This place was awesome the guy that took care of me his name is Ishmael he was very good he was a very polite young man took care of all my needs and did everything possible to help me and make sure that I can get my problem solved so I can continue on with what I had to continue with very please I would go there again and the thing is that I had to go there because my alternator went bad so it was something that I wasnt planning to go but then I had to but then my experience there was very happy and less stressful. Had go in and buy a battery. I thought it was going to be $55 turned out to be $113 was not too happy about that with only $10 core charge but the service was fine if need another battery will look elsewhere

Very rude. Spoke with someone on the phone that had a hard time speaking English. I asked him if he could look up a part and let me know what store has it in stock. He mumbled some nonsense because I think he just didnt understand me then told me he couldnt do it because he didnt feel like it and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager. Someone allegedly named Kevin King got on the phone and claimed to be there manager but his very unprofessional yup and uh uhhh responses make me seriously doubt that. I asked who his boss was and he laughed at me. I am km my way to discuss in person and see whos laughing

Top of the line customer service. These employees are all over it! Great experience. I had a pretty intricate request and they took care of it in a matter of a couple minutes! I have always used advance Auto parts for all my parts needs but I will certainly use this particular location for my #1! Appreciate it again!

Do not order online from Advance....even if you use your VIN# to insure you get the right part you WONT and then they will Not exchange in the store...you must buy a second part and wait for a refund on your card up three days...when it only took 3 seconds to charge your card..DEVIOUS BUSINESS Practices at the very least.

I am the biggest fan of advance Auto parts because of the way they handled their female customers

They are the slowest advanceautoparts Ive ever been to it took them 15 minutes to find a belt for a guy and I got tired of staying in line for 30 minutes and then all the people work theres one guy go outside to install somebodys battery I dont know what they were thinking. Other advance Auto parts are good better than OReillys but this one was just the wait time was way too long

They got me all vehicle parts I needed for my truck quickly and not very expensive. This is a great place with Great customer service

Ordered socket on Thursday night. Your system said it was in stock and in store. Went to pick it up at 3pm. Was not pulled and not in stock. Only bright note is associate is driving to another store to pick up and deliver tool. Wasted over an hour of repair time.

Very bad service. I almost never give bad reviews but this time is needed. I went in for a check engine light. And there was someone helping a lady with a battery check and i ask him if they do the check engine for my car he said that he wasnt sure if they do it for my car. So another guy named ismael come from the back and he ask ismael if he can help me and instead ismael went buy the window to look at a truck that was on the street. The he ask him again to help me becuase he was busy helping the lady and ismael gave him attitude and said that it was a waste of time to help me (out loud).

Even though they were a little more pricy than Wal-Mart, i would definitely give them my money before Wal-Mart any day, great service with a kind smile, I was so pleased with my service man, he received a tip 😊

Two guys named Joel (by there shirts), they both displayed unacceptable and unprofessional behavior while I was in line for 9 and 1/2 minutes just to buy a manual. Loudly arguing in front of customers about who is responsible for specific tasks?? How about one of them cash me out instead of assuming the people in line did not understand a would of the Spanish banter. Pitiful.
