Looking for a great market with a wide array of items. Look no further as this market has many great things to offer. First off, this area really needed a great market.They have a huge selection of cheeses, cakes, beer, wine, and so much more. There is also a bar where you can grab a beer or coffee.Here are two reason I gave it a four star rating.The customer service throughout the store is spotty. Some days you get greeted by all and other days you just get ignored. The bathroom also always struggles to remain clean.But, overall this store is great and you really should go check it out!

Passed by this newly renovated Loews Foods and liked it just as much as the one in the Five Forks area, where I live. Love the bakery, especially. They have great meats & produce. You can get any kind of coffee at Boxcar and sandwiches and individual pizzas at the Sammies counter. We lived in North Carolina and are very familiar with this food store.

Bakery is very informative and helpful. They will go out of their way to accommodate the customer. And friendly to boot!

Pricey but worth it. A very Blue Ridge Mountains version of Publix if you had to compare it. Service and selection were great-- we love the coupons they send out every week and their everyday deals are awesome.

Great selection of Easter Candy. Nice clean store. Masks required, Carts are wiped down, Social distancing in place. Just Love ❤️ the store.

I thought Lowes Foods was a division of Lowes Home Improvement. Was I so very wrong. All I wanted was to buy strawberries, not to sign up for anything plus I dont think that I received: a) military veteran discount; b) a senior citizen discount. The Male cashier was way to focused on my Service Animal and way to focused on getting me to sign up. What was I to sign up for?? I have no idea or clue what I was signing up for. That was never explained at all.. The percentage chance of me shopping at this Lowes Foods is very small _ about point 000000000000000000001 percent.

I realize this has not fully turned over to an official Lowes yet... but it has a long way to go. First of all, it stinks. The store just stinks, just like Bi Lo did. It has a terrible smell like old food or fish. Secondly, the front is filthy. It is so nasty that I cannot believe a grocery store in this area would let itself look this way....I mean the whole large area around the carts is gross. You would never see this at Publix. Lastly, the hallmark of a nasty cheap grocery store is how well the cold items are treated. Just like when this was Bi Lo, the ice cream is always mushy (even from the back) and the cold items are not quite cold enough. This causes them to go bad way before the expiration dates. I was really looking forward to NOT having a Bi Lo but so far this place is just like a nasty Bi Lo. I hope they will get it together because I would like to shop there more often.

Big improvement from the first phase after the closing of BI-LO. Great selection of wine and beer. Enjoy shopping here and no complaints.

Wow, what an amazing refresh and grand reopening on Thursday of this week. The store was buzzing with activity, the shels were fully stocked and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. If you havent Lowes Foods or this store, give it a tryCongratulations to the Lowes team!

This store is Immaculate! Fantastic and unique selections, the store is beautifully stocked and clean, the produce is fresh, the meat is great quality, and their baked goods are just beautiful!

I love this store. The set up and layout of the floor makes items easy to find. This store is currently under a re-design of the former BILO at this location. I cant wait the final product(some time around the end of SeptemberI hear). Its going to be set up like the stores at Five Forks and the Greer location across from Riverside High School. Ye-ah!

My wife and I went for the fist time on Wednesday to see if they had any cakes for my birthday. We only bought 8 items and ready to leave but told the cashier there were 10 items on the slip. We had been doubled scanned on two of them. The cashier was rude when we showed the mistake and then had to wait for a manager to correct it. I also bought sushi since the sign read 4.99 on Wednesdays but after getting home found was charged 11.99. Was this a third mistake, do I can a keen eye for sushi? I was home and had opened it so not going back for that or anything else. My grocery bill is over 500.00 a month. I cannot afford to shop at a store that makes 2 to 3 errors on a 70.00 transaction. Thanks for making my birthday special. I will not be going back.

A bit too expensive for me. They just changed from Bi-lo, where I shopped for years. They havent finished getting the place right so hopefully it will get better

I have been very happy with Lowes Foods. They are the closest grocery store for us and replaced the Bi Lo that was previously at that location. I was worried their prices would be high, but they are right in line with other stores in our area. AND, they have a wide variety of products that you cant always find elsewhere, including local products. Its a great store!

