This is one of my favorite groceries store. Although most of the sections were awesome, the bakery section and specifically the breads area was 2 star. Bread was to dark not golden brown or in the case or wheat bread they were burned. Sundays is not a good place if you want fresh Bread.

Wonderful Publix!! Have had a few issues with the freshness of produce, but the staff, in all departments, has always been WONDERFUL!! We are here a few times per week, and will continue to visit.

They have the best wings EVER and theyre are decent size with a good bit of meat on the wing. I hate buying wings from a place and then theres not any meat on the wing to eat hardly. They have alot of different flavors to choose from as well. Definitely recommend getting wings from Publix!

Publix I mean where can you go wrong. Their service and willing to help you goes above and beyond A job. And dont even get me started on Publix bakery...... Theyre bread and cakes oh my goodness it is crazy insane!!! Just an overall outstanding place To shop. Oh and theyre deli and there boars head sandwiches..... Are so good!!!!

Always enjoyed Publix locations and this one is no exception. Good service, always stocked, and always friendly. Can sometimes be more pricey than other stores, but you’re getting quality products. Has a decent selection of organic foods to choose from and a good bakery with custom cakes. Their buttermilk cake mix tastes much better than other stores’ customized cakes.

Very clean and helpful at this store. A little high on some things however most of the time its well worth it.

Shop at this location sporadically coming down from our homesite - It is in a very convenient location and I am very grateful for that.

I am a dedicated Publix shopper. My regular Publix is on Wade Hampton. However, when I spend the weekend at my brothers place I shop at University Square.

This is a great location. They have a good selection of products and exceptional service. They have just about anything you could want, and have been good about acquiring and trying out specific products that they don’t carry if you bring it up to a staff member.

Nice, clean store. The staff are super friendly. Generally friendly vibe at the store. Hoping they will increase the selection though, increase produce area, etc. Bit too limited on options. Would be nice to have self checkout as well, though not sure of reasoning for this (for example if for staff jobs then Im on board).

I can always find what I need when I shop here. The prices are decent and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

If youre looking for en excellent food to take home thats a really good option, I always choose the chicken tender with buffalo sauce. And the bakery is really good also.

I usually use their bakery for everything & deli and actually last week I had to go in there twice to get a cake from the bakery and I wanted some bread sliced the girl that was working in the bakery had an attitude and when I asked her if she could cut the bread she said I just clean the machine like aren’t you supposed to clean it after every time you use it and she rolled her eyes and I waited for 10-15 minutes to get her to ask me if I needed anything. That’s the first time I ever got any bad customer service from the store

Pharmacy : Ive had my RXs with Publix for 15 years, 5 at this location. Location of the pharmacy is terrible, right by the entrance doors and zero privacy. Willing to overlook that until now. The service, efficiency, and care have dropped dramatically the last 8 months. With a heavy heart Im moving my RXs to CVS.

We love the fresh made subs, plus their smoked half chicken in the deli meal is spectacular

5 stars because what Publix doesnt get 5 stars? This is the Chick Fil A of grocery stores.

The deli is consistently lacking. Sometimes people are standing around when they could be helping customers. They really don’t seem to care. They are slow and some of the team is a little rude. I definitely won’t even bother with online ordering again because when I arrived my order wasn’t ready, and they didn’t seem to care. The deli is the only place lacking. The other employees are great. Wonderful customer service and management. The produce and meat departments are also above and beyond great. Just please, get the deli area on track. Other than that I love this store and will continue to shop here.

Bakery attendant was curt in answering our questions, almost to the point of rudeness. So much for customer service.

Its always nice to know you can depend on the Publix name even when youre in another State (i.e. SC).

This is the best grocery store ever not only because of the view of Paris mountain outside but because the people inside really care about the store and the people that come in everyday. The bakery has the best diet killing cakes and cookies you could imagine the produce is always fresh and the store is always clean like new store clean and while Publix seems to cost a tad more than other places it’s always worth it

As mentioned in other reviews, the customer service in the deli area is very much lacking, and thats putting it nicely. Its like being in a completely different store. They dont at all seem as eager to help their customers as in the other departments. The whole area deli/hot foods is a cluster and just doesnt flow well at all. Customers never know where to stand and are having to move from one end of the counter to the other to try and catch someones attention. I order online often and Im leaving this review after about the 5th time of my order being ready at least 30 minutes after they said it would be. Ive tried to be patient but it doesnt seem to be improving at all. Im hopeful when they move to the new store it will or I will be frequenting another store.

I love shopping at Publix - their produce is always well stocked, clean and fresh. And for $12 I can get 3 bunches of beautiful fresh flowers. I just wish that the checkers would mention the Dr. Discount at checkout on Wednesday. I always forget to ask and Im 67! I appreciate they are polite and caring. Always an excellent experience there.

I love Publix as a whole, but I’m incredibly thankful to live closest to this one. Guest service from all employees (including management) is great! Inventory is great, deals are always accurate, safe and clean. Also, huge shout out to the younger sandy blonde haired gentleman at the guest service counter, he goes above and beyond each visit!

I was transporting a retired professor to grocery shop here. She passed away recently. I started shopping here myself because of the friendly helpful staff. They have disposable masks in stock 10 for $9.99 at the pharmacy. Ive been on waiting lists for months and Im in health care. I got some. They have gourmet cheese, and maple syrup, crab cakes, great bakery bread at reasonable prices, great selection of frozen food, the produce is outstanding.Conveniently located and plenty of parking.

I was helping my niece with picking up latex balloons for her son’s first birthday party. I picked them up the night before not realizing they don’t hold up that long.I called in to inquire about the latex balloon situation and explained what had happened. I was strapped for time and knew I wouldn’t be able to run back down for replacements before the party. Shane understood and offered to deliver a new batch of balloons before the party.I certainly wasn’t expecting such an offer but man was that helpful. I am so thankful I choose Publix. The customer service is unmatched!

Love many aspects of this store - staff has always been friendly. Deli can be slow at times. Have enjoyed baked goods.One note of caution - I have bought fish and seafood several times that was not fresh. When I have discussed this with staff they are always courteous and happy to refund but thats not the point. They have many items marked as fresh - never frozen and each time the issue has been in this category.Produce is fresh and selections are above average.Recommend.

Publix employees are always friendly, courteous, and helpful! The deli department employees deliver fast service and work hard to provide fast and accurate service to their customers. I highly recommend shopping at Publix! The atmosphere is clean, organized, and immaculate.

Very helpful, well trained staff who seem happy to be working there unlike staff at some grocery stores who openly complain about their manager or fight amongst themselves. Publix is employee owned, and it shows. They care. This location is one of the smallest stores, which limits selection a little, but makes for easy navigation. Becky in the fish department is especially helpful. I am trying to cook more seafood and she lets me know what is best right now and offers prep suggestions. She has a great sense of humour, to boot. And who doesnt need some laughter at the grocery store?

An excellent location. Free cookie for the kids while you shop (stop in the bakery first), friendly customer service, good selection of items, prices on produce are a little high so we use the Tomato Vine first before shopping here. The deli is often crowded and slow. The beer/wine section is small and Ingles at Cherrydale has a much better selection or the craft beer shop on Poinsett nearby. Overall a great place to shop with weekly deals, an unbeatable deal on gas cards (must spend $50 on groceries), and nice people.
