I recently purchased a pair of prescription glasses from this office. The staff there was very friendly and professional. My new glasses were ready in two weeks and fit great. I will definitely go back.

I would like to let you know that I fine that Brittany Kimmey was very kind and very tentative to my needs she makes you feel very comfortable. Brittany Kimmey is very knowledgeable about what she does and helps in everyway.

I would not recommend anyone to go here, they changed my appointment time a few days before my appointment and called to tell me and I had to leave work early to get there because if I didn’t come at the new time I lost my appointment, the nurses were sweethearts but the doctor was unprofessional and rude to me for absolutely no reason. I never even met him before. I went in for a standard eye exam and to inquire about contacts, they did more then what the standard eye exam calls for without asking me if I was okay with it (I haven’t been to the eye doctors in years so I really didn’t remember the whole process of what’s supposed to be done) and I had to pay out of pocket for the extra things they did. And the doctor flat out told me he didn’t think I was a candidate for contacts and didn’t do the dilation test because he felt it wasn’t necessary yet that is a standard part of an eye exam, now making it even harder for me to go anywhere else for contacts because they require that to be done. Since when can you tell anyone that they can or can’t get contacts. There is nothing extraordinarily wrong with my eyes preventing me from being able to have them. I called to a different eye doctor and they said a doctor can’t tell someone they can’t get contacts. AND they didn’t even give me a print out of my prescription which by law you have to give your patients so they can have it and shop around at other places if they wish. Awful experience and I will 100% never return.

One word, amazing

The exam was great and went very smoothly. The sales associate at the end however was very unhelpful and condescending. She was rude when she had the wrong prescription info, and when she was confused about which lenses I wanted. Also, when running my card it came up declined and she just handed it back saying it didnt work. I had to encourage her to try again since it is a benefits card and sometimes has to be run manually(retail 101). It worked. She is the sole reason I wont return.
