They really need to make a distinct line area for checking out especially for when busy. Customers just stand around all over the front in no form of a line and cut In front of each other. Love the products tho just need more up front organization

This was my first time in Ulta. I walked in the door and someone immediately offered to assist me. I was there to buy an Estee Lauder make-up, which a web search led me to believe they carried. Alas, most Estee Lauder products are only available for order online.I was disappointed but they told me they carried a similar product, and then worked diligently to find me a color match. I was also assured that I could return it in 90 days if I was dissatisfied, even if Id opened it. I thought that was pretty good service.The store has sonmany different products, i found it quite overwhelming, and unless youre a regular youll probably need help finding things. I also found checkout to be slow, perhaps because the clerks spent time badgering guests into providing phone numbers. I had to say no thanks at least 3 times!

Went here to get an estimate of how much they thought it would cost and approximately how many appointments I would need to get my hair from a mixture of colors to like a metallic gray. (My hair was mostly dark but still had remnants of box dye in it giving it the multiple colors.) Ashley was very honest and told me that it would take probably three or more sessions because we would have to lighten my hair by a lot. I have pretty thick, long hair so the first lightening session took quite some time. Ashley told me I would be there for some hours because of my hair being as thick and long as it is. I have two sessions down of my lightening and can get my hair colored in about 2 weeks! Im super excited and am very happy with the work Ashley has done so far! Thank you girl youre awesome! Also she helped me find products that were great for my hair and to help keep it healthy throughout this process.

Love this store! So much great stuff! If you shop the deals and use the coupons you can get great make-up for reasonable cost.

Good selection of makeup, hair dryers and curling tools. A decent amount of hair products. No hair diffusers, no sleeping bonnets.

I like ulta in general.PSA: false advertising when they say they do “Benefit lashes full set with individual lashes”. It’s not that- it’s basically false eyelashes they glue to a band and then onto your eye. Just be careful. Something that looks too good to be true...always is.

My girls and I go to Ulta almost every time we come to Green Bay. We have noticed the atmosphere has been changing the last slew times we have been in there. Tonight was the topper of it. The employees are rude and completely unprofessional. We were rudely confronted from Katelyn who is an employee and from the tone and how she spoke we left the store without buying a thing. We actually put our item done and walked out. I am not sure if we will step foot in the Green Bay store again. We will most likely continue to buy online and use other stores. Very rude employees!!

Haley has been my hair stylist for many years and I only trust her with my hair. She is tremendously talented not only in hair styling, but I trust her ingenious vision in finding the right color for my skin tone…something I tried to do on my own for years. She creates a cut that compliments my face shape, my winter hair style (straight or soft curls) and my summer hair style (curly). Her cuts always make me feel like I’m having a “great hair day”, and what’s better than that! Haley is not only an impressive hair stylist she’s a one-stop shop for when I need advice on hair products, make-up and other beauty products. She makes me feel valued and respected and treats me like family. If you’re looking for a stylist that cares about you and your hair as well as your beauty consider Haley. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We went here for my wife to get a quick cosmetic item. There is quite a large selection of items, especially on clearance. We found a number of items for our daughters and they also have a great selection of mens items.

I would like to start with saying in general the service was great, but check out was a little over the top as the cashier was very insistent upon giving my phone number for rewards but I didnt want to give a number . She was a little over the top other than that in general staff was helpful.

After watching a tutorial of a hairstyle I wanted to try, I learned the product I needed was sold here. This was my 1st visit & will be my last. After I did not want to share my telephone number the cashier became rude & condescending. Ill just order it from Amazon when I need more. I gave it 2 stars because the manager was very apologetic & nice.

I used to really enjoy coming here. But now, I’m not so sure. I’m not sure if it’s a switch in management or not, but the customer service in this store has gone way down. The last 4 times I’ve been in this store nobody has offered to help me. And if I look for someone, there’s no one around. Maybe it’s my fault for not speaking out. And even if I do see someone I start to go up to them, they give me a look, and I walk away. I’m just going to stick to ordering online or driving down to Appleton!

I really wouldn’t even go as far to rate it 1 star..I got my hair done at the salon last week and it is AWFUL! It was my first time going to their salon and I will never return. Shanna was my stylist, she did not discuss prices with me, or explain what she was doing and how some of the things she was doing were going to be extra charges. So when I got to the register to pay I was very surprised to find out my shoulder length blonde hair was costing me over $300. Yes. OVER $300. I have gone to Aveda salons for years and have never been charged that much for a full highlight. I also walk out a lot happier. My hair is brassy and my roots are dark which she charged me extra to “blend” my roots. I have never been more unimpressed. I was refunded, but that was an issue as well. They took down my Ulta card information (Yes the whole card number, expiration date, etc) and had to re-charge me days later instead of just refunding me the correct amount the first time.Now I go on my Ulta app to check my points and see they deducted $300 worth of points, and never returned the $200 something I was ended up charged. The salon experience is making me never want to shop at this store ever again. GET IT TOGETHER!

