The extent of what they went through to help me out is insane. They went above and beyond with effort to get my car back on the road and they did an amazing job. Its not easy with the global shortage of parts but they made it happen and showed me all the repairs that were done.Very thankful for their patience and understanding. You guys are awesome.

I was rear ended by a national grid truck, in a car that was passed down to me & I had only driven a few times. I am so glad I found committed Collision through my insurance. There was a lot of work that needed to be done (about $10,000 worth) & during the holiday season, I was surprised at how quick and smooth it all went. On top of their amazing Google review I had about 50 Hampton locals say how amazing the shop is. They kept me informed on everything that was happening with each step of my car. The owner even called me during off hours to let me know the car was completed. From the experience I had I can definitely say the owner 100% cares about the safety and quality of the cars they repair. There is also a guarantee through them & my insurance for the life of the car (as long as Im the owner) of any repairs they made. I would definitely go back if Im unfortunate enough to get in another accident. They definitely live up to their reviews!!

Had an accident that was handled via Geico claims. They suggested going through their certified and partner auto body shops. I landed on Committed...and wow, was I impressed.From the second I showed up to drop of my damaged car to the time I picked up the car, they were great. Consistently updated me, allowed for a seamless car rental and interface with Geico... and of course the final product the actual car was superb.The repairs, parts and paint look brand new. They cleaned our car inside and out as well. No paint dust as I have found on some other repairs on other cars I have had through the years at other places.I cannot comment on their prices as it was all through insurance...but I certainly would check them out as their service and quality and manner was the best I have ever had.

Saying Committed Collision goes above and beyond doesnt scratch the surface of my experience with them. After the unfortunate experience of getting punted into another vehicle on the highway, I sent my car to Committed for repair. With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest. I literally can not say enough good things about this business, but heres a few highlights of my experience.- Called right away to talk me through the process and give me a timeline- Literally spent an hour going through all that was repaired- Extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process- When they said they would do something, they followed through exceptionally well, and without me having to bring things back up- After there was a delay in getting the car done due to unforeseen circumstances, they did everything they could to make it up to me, including and certainly not limited to offering a rental at no cost, working after hours (which I can attest to), and dropping the car off at my home.I will note that I am very particular and have the potential to a pain in the side if anything goes wrong. I had some fender bender work done on the rear end of my Jeep Liberty last week. The shop did amazing work! They pay attention to the smallest details. The paint matched perfectly, the lines were smooth, it looks like it came from the factory new. Even the interior was clean like it hasnt been in years. (Thats what I get for having kids!) The office was great at going through the process with me as well as keeping me informed of what was going on. I hope I never need them again but if I do, its a no brainer who I will call. I highly recommend them!

I had my car fixed at committed collision and the paint started to fade within months.my child could have done a better job with the body work. There is a lot of body shopsin the area, shop around and you will get a better job for less money.

He worked with us a lot on pricing and fixed any concerns after we picked up our car. My only words of wisdom is he will never call you back, he says he will but you have to call him. The car is beautiful though, worth the money.

These guys are awesome! After my parked car was involved in a hit and run, I was upset to know I was going to have to deal with the insurance and repair nightmare. After I filed a claim with my insurance, these guys took the worry out of everything else. I dropped it off the next day and Derek personally drove me home when I couldnt catch a ride. I didnt have to even talk to the insurance company again. The car parts were ordered, replaced and repainted in just a couple of days and was even ready before the time he originally told me. I was pleasantly surprised to see the car in much better shape then I left it - the interior was completely detailed (cleaned leather seats, dash and center console, shampooed rugs, etc) and the car was washed, scratches buffed out and even the tires were shined! 10/17/2016 Just moved here 2 wks ago, Opened my 14 yr old Hondas hood to add washer fluid, when trying to close would not close completely. Looked up on internet for auto body shop to repair latch.Saw add for Committed collision and saw good reviews. We.t to office and spoke to owner Derek, he took car into garage and worked on it for about 30 min. Said that because of rust and dirt plus age that it wasntWorking correctly, He managed to lossen it up tighten the cable and close the hood . Explained that at some point I would need to replace cable and latch. When I asked the cost for his effort, He said no charge that he hadnt repaired it . You dont see that kind of service at many places. I would definitely recommend that if you need repairs this is the place to go.