I love other Lowes foods locations, this one is still in progress. Once finished, I am sure it will be just as great as the others.

We were happy to hear there was another Lowes grocery opening. Lowes is really a cool grocery store. They are converting a BiLo into a Lowes. As long as it is taking, one wonders if it may not have been quicker to bulldoze the BiLo and build a Lowes from scratch. They seem to be having some management problems also as their inventory is spotty and they have half a dozen shopping carts full of discounted slow moving inventory. The other Lowes do a much job of stocking.

The renovations are also difficult for the employees. John from Produce and Mathew one of the stores Managers went above and beyond to help me and we appreciate their support and suggestion

I love Lowes Foods. The meat department people are always so helpful and get you exactly what you want. Just wish there was one over near TR.

Lowes Food is more than a store. It is a family market, a gem. Quality food, and may I say their fried chicken is heaven! They maintain cleanliness, and their crew is the most welcoming.

I would rate less if negative ratings were allowed. The absolute worst customer service ever. My question was is there a registered open. The answer I received was a head toss and no . No suggestion of options just no . I know I dont spend more than $2OO.OO a week . However I will never shop at lowes foods again and I Will encourage everyone I know to not waist their time supporting a company that thinks this behavior is acceptable.

I really like Lowes Foods! Right now they are remodeling the front entrance so it is a little bit messy! It is a great place to get specialty type items that you cannot find in a lot of the grocery stores!

Was good until I got some dry chicken a few weeks ago. They promised to replace the chicken next time I come in, which was today (two weeks after). Person I talked to said theyd leave a note for the manager.Since no one could find the note, they actually asked me if I still had a receipt from two weeks ago, and offered to give me either one 8 piece or a rotisserie chicken from the case that had been sitting out all day.Look...I get that its not always possible to replace fresh items right away. But as it stands, Lowes Foods at Pelham promised me two fried 8pc chicken dinners, and when i came to collect I was offered half of that in chicken that had been sitting out all day drying up.When you run into an issue like this, dont lose the note, and if you do, is it worth a gift card or something for the price of those chicken dinners to not lose a customer?Wont be back until this is resolved, which I dont look for it to be.

This is now a Lowes Food store. It was a Super Bi-lo before. They are currently (March 2021) remodeling it to deliver the Lowes ambience. Nice broad food selection.

We love Lowes but this one is different from the original ones which is upsetting, but it does have a bigger selection and the staff is helpful and friendly. The one downside is the coffee babar doesnt make their treats there.

Very well organized and clean, they provided sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer upon entrance. The carts sanitized also. Very happy with my visit here!

This Lowes foods is not my regular store,( We shop the suber road store) and it was going thru a major renovation at the time we were there but knowing how nice and clean Lowes keeps there stores and the specialty shops all around the perimeter of the store, this store is going to be a favorite of all who shop in the Pelham road area.

Store looks like a construction site . Should have provided a hard hat when entering the door. Employees were rude and lurked around behind my wife and I the entire time we shopped. Not only was I insulted but alittle on aggravated side that we were treated like common criminals. Will never spend another dime inside the establishment.Joshua Kirby Sr.

As a loyal customer shopping in your store multiple trips weekly, I was scolded by an employee behind the counter at customer service this morning as I attempted to retrieve one mask from the box displayed for customer use. I carefully touched ONE mask within the box that sat below the several on top that had ear loops tangled amongst one another. As the employee walked over, I commented I was attempting to get a new mask. She sternly replied that now they were ruined and she would have to thrown allllll the others away.It was neither my fault nor problem that the masks near the top had ear loops that were tangled. I simply attempted to politely follow the requested mandate posted on the front entrance.I guarantee the amount lost due to the masks that I supposedly “ruined” does not begin to touch the amount that your employee caused your store to lose as I take my business elsewhere.

What a joke of a grocery store. All items are horribly over priced. Very rude employees. Very few cashiers and the self checkouts constantly errors out. Will never come back
