Absolutely terrible customer service, I am talking absolutely abysmal. Took me 2 months to get an appointment just to navigate their god awful website and sit on the phone listening to the same robotic voice repeat the same phrase every 2 seconds. This place needs to be shutdown, cause its like they dont even operate to begin with. Such a terrible place to go to, but its the only place in Hanover. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.
Glasses quality went downhill. Was disappointed in how they handled glasses that were not correct due to poor materials and they offered a poor temporary fix for a poor fitting on the replacements. Ordered a another pair vs dealing with a drawn out refund but will not return next year.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Visionworks has been nothing but a hassle from day one to deal with. I have been wearing glasses and/or contacts for 58 years and this place is the absolute worst. I will never again grace their doorstep. I truly feel sorry for their future customers that are unaware.
The entire experience was great. Everyone was very helpful. I love my new specs. However, you know how the last thing that happens at the end of transaction or interaction can truly make or break the entire thing? Well, thats what happened.Im short, the sales team was minimum.I waited just to enter. A lady, that certainly did not appear to be a rep. passes me without recognition. Them and me if Im here to pick up glasses. Which I was and was sat in a chair apparently for this type of visit. She finally finds my glasses, hand them to me. I try them on. No words really spoken except, well... She came off rude, was very unhelpful. I asked if that was it and she said yep. My glasses and a case, without a thank you, or a have a nice anything...I left. She had blonde hair, glasses, jeans, I believe a blue shirt and made my, what was a great experience turn into a disappointment.I probably would not send anyone there or plan to visit again. Its sad.
I called and made an appointment 4 weeks out, 30 minutes before my appointment time I get a call they have to cancel due to a machine being down. Ok I can understand that... rescheduled for 3 weeks out and get a call the day before asking if I was aware my appointment was a virtual appointment? No I was not! And did I know my insurance doesn’t cover virtual appointments?? Then why was I scheduled that way!So I’m done with them, scheduled some where else and they call me to tell me that Vision works has a hold on my insurance!!! And I tried calling and the place I was going to tried calling, even the insurance company tried calling and......NO-ONE ANSWERS THAT PHONE!!!Honestly don’t know how they stay open! Will never go there again!!!
They never answer the phone… ever
Terrible decline in service. For years bought glasses here and was happy. During Covid I went to Westminster MD as they had more openings. Again, very happy. This year my wife went to Hanover and bought two pairs $750+. Was only offered one standard progressive lens. I called Westminster and checked website to learn there are three options. The best one Digital Preferred has wider field of reading..no moving head while reading. We have called store more than 15 times with no answer. Wanted to determine what lens associate ordered. Also called San Antonio corporate office..no answer there either. Seems like with exception of Westminster, MD this company is completley run by robots or people who do not care. Online chat is essentially a stupid robot.Company management should be ashamed..great company has been ruined.
This was the WORST experience. I can in just to look at frames and they WITHOUT MY PERMISSION placed a hold on my insurance benefits. Two days later, multiple phone calls later, the HOLD IS STILL ON MY INSURANCE. I cant talk to anyone at the store, they dont answer the phone. Do not ever go here-their customer service is the worst. I am unable to order glasses anywhere else until this is released. SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!
I went to this place for years and never had any significant problems. the staff were and continue to be friendly. customer service is fine. i always got my glasses quicker than they said theyd have them to me. but recently i was unable to call to make an appointment after waiting for quite a long time, and had to make one via the website, to discover that what i wanted couldnt be done because of coronavirus. having been to the location plenty of times, i dont blame staff for that. theyre busy doing stuff; the blame rests on either the store manager or higher ups who are refusing to pay proper labor costs.after making an appointment for a month later, i called in to confirm and got someone on the phone quickly. but they told me my appointment had to be cancelled. had i just relied on the text message response i wouldve made a second trip in for nothing. i dont think its fair to blame this particular store for that, though. so, one star for good service in-store, one star for being well-priced and quick to deliver, one star for taking my insurance, and one star for effort. lose one star because of the problems above.
