In choosing a play set for our kids, 2 things were important, buying the best in the market & buying local! We are very pleased that we went with GreatOutdoors Play Systems and purchased a Rainbow! The salesman answered all our yard and space concerns, and helped us choose a play set kids will use for many many years. The installation crew guys that came, were hardworking and professional bunch, it took them awhile, but made it happen! Great product, highly recommend.
I would urge people to not utilize this company. Ive emailed without any response, left phone messages and completed their customer service survey. Yet still no response.Purchased a Vuly in November of last year complete with tent option; basketball option; and purchased installation. This cost was something over 3k.The trampoline has been good. So can recommend. However the support, installation and accessories - I cannot.The team showed up initially and installed - which was fine; except forgot the basketball set up and tent set up - so returned and set up the basketball. However I was notified Tent would come within the week.Despite multiple emails that went unanswered, phone calls not returned no tent. Until finally I called the office in Georgia. Where I actually spoke to somebody (this is now July).An install of the Tent was arranged. I was told it would be first thing in the morning. Took the am off from work to be available. Nobody arrives, call the office - they state installer should be arriving in the afternoon. Installer shows up after dark; and installs Tent. Backwards; without the doors aligned. So cant use the trampoline. This of course was only recognized in the light of day.The tent lasted 3 days before the roof ripped. I didnt bother notifying again; as I had just completed the survey.I paid 250 for the tent option and 200 for the install.Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Im hoping a public announcement may result in some action by this company. These attempts have all been well documented; and videos of the install available.4 January 2018Update. Following the reviews was contacted by Dawn. Who discussed the issues. Informed that they no longer carry the Vuly product and that any warranty issues will have to go through the manufacturer. Requested a refund for the Tent and installation. Dawn stated she would discuss with her manager and get back to me. She did. And refunded me the monies for the tent and half the installation. She stated her manager requested, considering the refund, that I change my review. Dawn was professional and provided assistance. Considering the response Im inclined to change my rating. The interaction with Dawn was productive and recommend dealing with her if you have any issues.
We have had our swing set for 4 months have had a a lot of problems with it but cannot get anyone to return your calls to come out and repair it .
Very poor customer service. Doesnt fix defective products! Stay away!!
