Today is April 7, 2021. I wrote the following review about October, 2019.Today Google is showing my review as 3 weeks old. That is DISHONEST. If I notice this type of manipulation of facts continuing I will stop writing reviews.I could not have been more pleased by my experience. I bought 10 Cubic Yards of mulch for a great price. It was easy to arrange the delivery and they driver placed it exactly where I wanted it (in two locations in my yard).Id definitely recommend them to others and would use them again as a source of mulch.

Worst customer service ever!! Would recommend buying anywhere else than these guys!

Dont try to buy any dirt under 5 yards to get delivered. Customer service was lazy.

Mulch Mart delivered mulch to my home in Greenville and we are very pleased with the price and the quality of mulch. They are very easy to deal with and I will be using them again.

Very polite and fast service

Ordered 25 tons of mulch with Mulch Mart delivering. Ordering and delivery went well and driver was nice, however, the mulch (double ground hardwood) has been composted too much and most of it is like black dirt. This completely defeats the purpose for which we purchased the mulch - so kids wouldnt track dirt in the house. Very disappointed and will not be coming back :(

Their website says they are open on Saturdays till 11:30am. Stopped by today to get some playground mulch only to have the gates closed and no one answers the phone. They must not care about the business because their voicemail is full and I couldnt even leave a message. I work during the week so I cant stop by and pick up a truck load of mulch except for the weekend. They are the only ones that I have found that have playground mulch so I cant go somewhere else and get it somewhere else. I try to support my local businesses but its difficult when they arent open as advertised.

Weve used them twice and have been more than happy with their service, price, and product. We live in Seneca and they were easier to deal with and less expensive than other mulch places in town. Plus, they delivered. Ive recommended them to friends without any hesitation.

There is only ONE place to get mulch! That is Mulch Mart. Its taken me years to give into mulch....Ive done pine needles for years. Im here to tell you mulch looks SO much better. Our yard is beautiful. Thank you everyone at Mulch Mart.

Nice place and people

When we originally had this mulch spread, it was not up to the standards that we expected. I had trouble reaching anyone with the company regarding my concerns. Therefor, I left a low rated review and explained my problems. They immediately contacted me and were very concerned with the fact that I was dissatisfied. They have since then, re mulched our yard and it looks wonderful. They were very professional, and apologetic for the problems we had experienced with the first load. I feel that they want to make sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. I am happy to say I have a complete change of opinion towards this company based on the way they handled my original complaints. I will call them again to do my yard next Spring based on the return service, and the fact that they were willing to correct the original problems that we had. Very nice and professional company.

Husband went to Mulch Mart Friday afternoon. I had spoken to a lady who said they were open until 5. Asked her if they would be open on Saturday and she concurred. Have crew at our house that is prepping house for sale. Husband went back today .posted hours at location show until noon. Posted hours online show 11:00. Husband called them at 10:30 and got no answer as he was driving to get the second full truck load. And they were closed before 11:00. NOT at all happy. Husband is now having to go buy mulch at a local garden business. Really blew the plan for us and left our crew waiting around as we had to come up with Plan B. And our deal expires on 9/4 when we wont be able to use it anymore. If your hours are 11:00 AM or noon on Saturday, have someone there and fix your signage or your online hours. Really, really messed up the schedule at an already stressful time. And we have laid out extra cash for the mulch we needed.

Employee was very helpful. Needs gravel for in front of the office so people dont have to walk in the mud.