Made an appointment for my husband online.Received online reminders for the appointment. Received an online reminder today. He went in for his appointment this evening, and the lady told him that they had been trying to call him since Saturday. We did not receive any phone calls. They had double booked. They tried to reschedule for May 29th. He declined. We will go elsewhere.
I used to love going here, until I had the most frustrating experience with pay-out-of pocket for an eye exam even though I was covered with insurance. The optical assistant, Nancy has told me that they were unable to give me a refund because they are unable to do it in a store level. Which I understand, but was frustrated. I called corporate three times to try and get a reimbursement or refund from my eye exam and they said that this location would call me to straighten the issue. It’s been a week and a half and I have yet received a call. My insurance has told me that they weren’t able to give me a refund for members and that Visionworks is suppose to help give me a refund since the transaction was made there. I just would like a refund back from my eye exam. I’ve never wrote a bad review before and I’m so upset about my experience.
Making an appointment online was easy with a fillable form to avoid paperwork when arriving at the office. This was great. When I arrived, the office climate seemed to be scattered and staff were friendly, but appeared to be overwhelmed. Some of the machines we needed for the eye exam were not ready to use. We had to opt for not using it because the associate could not get it into a ready status after restarting it. I left without that part of the exam being completed. I did get my order placed. After a few days, I called Visionworks and received the IVR system. I asked about my order status and it said that the order will be ready by 3/29. I called in today on 3/30, and the IVR now says the order is in a pending status and no target date is given. When I tried opting out to confirm with the Hanover office, no one picked up the call and I went back into the IVR crazy cycle again. Once I receive my order, I won’t be coming back.
Good selection of Eyewear, hard to get an appointment. Friendly staff.
In January I spent almost $500 on glasses for my son unfortunately they broke I could not get a hold of anybody on the phone or online to get them replaced so without an appointment I showed up fortunately they did put in the order collect another 300 plus dollars to replace the glasses. The problem is I got a text message saying that they were ready to be picked up nobody would ever answer the phone not either in the store on the customer service line to arrange a time for me to come and get them when I went online to go pick them up appointments were booked several weeks out my son is already been without his glasses for two and a half weeks and now Ive got to wait another couple of weeks to even get them this place is a joke Im done with them I spent far too much money there already I will not do it anymore. funny thing Im sure the response is going to be that were sorry and were going to look into it that seems to be the response for everybody I highly doubt youre even going to look into it why dont you post and tell us what youre doing about it rather than saying youre going to look into something.
The doctor is great she is awesome and takes time with her patients. However the customer service of the workers who are in charge of ordering glasses and such is horrible. Half the time you call and nobody picks up, or they dont know what their doing i was told i would get a call from the doctor days ago and that never happened. I asked to order my glasses today over the phone and they said ill have to call in monday i just needed someone who answered the phone to look into a question i had but they didnt want too. Very disappointed with the customer service experience. The doctor is great and the glasses selection is great.
I made a appointment online on a Monday at 320 in the afternoon right between work already a month in advance I get there 10 mins late on the dot and I was told that I have to cancel my appointment and make a new one there’s nowhere online that says you have to show up early by the way .. also there was 3 people in the whole place. Super busy . I’ve needed glasses for quite sometime and this was the only time I could get away from work, the lady that shoed me away wasn’t the nicest either you can tell her job is really really hard and making sure I got a exam today was out of her control. SMH I will never be back to a vision works again
Dont book online.. Scheduled appt for my granddaughter, took off work to take her. Only to be told at the door, there online scheduling doesnt work and the soonest they can see her is.... wait for it. 2 months from now.
The customer service was very poorly. I have informed them that I got an email stating to arrive 15 minutes to prior appointment time to fill out paperwork. But they were not open. When they did open the lady Julia was very rude to me and very unproffesional. Instead of apologising. She said well we didnt send that to you. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Find another eye doctor. Someone who appreciates your business.
