professional and know what they’re doing.

Yall driving need to stop putting our boxes by the trashcan by the porch I dont trust anybody to come up and steal it u guys need to tell your drivers to put by the door 🚪 and not outside by the trashcan people to see it it needs to put it where it needs to go by the door not way out of the driveway of my house I dont appreciate of that

Showed up at 5:20 today (Saturday) and the doors are already locked with half of the lights off inside. Employees would not unlock the doors for me, so I am guessing they decided to close early.

They had everything to accommodate my printing, faxing, and emailing needs. However, they are pricey.

Quick in and out. Friendly staff. All area are clean and clear of clutter. Desk supplies readily available ie, staple, paperclips, rubber bands, staple puller. I almost thought I was back at work! Great hours!

These 5 stars are for Karen at the florissant location. Someone got ahold of my debit card. There was a few fed ex charges made on it and u had went in to see if I could get any information to help me in finding who made the charges. She put some information in the system and said if I could find out what location they were made at she would be able to maybe help me. A few days later I found out some charges were done In illinois so I went back asked her if she would check a fed ex in that area. She had to go out of her way to get the phone number there wasnt one listed for that particular fed ex . Shes a great lady . There was sending eral merchants I contacted and she was the only one that went out of her way to help me . And she did it all with a smile . Thank you Karen every thing u did I appreciated it .

They can produce anything. Theyre fast. Last minute needs, they get it done timely. Any issues Ive had, management is quick to resolve with my satisfaction

Went in to have some large posters laminated. Went to OfficeMax first but they said they didn’t have a large enough machine. Came here though and there was no problem whatsoever. Not to mention the prices here are always very reasonable.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The black girl working here was incredibly rude, nasty and unprofessional. I have never been treated so nasty by such an establishment. My visit here will be reported to corporate. I dont like seeing people lose their job, but this girl does not need to be working with people. Im totally disgusted by this establishment.