I have had my hair done a couple times there and have always enjoyed the finished product. My favorite employee there, however, is Charity, she does my facials and she always wants to make sure I’m comfortable and she is excellent at her job. She tells you step by step what she’s doing and what you can expect next during the appointment. She’s also ready to help with any skin questions or concerns outside of an appointment. If you’re Thinking about trying out one of the skin services they offer go through Charity. She always makes sure you’re aware of add on services without pressuring you and You won’t be disappointed.

Very helpful. I went in looking for specific perfume, couldnt find samples or testers of what I wanted, but they were able to find testers for me. I then asked about an obscure hair product which they used to carry. They looked, asked 2 other people and then kindly told me they no longer had it. Excellent customer service.

I was just in here Sunday March 8th, 2020. I was disgusted to say the least. Even before I walked in, the window display area that faces the outside was filled with garbage debris and dirt. That was just the beginning. The tester makeup areas were not kept up. It was gross to see the makeup smeared all over the displays. I understand that customers do this but there were associates standing around when they could be helping with the upkeep of the store. The garbage on the floor were so full they had overflowed with dirty Kleenexs and cotton balls full of makeup. And to make matters worse there was a line of 24 people waiting to check out with 1 cashier, while 4 other employees held a conversation behind the counter. As I approached the cashier had finally called for assistance. But the lack of common courtesy and awareness of the staff was disappointing.

Ulta is great! They have so many products to choose from.I cant say enough about my stylist Haley Van Den Busch.Shes amazing and really listens to what you want. If youre looking to make a change or just be beautiful shes your girl 😎😍

There was nobody at the Mac counter and people were just using the make up in a very unsanitary manner. There was a blonde chick and a guy with super curly hair just chilling by the perfumes...like I thought they were just obnoxious customers by the way they were acting.. come to find out they actually work there!!! The place was messy and look unkempt.I usually like this place but its usually 40/60 when you go there now. Sucks.

All kinds of selections. Staff is very knowledgeable. Had the manager help me choose a foundation and she was very nice.

The blonde lady working back by the higher end skin care was an Ulta angel!!! I came from the gym looking like a hot mess and she felt my face and knew exactly what to do with my skin type. Bought some lotion and B.B. creme and I have been looking GOOD ✨

Haley Van Den Busch does mine and my hudband’s hair and always always always makes sure that we both look great and love our hairstyles & color. She is knowledgeable about color and cuts my curly hair perfectly. We love her!

Had my hair done by at least three different people there. Coloring never stayed in for a weeks time. For the amount they charge it should hold longer than that. I’ve gone to other ulta salons and never had a problem. Also another girl over processed my hair and damaged it. Then the last straw after trying to have it fixed the stylist booked two of us around same time. She was still working on other persons hair most of my appointment time. Just to be told she didn’t have time to finish my hair because it was closing time. Yet no discount was given. I paid full price for not even full service. I won’t be going here for hair. At least not to this location.

Its 2019 almost 2020 and we still only have 3 foundation shades for people of color and the ONLY black owned make up brand (juvias place) that covers a wide range of skin tones is some how on the drug store side and about $18-$20 for one foundation. How the hell am I supposed to enjoy my make up experience when Im being told that prestige makeup brands dont cater to p.o.c

Absolutely love the Ulta Salon. My stylist is really awesome and works really hard to make sure I leave with a hairstyle I like. Ive been burned before by rude stylists/bad haircuts, so its really awesome that theyre so honest and work so hard to make my hair looks great. Thanks everyone!

Great place, friendly staff, but they werent carrying and silk sleeping caps or a spatula for applying masks. They did however have a bomb deal on sugar bear hair care! Always my first place to check for hair products or makeup stuff 🤷

Everyone is so wonderful there! Leah at the Brow Bar is a total sweetheart and Erin in the salon is awesome! I always feel and look my best after my visits there!

Ive been going to the salon in Ulta for years. I stumbled upon my hair technician at that time and shes wonderful. My hair does what it wants when it wants and the styles Ive always had compliment it each time.

Friendly staff. Awesome deals. Shampoo/Conditioner I was buying at Wal-greens was $3 cheaper at Ulta, plus buy-one-get-one half off. And Wal-greens stopped carrying the flavor I like. Ulta had a big selection, especially of the sulfate-free shampoo I prefer. Ill definitely be doing more shopping there!