Impossible to get a hold of anyone here by phone.
My husband was scheduled for an appointment for his diabetic eye exam. This was scheduled 3 months ago. I tried numerous times to contact this office to confirm his appointment. Unfortunately, no one ever answers the phone. We arrived 15 minutes early and he was told while trying to check in that his appointment was cancelled due to COVID. They stated that someone called to inform us of this. This never occurred. This Visionworks location has the worst customer service.
I had the absolutely worst experience at the Visionworks in Hanover Pennsylvania store #669. The store manager Ashley was rude and refused to give me her last so that I couldn’t call the cooperate office and complain. In fact store manager Ashley told me to find another vision center to go to. The doctor was given off on the day of my daughter’s appointment and I was told they tried to call but didn’t have the phone number. The employee making the appointment didn’t take a number and therefore because of an employee’s incompetence my daughter has to wait two additional months for an appointment. Apparently at Visionworks in Hanover Pa. store manager Ashley allows her employees to not do their job responsibly and the customer is wrong and is told to go elsewhere.
I am very disappointed with how this office has handles their customers during the pandemic. I work with the public and understand that we all have to make adjustments, however dealing with them is a nightmare. I wanted to call and make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone, EVER!!!! So I scheduled three appointments online . I received a confirmation e-mail for just one of the appointments. When I attempted to call to confirm the other appointments, no one would answer. I waited on hold for 45 mins. I finally got through to someone who is not even in that office and they told me that they would get a message to the staff to call me. Surprise, surprise, no one called me. I finally drove into the office and when I walked in I got yelled at for walking in past the area your allowed to walk. Then when I spoke with someone, they stated they do not have appoints after 5:00 even though the website allows you to schedule for that time. So I switched my appointment. Then I received a call telling me the Dr. will not be there on the date I was scheduled so they rescheduled me for after 5:00 on another day even though they just told me they dont have appointments after 5:00. Anyway, my sons had their appointment. I take my prescriptions with me because its to expensive to order there. When I ordered my contacts from Walmart they couldnt use my insurance because, Vision Works took my authorization and would not release it. When we tried to call them to have it released, surprise again, no one will answer. So I had to pay out of pockets for my contacts even though I have insurance. I will NEVER be back!
Have been using this location for many years. I understand a pandemic is on and I tried using the website to make an appointment, but the appointments were 3 months out. Website said to call to speak to an associate with verbiage that said something to the effect, to possibly be put on a cancellation list. TRIED THAT FOR ONE MONTH. Decided to drive there and talk to someone. I was met at the door to have my temp taken, again, I understand this policy and embrace it whole heartedly! I drove half hour to get there with the sun bearing down on me the whole time, guess what I had a little temp, so with people behind me waiting, I would not stay, as I would not want someone with a temp to stay either. Ok, again policy I get it. Went right away to a site and bought a thermometer, took my own temp.....98.6..... FOR ANOTHER WEEK I TRIED CALLING, and guess what, no answer AGAIN. IM DONE! Good luck with this staff, you are going to need it! Found a competitor who got me in, in one week!
Can I give a negative 5 stars. This place is unprofessional and a complete waste time. You have a better chance of going to a hardware store and making your own glasses. Are they even real eye doctors. Both doctors talk bad about each other. Go to your local family doctor even if your insurance doesn’t cover it. This place is a waste of money. This place should be called Vision Worst
The customer service while at the business is good! Kind and helpful!
After a quick eye exam, I was sent out to choose my frames. I didnt know what I wanted, and Cindy a very nice saleswoman began to help me. After I chose my frames Cindy sat down with me and explained in depth what the best deal was for me! Great experience I would recommend.
I been waiting to get in to get new contacts for 2 months and the day of my appointment the doctor calls off. I will not deal with this place no more.
