Went in to look at a purchasing a new phone. DeJon assisted me and was extremely friendly and helpful and I went with her suggestions and made my purchase. She also transferred all my personal stuff from my old phone. I followed up two days later with an small issue I was having and everything was taken care of.

Just went in for a quick question there was no one else in the store she answered my question quickly and I was on my way

After my daughters friend made my husband and I aware that one of their workers was a cam girl I had to come see it for myself. Sure enough the description matched perfectly short, black hair, thick as i don’t know what eyebrows, and kinda chubby. What people do in their free time is never any of my business, but Cricket for your reputation please try to not hire lil Cam Girls. It’s highly unprofessional and considering the evidence i saw i’m not surprised she was one. Could barely fix my phone because she was too busy on hers. GO TO A DIFFERENT CRICKET IF YOU CAN

Got a great deal on a new phone. Ive had Cricket since they first came to Colorado Springs.Never lost my signal, even on the way to Phoenix, AZ.

It took a lady 1 hour to put a glass on my phone and she cracked it trying to get the bubble out of it. I work so I couldnt get there to have them fix it til 6 days later and know that wont fix what they messed up. I would not go to this location or the one on fillmore where the manager works.

My phone, S9,was stuck on mute and I couldnt receive calls. Asked for help. Instead of taking time to help figure this out, they sold me a new phone that I ended up not even needing. After I figured the problem out they refused to take the new phone back. Another $600 paper weight.

I just wanted to say Sophia was so helpful! I was hesitant to go into the store but when I did she instantly greeted me and made me feel welcomed. She helped answer all my questions and got me set up with a plan that will work for my family. This store has a customer for life for as long as she is there! Best customer service hands down!

My family has left Cricket because the store at 7030 S Highway 85/87 has treated all of us extremely rude on a regular basis everytime we went there. The other store that was further North has closed unfortunately ☹️
