Brad is a very nice guy and so is Rich too. I think these guys are trustworthy and go a great job. I think they are understaffed... so if you want quality work plan on it taking time. So set your expectations knowing that they are not a large group and you will get quality work

Had my 98 C230 towed in for engine running hot, also had an assortment of things to check out and report. in 24 hours or so they had repairs completed, and replaced only what was needed. very satisfied customer!!Brad and his guys have my trust from now on. i would highly recommend City Imports for youre Euro Car service needs!!!!

They had my car for 6 months to reprogram my ECU in my BMW. Repeated lies and not telling me the truth about my car. I decided to get my vehicle and tow it home. Only to find out that it was hit while in there care 4 months prior. I was also told my issues were a “wire harness” problem. The desk guy who I will not name chose not to tell me months before that my car was hit. He also used my information to negotiate with my insurance company to handle the claim (which is illegal) without my knowledge of it until “4” months later after I found out about it. My car was considered totaled until I stepped in to fight for repairs and had to come out of pocket for it to save it from the junk yard. I hope the owner and him read this post because we known each other for over 10 years. And you know who wrote this post. You’d think after so much time of building a relationship with a mechanic you wouldn’t get treated in the worst way. And I’ve been proven wrong.I’ll never forget this.

I used this shop a few weeks ago to get the compression bags on our Mercedes-Benz GL 450 done. They did a great job and got us in and out quickly. Everyone at the shop was so nice! I definitely recommend this place.

THE BEST AUTO SHOP TO FIX OLD JAGS.

I got a alignment done and they charged me $145. I think that’s to much. I would never go there again. I’m a United States Navy Combat War Veteran and I feel cheated.

The worse experience I’ve had with a shop, and I had high hopes for them.. they take your kindness for weakness, never follow up with your calls, they make promises they can’t keep.. Front desk guy is just a puppet, not sure how he holds his position with 0 customer consideration...City imports my car for almost 2 months and touched it maybe twice? Very vague diagnosing, I could’ve taken apart the entire car in that time and they blamed it on a general harness issue. Right.. *scoffs* please do yourself a favor and steer clear... the gall, the nerve, for shame for shame. I called them at the end of June for an update and they instead charged me for a vague diagnosis to “close out their month” Can’t believe I thought these guys were at ALL reputable.

I have utilized City Imports for a while with a classic auto. I purchased this auto and had a lot of work done, including body & mechanical. All I can say is that they are the absolute best! They have a real focus on high level customer service. They have documented, extensively, all work including photos, so I can retain value. City Imports has provided me with confidence in this vintage vehicle and I am now using their services for my modern autos.

Really hoped City Imports would work out as it’s difficult to find a shop willing to work on an exotic.Good- Work completed as promisedBad- Damage to fiberglass body panels- Body panels noticeably misaligned- Interior was dirty - dirt, grease, water stains, etc. Was obviously left out in the rain.- Paid three times more than what was quoted- Took six weeks when it should have taken, at most, one- They asked for payment after the first week to “close out their month”- Zero communication. I had to call them every week for updates. Never followed-up on any of my calls.

Took my Volvo into them and they were GREAT!! Took it to another guy before them and he just gave me a bunch of BS. Its finally nice to find a good shop and people you can trust in todays age.

I was quoted a price of more than 6,000.00 dollars, a friend lead me to city lmports Ltd. They repaired my car for about 1,200.00 . That was 6 .months ago.my car is still driving like new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP.

I had to take my car back 5 times because the same light kept coming on. Even then they still couldnt fix it. Finally decided to take it to Mercedes Benz dealership and they fix it right away with great customer service. Havent had any trouble with my car since then. City imports ltd just took $2,000 and never fixed the problem which was very simple fix. Horrible service here. Will never go there or tell anybody else too. Horrible service!!!!!😡😈👿

Had an older Defender towed for extensive electrical work after they told me they could work on it. I was called a day later, was lied to about when they looked at it, was insulted over the phone in regards to my vehicle, they claimed it was in too poor condition to work on, and they never once apologized for me having to tow my car to and from their shop. This car is a daily driver and in fine condition aside from it need new wiring. The were also annoyed that another shop in the area had done work on it.I wouldnt really have minded if they had just said that they were unable to work on the car, but they made up other reasons (which were insulting to me and my vehicle which I have put a ton of effort into). Poor business practices coupled with a rude and abrasive manager. I dont recommend this place. They market themselves as enthusiasts but clearly are nothing of the sort.

Do not take your car here!!!!!! They will lie about what is wrong and cheat you if you let them. So Untrustworthy. I had my 1992 300sl Mercedes towed to them because it wouldnt start and the dash lights didnt come on. The next day Brad called and said it was my Ignition Control Module and the part cost $2,790.00 and then Id need ignition coil, plugs and my fuel system flushed and it would be right around $4,000.00. I said that is more that the car is worth! (My car is worth more because Ive kept it in pristine shape) I asked if theyd install a used one. He said yes but theres no guarantee. I went on line and found RMT who would rebuild mine for $389.00. I also called Claude at Autohaus in Millersville, my regular mechanic for 15 years and he thought 4k was outrageous. I scheduled an appointment. When I called Brad back he barked at me I told you twice to call me on the other number. Rude! I had the car towed home and it was starting fine. They had put my convertable top up but didnt remove my $600.00 wind blocker and the roof wasnt closed all the way on one side. it could have broken. So ShoddyI overnighted my Ignition Control Module to Rebuild Master Tech or RMT and they just emailed me that they thoroughly checked out my Ignition Control Module and it was fine!!!! So City Imports had completely lied and were trying to cheat me.Bottomline:Brad said I needed a $2790.00 part and to fix what the part had contaminated it was going to be around $4,000.00. I towed the car home. I sent the part to be rebuilt atRMT and they told me the $2790.00 part that City Imports said I needed to replace IS FINE!!!!!!Im taking it to Autohaus in Millersville Md. Autohaus couldnt see me as quickly so I tried City Imports. What a dishonest place.

I had extensive work done on two cars I recently acquired, a historic Jaguar and an Opel Gt. They did a great job. Expensive, but they are experts. I later had a small item break on my Opel and they fixed it for free. The owner spent most of his career at the Rolls Royce factory in England and two of his mechanics have been with him for decades. They know British cars. I have owned several MGs, Austin Healeys, Land Rovers, Jaguar, Opel, Alfa Romeos, classic Fiats, Lancia, Porsches, and other classics. I can tell they know what they are doing. Im so glad to have a shop like this in the area. Knowing I can take them here makes me more comfortable owning the cars I like.

Promises not kept, car has been acting up for 6 months they cant get it right. very dissapointed.

They show you OEM parts but they only put aftermarket parts and overcharge you.. and when you ask about their job they start to yell!DONT GO THERE

I used to go there to get my car fix after 2 weeks the same thing happens but he charging me for it and some of his prices are higher than the dealers so I took my car to the dealers havent had any problems with that sense