The facility is nice but trying to get in contact with someone at the store or a representative is IMPOSSIBLE. I have never been able to get through to someone and end up on hold for an hour with no luck!
My husband and I wanted to express our thanks to the entire staff! Everyone was so helpful and professional...from the eye exam to selection of frames, we were extremely satisfied. Our first visit, but wont be our last. Thanks again!
The staff was limited but worked diligently to attend to all customers. They provided safety measures by taking your temperature to make sure you were well enough to be seen. Paperwork was preprinted and ready to fill out. Susan, the eye dr., was efficient and very good. She took the time to explain every procedure being performed and was very knowledgeable. She explained thoroughly the details of my finished eye exams, any concerns she may have had and what to do from there. They were sanitizing as they were seeing customers. Picking out frames (5) at a time after hand sanitizing your hands. The overall process was excellent seeing I only scheduled my appt online that day and was my first time there!! They did the best they could for as busy as they were and with limited staff! I recommend Visionworks and gave 5 stars!
They apparently don’t like answering their phone or even calling when something wrong happens like their computers. Then when I had to reschedule I had to wait another 2-3 weeks.
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone for the life of me. Was told I was going to get a call back and am still waiting for that call! There has been multiple days I’ve called numerous times and no answer. My husband went into the store and they told him they haven’t answered one single phone call all day. This place is a joke!
NO stars. Stay away from exams, and prescriptions if you want to be able to See and Not get Headaches for real. AND if you Actually want resolve, If you Actually want good service overall If you Actually want to Not Waste Money, Not Waste Time And Energy, If you do Not want to Waste a Year to see a Dr to Start All Over AGAIN So That You CAN See And Not Have Headaches And Eye Pain All the Time, AND CLAIM TO HAVE NO RECORD OF YOU BEING THERE IN COMPUTER OR OTHERWISE. I was Never Rude, Never Wrote Reviews Before Now Either. I TRULY HOPE THE BRANCH MAKES MAJOR OVERHAUL. ONE BOY WORKING THERE WAS NICE AND HELPFUL AS MUCH AS HE COULD BUT SEEMED TO BE IN TRAINING BECAUSE HE COULDNT HELP WITH STORE STUFF BUT HAD SOME KNOWLEDGE/OPINION ON SOME LENSES.
It horrible that you leave me a message to call you Becton messed up my sons perception and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Had an appointment time and no one waited on me. I sat in the chair waiting for the drs visit. All the women walked right passed me ignoring me. They were rude and once you say Gateway they cop an attitude.
Every time I try to call, I can not get a answer. Really frustrating and if it wasnt for my insurance having me to go there, I wouldnt.
They dont even deserve 1 star. They never called when my glasses were done, they also put the wrong lenses in, and hand them in my frames by fishing wire and they looked horrible. I then ordered another pair with hi index lenses and paid for the difference from insurance and they put plastic in them and refused to give me my money back. Now this time, the lady ordered my frames in February and called me mid March to say they were in. Due to Covid i was not able to get them til now, and they dont even have them there. They keep no records of anything, some of their employees have no policy or job knowledge, and the store Manager is oblivious to it all and has no clue what is going on in her location. This place is not worth the name their were given!
My college age daughter broke her glasses. Her prescription had expired so she required a new one. They REFUSED any effort to try to fit her in until over three weeks. She drives, is a student-and they would not work to help her with this emergent situation-they would prefer she go around unable to see, I guess. She has few options and they don’t seem to care. They literally said, sorry but we can’t help you. Nice way to put your patient first!!
Had been waiting several weeks to hear when my lenses would be in. Never received a phone call so I tried calling the store. Spent over an hour trying to get someone to answer, even pushing the need emergency care number. NO ONE ever answered. Finally decide to visit the store and go through that hassle. Asked if I had an appointment, told her no,that Id been trying to call to see if my order was in. She bit my head off, pointing to the other girl sayingWell, its just us here and were busy I dont know what her excuse was as to why they never called because my glasses were already in.Very RudeTV r.ct my head off sa TC
We dropped in on this location to ask if they could repair our son’s glasses. They were busy, but helpful. They actually offered to repair the glasses while we shopped at Target. Not only did they fix the broken arm, they repaired all of other areas the kid owned glasses needed... lots of things. Thanks so much!
