I had a wonderful experience! I made an appointment and they were waiting for me. They text me when I just started shopping to let me know they started and shortly after they text me they finished. They put the tire on fast. My drivers side door is broken and my trunk is broken. I was worried they would turn me away after reading other reviews online. They were professional and kind. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you gentlemen at the auto care center for your help!

Horrible!! I took my car for an alignment, from 10:40 am, they said they would call me when it was ready and at 2pm they called me to say that they could not find a part that they needed to remove the tires so I went directly and delivered it at 2: 40pm. I waited for the call to know when my car would be ready and it was 7pm and they never called me so I went to walmart and when I arrive WOOOW! everything closed, and my car was the only one outside and the most amazing thing of all is that it was open, and anyone could open it and steal whatever was inside. and there was no one who could give my keys to get out of that place. I give zero stars, and zero recommended !! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!

At first I went in a few days ago to see if my tire was in stock and was ignored for 20min, it was not in stock, and they said they couldnt order it either which was weird but I said okay Ill just order off the app online get it delivered. No problem, got tire ready ourselves and called ahead today to see if they had time to balance that one tire they said yes. Go in today and my man was ignored also and seemed like no one could actually speeak english considering he had to repeat himself 5+ times on the service we needed then they said (with an hour left until closing) that they didnt have time to do it. My man got mad (hes worked in a tire shop previously for 3 years he knows it only takes 10min. Just an absolute hassle.

Everytime we go there it takes forever and theyre always short handed and today was no exception. We called ahead because my wife needs a new battery and they informed us they couldnt get to it until tomorrow because they only have one technician and its only 2 pm. I mean seriously......what is wrong with this place. They need new management and fast,this has been going on for far to long.

They did well. With my car they forgot to rotate my tires, but with my truck I made sure they did. Overall all was well.

Staff was friendly and did and excellent job, however no sensee of urgency to move faster knowing they where booked heavy. customers stood in line for 30 minutes to put in a work order then was turned away.

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon at 1 pm and was told there was 3 1/2 hr. Wait for a new tire, AND they were out of all the tires that fit my little car under $100. Each (before tax and fees) CRAZY! You cant even GIVE these people your business! The girl said if I wanted ANY hope of waiting less than 2 hours to come back before 7 am and line up then....

Waited 4 hours for one tire mount they said it would be an hour when I checked in after waiting two hours I asked when am I next they said within 10 mins I’d be next they pulled another car in instead of mine so I was mad now because of all the lies turns out the reason why they never pulled my car in and kept going to the next car was because they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing on my car so instead of asking they kept on going to the next car extremely unprofessional lack of communication NO TEAM WORK UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REST OF YOUR DAY I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR YOUR CAR AT ALL!!!! So keep in mind when they say an 1 HOUR IT REALLY MEANS 4 HOURS.

Not enough workers

They close the oil change at 4pm on Sundays even if their hours are to close at 6pm. They dont care that you were standing in line for over 20 minutes to then turn you away because they dont want to work anymore. I wasnt the only one dissatisfied with their service and slow way of taking care of other customers.Went down the road and change my oil in less than 35 minutes. Just Waisted an hour trying for the service manager to accept my turn in line.

Just found out five months ago at Walmart had an auto care. Have not used them yet. However I will use them in the future.

Something is really happen in Haines city Walmart oil change department. The service quality is down the hill. I will not explain in details my issues cause is going to be pretty much as always from lot of customers. I think is in Walmart in general. They are trying to reach all type of custumers, but to be realistic on the car care services Walmart need to do a lot adjustments and corrective training to his employees. They need better comunication each other, more discipline on what they doing and be focus when the receive the work orders. I just decided to post this comment cause I always said myself that this will be better. Ive been so wrong.

They refused to change my oil because my drivers side door was broken. Pep boys does it without a problem.

Have been to this location several times. Arriving sometimes up to 3 hours before closing and state they arent taking anymore cars. Only seeing 3 in line for an oil change and 1 in tire area. They turned down a young girl looking for a tire change as she was afraid it wouldnt last tomorrow... They didnt even check to see if the tire was able to last. Sent her on her way. They refused my oil change cause they said it was impossible to get to by 7. Waited 45min to see only 1 more car for oil change still having close to 2 hours and still was refused service.

The common approach from customers seem to say there is a problem with service and people being slow and walking around doing little or nothing. This unfortunately has been my experience. When is senior management going to move them all up a gear? 3 hours and more for an oil change is too much especially when I’m not a shopper.

These employees in the Auto Center Tire at the Haines City Walmart are so slow but very slow just to install one tire took almost 2 hrs. The employees where walking around looking at there cell phone, these employees need a real manager to put them to work. This was a circus clown employees. Never again would I come here or a tire.

On the phone as i type and its ringing..ringing....ringing.. This is the 3rd time ive called 2 direct and once thru tranfer from main number. No answer..pathetic. 15 min later i get answered and the customer service is excellent as if they didnt know i was on hold for 15 min. ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE!!!!!! =)

If I could give it a zero I would. Waited 2 hours and still didnt get my oil changed. I asked how long and was told they would get it right in..I ended up leaving and got my oil changed elsewhere and was in and out in less than 1 hour.

Got there before they opened, busy, 2 hours to mount 2 tires, not sure, but it appeared that only 2 employees were working on vehicles, other 3 never saw them touch a car, some cleanup, setting things out for display.....

Was quoted an hour to change my battery. At an hour they said their was still 2 cars ahead of me. Took 2 hours was sitting in the waiting room only found out the car was ready because I got back in line and asked.

The wait was too long with over 11 people working at once, but the price was good enough.

Took 2 hours for a standard oil change, not even that cheap. I will never come back.
