My hearing test was interpreted to me in an understandable way. The professional who performed the test explained what the results of the test indicated about my hearing loss. Perfect experience. I needed hearing aid maintenance, googled Audible, emailed them, and within an hour Melanie called me to schedule an appointment, with only a 3 day wait time. Very responsive to our initial appointment, Doctor Brandon performed the necessary tests to diagnose (almost, totally deaf man) and prepare customized hearing aides. This whole process, so far, only 3 weeks! Very professional support staff . We are very pleased!

I worked on aircraft as a aircraft mechanic all of my working years. The high pitch noise caused a lot of damage to my hearing. Workmen’s compensation pays for hearing aids. I am now on my 5th pair. All were failures except for the last pair I got from U.S. Hearing Solutions. Brandon and Melanie Porter have been very patient with me in getting the right hearing aids and getting them adjusted where they wear and fit good. I have the new Bluetooth ones that tie to my phone. This enables me to make adjustments as my environment changes. Brandon has worked with me in getting all my concerns fixed. The other hearing aids I got didn’t work for my high pitch hearing loss and I only wore them for a short period of time before discarding them. I believe I have finally found a company that will and can provide me with the solution to my hearing loss