Nancy J was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely helpful and super sweet! Thankful for her and the experience we had!
They never answer the phone want you to do everything for them online very poor business like if you dont talk to people .
I had a new patient appointment this week and was very pleased. I wish I could remember the name of the guy working on Monday, 8/27, because he was great. He answered all of my questions about what my insurance provider covered and what my best options were to get the most for my money. I saw Dr. Tyno. She was very kind and explained everything to me, including eye shapes and why she prescribed one product over another. There was a bit of a wait but I wasnt unhappy with that because I need evening appointments and its hard to come by a doctors office who offers them. Ive already recommended them to a family member.
Great experience! I was working with Aaron who was wonderful! He answered all my questions, and I had many, and explained everything thoroughly. I only needed to get new glasses and was in and out of the store in under an hour.😊
We went for eyeglasses. The man who saw us was odd and made me feel uncomfortable. Our prescriptions were so bad that I have to book a new visit with an optometrist that knows what they are doing. When my husband took a vision test for work; wearing the glasses prescribed by Visionworks, he failed. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the store or customer service. It’s not worth it to go here; even if it is the only local place that covers your insurance. You may end up paying out of pocket for a new vision exam and glasses. Like we did.
This is the best eye care center ever, I never had to wait and the staff are amazing. Special thanks to the manager, and heres why: I had my glasses less than a month and the screw broke off in the hole and was unable to be removed, I called Visionworks and Aaron, the staff member working, said he would talk to the manager and get back to me first thing in the morning. No sooner the store opened, and the manager arrived, he said that since they were less than a month old, the manager would just replace the frames as long as the price stayed the same. In less than 2 hours, I had new frames. Best Place Ever. Highly recommend.
If I could give no stars I would after sitting on the phone calling listening to someone will be right with you, you can visit us online, not being able to get a hold of anyone on the phone or make an appointment online or on the phone I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve used this particular store for years.
I had a good experience with my visit there, but Im giving 4 stars and not 5 because I have state health insurance (United Health Care) and while they do accept it, I was told over the phone that the doctor that accepted that insurance only worked 2 times a month at that location. I had to go to another location over an hour away to get my prescription, and I brought it to this location to fill it.Filling my prescription went well. They had my contacts in stock so I was able to get them immediately, which was really good because my glasses were broken and I only had 1 pair of contacts that I had already been wearing for a week. I picked out a pair of glasses and they had to get the other location to fax paperwork over, which went smoothly and took 2mins. The contacts were nearly $20 cheaper then Wal-Marts pricing of the same brand and style so I was very pleased about that.I just got an email and a text message to go pick my glasses up. They are ready 5 days earlier then the scheduled date of pick-up so thats cool! The staff are kind and didnt mind my son trying on glasses and being silly while we waited. (Hes 3 and it had been raining all week so he was a bit stir-crazy from being cooped up and not going outside to play.)I wish I could have completed the entire transaction at the same location, but like I mentioned the doctor that accepts my insurance works limited hours and I needed glasses immediately. Hopefully this can be remedied in the future. Give this place a try; the pricing is competitive and they work fast.
Very friendly people there and I got my new pair of glasses pretty fast, I would definitely recommend.
We ordered almost $200 worth of contacts from this store. We were told 5-7 days and that they would call us. After 2 weeks, and no phone call we contacted the store to inquire on the status. The receptionist said that they were not in store and only one person had access to check the computer and she wasn’t working that day. She was unapologietic and rude. Two days later we discover that they were never ordered; still no apology and rude.I would highly recommend not shopping at this store. They have terrible customer service and are unorganized. If this is the service you get with ordering contacts with prescription in hand, I can only imagine a more complicated service like vision screening. Good luck.
