Janelle does my lip injections for me! Let me tell you, I look forward to this! She numbs me up super good. Very sterile process. She tells me what she’s doing and when she’s going to do it. I’m always in love with the results and I’ve never bruised. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s also an amazing person. She’s so easy to talk to and actually hooked me up with the dermatologist and we fixed my face too! 10/10 recommend!

Dr Grimm and staff are terrific!They take the time to clearly explain my diagnosis, treatment & how the prescribed medications work. They do not rush and clearly care about their patients.Definitely worth the 45 minute drive to see them.Highly recommend!

So I am extremely picky and have the highest standards ever, as I model. I cant recommend Janelle, Sheena or Trish enough! Janelle is AMAZING. She keeps me young! She knows what shes doing and its like going to see a friend every time I go in for my Botox and lips. Sheena is also a sweetheart! I get facials there monthly and shes very knowledgeable and my results are amazing. Trish did my cheek filler yesterday and I went from a 0 to a 10 😂 She spent so much time with me making sure it was perfect and I appreciate that! Most people rush you in and out and she was a gem. I wouldnt go anywhere else ever. Great group of people!🖤

Amazing drs and staff that guided our breast reduction surgery.

I could not have picked a better place to go and get my breast reduction. All of the staff were helpful and caring from my first visit.Dr. Zasuly and his nurse Pam helped me every step of the way. They also took time to out to answer all of my questions. One thing I’ll never forget is getting the surgery during the pandemic, when none of my family could be there. Dr. Zasuly told me “don’t worry. You have me” Nice words to hear before you get on the operating table. He also FaceTimed my mom with me before surgery and told her I’d be okay.

Dr. Elizabeth OConnor is amazing! I had reconstruction after having a double mastectomy and radiation. I had very little discomfort and the healing process went very well. You will not be disappointed with Dr. OConnor and her staff.

Nicholas Grimm has done an amazing thing. He figured out a itching problem I had for years and no other clinics had a clue as to what was going on. In 15 minutes he told me what I had, he prescribed a suave, and its been great since. Cant thank him enough.

LOVE THE RESULTS! I had a consultation with the team at BayCare about getting a chemical peel and Botox. Both specialists were amazing!Janelle took her time in the consultation, answering all my questions as it was my first time. She listened and used her expert opinion on what would be best for me. During every interaction with her I always felt she had my best interest at heart.After the session she scheduled a follow up to go over results and answered more questions.I cant recommend Janelles work enough and have been telling all my friends to visit her. Also, they have a rewards/referral program that help with coupons/money off if a friend refers you.It was nice to work with a team that have passion for what they do; I highly recommend them!

Have seen both Janelle and Sheena for different aesthetic related needs over the past few months and love them both! Pamela was my first nurse to give me my injections on my on my breast reconstruction and her bed side manner is of the upmost and she was so informational and detail orientated and todays clinical visit, we requested to have Pamela to do the injections from this day forward. I am very pleased about everything that she does and says and is so very friendly, she basically makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. I have been going to Plastics Surgery & Skin Specialist ever since Dr. O’Connor did my reconstruction surgery after diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. I can not say enough about her and the rest of their staff. I have since seen Janelle and Sheena for various cosmetic procedures. Everyone is amazing!!

DO NOT get any facial services done here. I had a peel done and was told it would be slightly pink like a mild sunburn. See the photo, this is 5 days later! Upon returning and demanding to see a doctor (yes demanding as they wanted to me to see the same esthetician who performed the peel) they were very rude and did not see an issue with my face. I was told, you dont know how aesthetics work. I feel like their main concern was to cover their own bases. Everything is fine there until there is a problem...then customer service goes out the window. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!!!!!! Also, in other reviews they suggest calling Customer Service, but there is not such department. You speak to the billing department. I was told there is a Quality Control department but I am not allowed to speak them. They will only communicate in writing. This is not surprising!!!!!!!!!! Janelle is great. I’ve had two appointments with her so far and both times the results were perfect. I’d never had anything done before I went to her, and she answered all my questions & made me feel very comfortable, which I appreciated a lot.

I have never left a review before but after my experience with Janelle I feel compelled to do so. I was a little nervous going into my first appointment but my nerves quickly faded as she spoke and was so sincere and understanding of what I wanted. During the procedure she talked me through it and I felt as though I was just hanging out with a friend. When I looked in the mirror I was so happy that I was almost brought to tears. I could not be more excited with the results but more importantly I’m so glad I found Janelle. After a couple experiences elsewhere that made me hesitant to ever go back I’m so thankful that she took her time with me and my results have made me feel better about myself than I ever have before. Do NOT get hair removal done here.When they were still at their ashwaubenon location, I received laser hair reduction and was left spending 1-4 weeks recovering in excruciating pain after each of my 7 treatments.During my initial consultation, I said I wanted to get electrolysis done after doing the research on my own. Kelly steered me to do laser instead and the results were God awful.When brought to the attention of the doctor on site, she said it was likely due to my olive skin and tanning to much (I dont go tanning, and had told her that multiple times). She offered me a jar of burn cream and sent me on my way.Had posted this same review on their previous page from their last location as well as on their Facebook page and they took the Facebook review photo down because it was not representative of the service they provide.Nonetheless, I wish I had have avoided the place entirely or at least received the procedure I went in there asking for, but instead I was given laser treatment which was apparently not good for my olive skin and it left me with roughly 70% hair reduction and scars to last me a life time.Its rather sad in my opinion that they consider this to be acceptable based on their standards of service and will continue to get away with it. But hey, youve been warned.
