My wife and I are from Louisiana and came to Destin for vacation. I went to the pool for a swim at the condo we were staying at and when i was out I went to put my hearing aid on and couldn’t hear a thing. My wife and I went to three different hearing centers and when we got to Gulf Coast Hearing Center there was the doctor and receptionist, both very helpful and nice. The doctor was very attentive and asked to see the hearing aid and went to the back for about 5 minutes and when done came back to me, tried on the hearing aid and i was able to hear perfectly again. He was very professional and I am very thankful for his help, at no charge! God bless y’all 🤩🙌

Awesome! My husband and I are from out of state. He was having problems with his hearing aid. They fixed it right away and no charge. Staff was great. I would go to them if we lived here again. Excellent customer service from a person who worked in customer service for over 40 years. Give them a call

I sent them two emails. One before my exam and one after. They did not respond to either. Benn a few weeks. Still no reply.Guy that gave the exam had a constant smirk on his face. I kind a felt uncomfortable.

This is the best place for me to get my new hearing aids. Tim Smith is very knowledgeable and he is more than willing to help. I highly recommend this place and his service to everyone who needs hearing aids or need solution to their hearing problems. Try him and you will never be disappointed.