Stay far, far away from these folks. Rude, and Incompetent employees, who clearly don’t care about customers, or customer service. I have been a customer for years, but todays experience changes that forever. Wrong prescription, childish attitude, and no desire to make it right. The customer doesn’t come first here... You come last, or whenever it might be convenient. This store exemplifies why people are buying online, they can get the same non caring attitude from someone in another country, and pay way less for it.
When someone decides to answer the phone, will you please call me back? Ive been on the line for over and hour today about my contacts, abd nobody will answer. Thats ridiculous!
If I could give this place no stars I would Dr was completely ignorant to me for no reason talked to me like I was her child and said she couldn’t see me for no reason and I had to let her know not to disrespect me when she called the general manager she pretended like she never did nothing wrong and they both insisted I should go some where else like wow the customer service was extremely terrible I couldn’t believe how rude I was being treated! 😡
Called both Visionworks in the area to be seen for an emergency. I had something in my eye and it was painful and swollen. After talking to the receptionists at both offices on the phone they told me they had no availability to see me. They are the only people open on Sundays around here so I ended up at the hospital. Dont waste your time with this place just go straight to the hospital. If its not an emergent situation I would urge you to spend your money somewhere that cares about its patients.
Very nice staff and Dr Susan tyno was amazing explaining everything that my son was experiencing . highly recommend. Wait time wasnt bad. People forget that Dr can run behind due to special cases with other patients . if it was you that needed the extra time then wouldnt you want Dr to not rush through ? Will be back in. Year thanks
We went in there to get our glasses adjusted we waited 15 mins until someone even ask us what we wanted . They had some people they waiting on but they had ample time to wait on us .
I have never been treated more disrespectful in my life. Made appointments for my son and myself. They called 2 days before to confirm appointments. Then called the day before to say the doctor they scheduled us with doesnt take our insurance. When I asked the person how this could happen the guy became disrespectful and tried to tell me that they dont know which doctors take what insurance. I happen to know that was a lie. They need to learn customer service.
Dr.Tyno is amazing! she did a great thorough exam on me and I was beyond pleased with my first experience at visionworks! I did wait awhile until they came to help me/check me in for my appointment but it was crazy busy so I understood. helped pick out frames I like. just an overall great experience there and dr tyno is a eye dr worth going to!!!
I’d give zero stars if I could.I stood waiting for someone to help for over 30 minutes. They helped people who came in after me, and left me and another customer sitting in the chairs waiting. All I came for was to pick up a pair of glasses.
Absolutely horrible!!! The people that work in the office are uneducated and rude!
Devaneys was super helpful in the process of picking out my glasses. She was also extremely thorough and clear while explaining everything to me, would definitely come back again.
Awful customer service, it is nearly impossible to reach them over the phone.
If I could give zero stars I would. They told me my vision was horrible and told me I couldnt feel the contacts shifting. I just went to a real eye Dr and he told me I have 20/20 vision and that the reason I could feel contacts shifting is because they gave me toric lens in both eyes. I only have an astigmatism in one eye, vision works told me I have it in both eyes. Reception is rude on the phone and in person. I do not recommend anyone to go to them. I wasted so much money and time at this place. NEVER AGAIN!!
I would give it less if I could. My poor wife has been waiting and waiting to get her glasses that she already paid for. Not only do they keep messing them up from ordering the wrong prescription over and over again to not even calling to let us know anything. She is going on the second month now on waiting to get the glasses she already paid for! Then to top it off don’t think that they would make anything right. She just keeps getting the response “people make mistakes”Never again!
