To have bad customer service you actually have to service the customer. I was ignored walking in and ignored when I approached the counter. Pretty sure if I had said nothing theyd have let me stand there until close.

Great prices. Employees are very helpful and have patience when you do lot of questions.

Lets start with the fact that they cant keep the same owners. They have no respect for employees and make fun of them while customers are around. The building is falling apart out front. Oh i got side tracked sorry. I have taken my buisness elsewhere. Outdated and no reason to go back.

Ive gone there numerous times. If they dont have it, they will DEFINETLY have it for you when they promise. Among ADVANCE, AUTO ZONE, and others, they sell you the right part. They ask questions and make sure it is what you NEED. They seek for profit with positive results.

If you need something or one something from Napa you may need to call ahead maybe a week or two they have absolutely nothing on the Shelf maybe a little car wash soap as far as getting a belt for your Bobcat or or a piece of equipment its probably not going to happen they can order it though get back with him in a couple weeks I could get it in a couple days off the computer they can get it a couple weeks thanks a lot hope this helps
