If you want something done correctly come to this location. All members of this specific location are knowledgeable. Other locations suck. I was helped by Marquis, Alex, and the day before that I was helped by Mariah. All helped me get my phone fixed, while other locations were lazy. Thank you guys. 😊

Amanda was amazing, she helped my mom when they didn’t want to give her her phone for the second time because they scanned it on the wrong account again. Amanda helped my mom by making sure she got her phone and insisted she got it because my mom was gonna walk out and transfer to a different story. In the need Amanda was very helpful and my mom got what she needed

Do not shop at this store!!! Their customer service is the worst! Instead of calling customer service to get answers for us, they told us to call customer service. After several hours.and issues with our phone upgrade we finally got it resolved at a different location where their customer service skills were above and beyond!!! We will never step foot into this location again. A lot of we dont know, when we asked questions. But they never made an effort to get the answers.

My family and I came here and we got all our Sim cards swapped out and upgraded our phone plan. The person who helped us was Jazmin and she was phenomenal!! She is saving us $1000 a year!!

Im a T-Mobile customer for over 12 years. I’m visiting from out of town, walked into the store, one employee was helping someone and no other customers and two other employees who were leaning across the counter playing on their cell phone. They barely acknowledged me, they didn’t even move from their lounging position when they asked what I needed, like I was bothering them. I told them I needed to take two lines off my plan and replace the screen on the phone that I was taking off my plan. They told me they couldn’t help me, I couldn’t have my screen replaced and I needed to call 611. Really T-Mobile? These girls couldn’t do any customer service?I called 611 and the lady was super friendly assisted me in everything I needed and told me I could have my screen replaced and sent me a link to do it. Not happy at all with this store.

Uninformed staff. Rude and not helpful. I came in to buy an Apple Watch as a gift for someone and was told that it didn’t matter if I bought it outright or not that it had to be connected to the line. I am a tmobile customer but the person it is for is on a different tmobile line. Went directly to the next closest tmobile and they helped me no problem. Bought it and didn’t have to activate it until we come back in.

Now that its T-mobile my wife has nothing but horrible experiences. Everytime that we go there they tell us we cant do that at this store you have to do it online. We drive 20 minutes from where we live to go to another T-mobile store to have it done in minutes. I definitely dont recommend this store. Sprint had better customer service there.

Horrible service. I was there for 45 minutes and of the 3 people working there not one say we’ll be right with you. There were 3 other people behind me and they were all just chatting away with the people they were attending. At some point they need to politely say sir/ma’am, let’s finish helping you because we have other people waiting. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars.

The store manager that I was dealing with told me that my new phone would work with the wireless charger that she sold me I also bought their Otterbox case and a screen protector, the screen protector worked for a week and then cracked for no reason the wireless charger I had to go online and buy an adapter for my phone so that it would charge on the wireless charger and then we installed the wireless charger adapter between my cell phone the case now the case does not fit I went back into the store to let them know hey my $40 screen protector broke and they were like oh well too bad so sad no warranty.

At 7:46 PM on a Friday night, just 14 mins before the store closed, Sales Rep Ryan Everett was eager to help us with a very frustrating billing situation. He took his time reviewing our account and the documents we brought to the store. Our situation dealing with Customer Care over the phone had caused us a great deal of angst and bewilderment. Ryan found the errors in our billing statements and explained exactly how to direct our concerns to Customer Care in order to try and rectify the problem. Ryan was attentive, helpful, and proved to us that he actually cared. We were relieved when we left that we finally had clarity and the leverage to stand our ground. Thanks so much, Ryan!!In regards to Sprints Customer Care, we are very disappointed, to say the least. Additionally, Id like to include that we have overpaid more than twice for mistakes Sprints billing department has made. When brought to their attention, they deny the mistakes and do nothing to correct the problems. Once our so-called lease is up on our devices we will be switching service providers. We will no longer succumb to Sprints dishonesty, greed, and straight up thievery.

Wow! What an amazing experience we had at this Sprint store yesterday. All of our questions answered and the service was the best customer service I believe I have ever received. Seriously. It was time for me to upgrade my phone, so I called my local Sprint store to check out my options. When I called I was pleasantly greeted by Josh. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. After chatting a bit I decided to go in and look into what was available. Annalysa is the BEST phone service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had spent hours on the phone with customer service, running around in circles and even being hung up on. I went into Sprint to change my carrier, and cancel my service, but she made everything right and made me want to stay. She is the sole reason I am still with Sprint, and she is remarkable.

