In response to the comment left by Mr. Sikes, please understand that hearing associates is a completely different company. Although our names are similar, Hearing Associates of Fort Walton Beach is contracted with the hospital to provide newborn hearing screenings. Here at Emerald Coast Hearing Associates a Hearing Life Company, we do provide those services in office, and we do our very best to provide a positive customer experience. We can, however, express to you our empathy for your distress.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars on IVF and labor and delivery for our daughter, we received a bill from hearing associates asking for $100. We never authorized a hearing test to the best of my knowledge. Not to mention after paying every red cent we could to the hospital and other organizations that had their hand out, we get a nasty note about collections from hearing associates. Look people, how many folks do you know that have thousands upon thousands of dollars just sitting around waiting to be paid to every bill we receive after having a baby? Get in line and wait your turn at the spigot, because I cant make it flow any faster!
