I love this Walmart pharmacy is on point with my monthly medications. I personally haven’t had any rude service from this location. It was the Walmart on Cunningham drive they’re not only rude they treat customers like garbage and demand respect nope that’s not how it goes so I just don’t deal with that Walmart at all unless I really have to

Consistently the rudest are the worst or late delivery of groceries I have ever seen will definitely be taking my business elsewhere especially on the app that you pay for the service and then they’re constantly hitting you up to tip drivers that are consistently late pile the groceries at your door so you cannot even open your door. you try to call to inquire about where your groceries are and you cannot get through. So done with paying for services that are totally in adequate.

Ive been using this pharmacy for several years and most of the people here are great. Very helpful and friendly. Ive never had a single complaint about it before. Now that theres a different pharmacy manager (Danielle) Im considering changing to a new pharmacy. Not because of anything shes done to me directly but because Im tired of seeing her abuse and mistreat the other pharmacy employees. Whenever I go there I like to show up first thing in the morning. The first time I was there after she took over, she was opening the gate and before she even said hi or good morning to me she started trash talking her employees. And thats not the only time Ive witnessed her abusive behavior. I also know for a fact that shes been reported more than once for her bad attitude and abusive nature toward the rest of the staff. I do not understand how the management here lets her get away with it over and over. To the managers at the Hampton Walmart Neighborhood Market, you have/had some very good people working there. Ive watched as theyve started to leave one by one because of Danielle . Your employees deserve better than the treatment theyre getting. Your unwillingness to provide a workplace that is welcoming and respectful to your staff is a failure on the part of the store managers. When you allow your staff to be mistreated in front of your customers youre disrespecting not only your staff but also your customers and yourself as well.

I have always had a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the only pharmacy that asks me if I would like to talk to the pharmacist or if I have any questions for the pharmacist. The times I have spoken to the pharmacist they have been very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Spoke with a lady named Shar dark toned women . Her language towards me was very disrespectful. Will be switch pharmacies and will contact a manager! ASAP

I love it here! I used to use the Wal-Mart by the JRB but they were horrible and unprofessional. Ive been using this one for about two years and havent had any problems. Medications are always in stock, except once and it was easy to get no long wait. The staff is friendly and the only male that works there, only one Ive seen, is super friendly and helpful.

The pharmacist and all the techs at this Walmart pharmacy are always so friendly and pleasant. This is the best pharmacy I have been a customer of in many years.

I like being able to go to the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions. I feel comfortable asking the pharmacists and staff questions that I may have.