Took my phone into Sprint because Best Buy sold me a phone without a SIM card. Gary helped me out and was extremely patient in helping us through the process of getting a new SIM card set up in the new phone. We ran into a couple problems that made it seem like we may be stuck taking it back to the seller, but Gary came through and was able to do everything he could and was able to pull off a miracle and get the phone working and ready to go. Not only was Gary extremely helpful on switching out my phone but updating my account information. They always make it the most friendly smooth process as possible and that is always wonderful for anyone. This store and the associates are hands down amazing. From start to finish the service we received was 5* quality, from offering waters to the entire family to making our kids feel welcomed. As a business owner, I must stay accessible and mobile. I came into the store with multiple issues with my phone and service. Corey and Mariah we able to address those issues and solve them expeditiously.The only downside was that my phone was not in stock and they had to get it shipped from Parker to get me set up the next day.

The customer service is so slow. We have been waiting an hour to be helped. All Im trying to do is purchase a phone. It is the holiday season and there is only two employees working. They have not given any other customers any attention. Two customers have walked out since I been sitting here and one of the workers sarcastically said ok see you later as they walked out. You are losing business due to their customers service or their lack of customer service.

The staff has never once been able to help me or answer my questions. Every time I have entered the store I have either told to call customer care, do it online, or to go to another store where they can help me. Maybe if the staff was incompetent but friendly and polite itd be acceptable it but the staff is typically been rude.

The associates are nice BUT it has literally been one thing after another with them not telling me things. It hasnt stopped. I had to get my phone fixed AFTER I signed all the paperwork for sprint in order for them to take the phone as trade-- he didnt bother looking at my phone or asking. Then he made me buy two screen protectors that I now no longer need after having to get my phone fixed and ALL SCREEN PROTECTORS ARE FINAL SALE. On top of ALL that a week after signing up they tell me a portion of my pay off goes to my bill and that Im responsible for the remaining balance of my ATT phone after I get the card that takes 4-8 weeks..... I understand that phone companies do things backwards and the long way around but all this info upfront (they knew how it works) would have been more helpful and left me a happier customer-- and lets not forget my SERVICE IS AWFUL. I will be switching as soon as I can.

Gary, Travis, Annalysya (sorry if misspelled) are amazing. Both times I have been in store they have treated me with nothing but respect and decency. Travis drove all the way from another store to get me our sprint drive same day we switched from T-Mobile. Anna spent hours setting our phones up and dealing with the tedious porting from T-mobile. After receiving a billing error Gary battled rep after rep on my behalf to get us the promotion we signed for. This store is full of rockstars and are genuinely here to take care of you. As a previous employee of Verizon and previous customer of T-mobile I am nothing but satisfied with this store. If i could give ten stars I would.

I went in to the store to change some information regarding my billing. Gary greeted me as soon as I walked in and started helping me. He took the time to log in to my account, stop my current payment info, make a payment for me and work on getting my new information set up. He then took the time to let me know about, not only how I could save money, but how I could get more bang for my buck. I walked out of the store paying less money then when I walked in and got more data and a pocket wi-fi. He recognized that my current plan wasnt working for me and what I needed. He took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal for my needs. I really appreciated it and will, definitely, stay a Sprint customer for years to come!

I had the best wireless consultant...Andy Mccray!! This guys priority is what is best for the customer not a sale. I shattered 2 phones and he helped me order a case, screen protector, helped start the claim. Then when i got everything in I brought it all too Andy and he put everything together. 10 minutes before closing i decided to try my luck on a new phone at the local sprint store in fountain. doubtful that i would get the help i wanted let alone the quality of service i wanted in such a short time before closing. i was totally wrong and more than amazed at the quality of customer service that i received from Mariah. being in the customer service industry myself this was beyond amazing. her customer service was so great i called my daughter up so she can get her a phone and at this time the store was already closed and she agreed to wait for her. this is great and i will continue to use the fountain store. i normally work with Gary when i come here but today was his off day but she even agreed to make sure he would get the credit, now how awesome and selfless is that. im still in shock as im writing this review. thanks so much sprint fountain, co and Mariah for you professionalism.