Ive been trying to get my contacts and glasses with this Hanover branch for 3 months now. The doctor seems to be always confused and never can write a correct prescription sitting next to him figuring out math allowed concerns me. Never had a eye doctor who seems not knowing what to do. Every time i get my trial contacts they are wrong for 3 months. Ive got close to perfect once and than they discontinued tortic and gave ne a new brand telling me the brand the issue. Very unprofessional and never know what they are doing. Cant or unwilling provide me with correct lens. I went to other doctors and they had it done in and out. They even have my old doctors prescription to review and screwed that up. Really? How hard is this.
I don’t know what happened to customer service for sure this place was never trained. Attitude all around. The guy that took care of us was all right but didn’t know how to do anything in here. And they took for ever I wasted my whole day here. To walk out unhappy.
They NEVER answer their phone. I have been calling for days now trying to get information on glasses and cannot get a person on the phone.
Just tried to call into this location and was put on hold for 20 minutes just for them to hang up on me twice.
I typically ordered glasses from Pearle Vision, but after the business was bought out, there were some issues with the new company taking my insurance. I had to shop elsewhere to take advantage of my vision benefits before the end of the year. Visionworks was it. Their selection amazed me. I didnt have an exam as I have to go to a specialist, but my visit otherwise was quick and easy. They have a 10-day guarantee on all orders. (Meaning, your glasses will be ready for pick up within ten days of purchase.) If you have a defect in your lenses, youll also receive replacements for free. I was very happy with their service.
Eye Nazis. Yes That is what a few people call this place, Why?? Well I went there and Wanted to get contacts Which I had Worn for Over 20 Years. I have tried about 4 or 5 brands over the years. I told them I was used to wearing Baush & lomb but had wore Fresh looks and a few other brands but Really wanted Baush&Lomb again since I liked those Daily wear ones best and they are easy to find or order and cheaper then Some of the other brands I had tried. She says Yea Ok Then Gives me my eye test and Writes me a Script for Cooper Vision (The Only Brand I never Tried Ever) so I find out How expensive they are and ask Why I cant get Baush and Lomb and That woman says well She wrote them out for Cooper and That is all you can get and they cost $200 for 6 months. Which, before the Eye exam I had told the Doctor I only had around $100 to spend. she said ok. But they Wanted me to pay $200 so I Take the script and take it to my old eye Doctor They say We do Not Deal with Cooper lenses Since His customers didnt like them and The Fact that they are Way over Priced. I go to Gettysburg optical and they Say we do Not Normally order Any Cooper Vision Contacts Cause they Cost so Much more For pretty much the same lenes. So, I Keep asking to get Baush and Lomb but I cant because The Prescription is Only for Cooper vision So I would need another Eye Exam But Since Vision works gave me one my insurance will Not Pay for it. so I end up having American eyewear in Gettysburg specail Order me in these Cooper Vision Contacts since They got me a 6 month Daily wear ones for $105 for 6 Boxes (Half a Year) so I Still saved $95 by having them specail Order them for me and Ship them in then buying them From the Eye Nazis Who somehow Think they know what is better for my eyes then I do. Really They Just had a Huge Kick back from Cooper Vision because back then (3 years ago) The only other person I knew who went there for contacts all so got prescribed Cooper Vision contact Even though She had Never Wore them Before either. P.s. the lens were not Close to the Air topics I ordered from the internet The Next year With my Expired Prescription too since Vision Eye wear Only Made the prescription good for One Year when They Legally can make it good for 2 years in Pa. Bad store, Doctor who only cared about money. Over priced Eye Nazis. Sorry but I Will Never Go Back and Tell everyone I know to Stay Away.
Good friendly service, never had any problems
Have been hear 20 mins waiting to get a screw put in. People coming in after me getting waited on. My glasses are still under warranty. This place is a joke. Still waiting.
OUTSTANDING - I dont normally write reviews, but I feel the need to share about my excellent customer experience at Visionworks today. Ive been to five different eye doctors, and Dr. M. Kravchenko is the undisputed standout with incredible knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. The office was flexible with my appointment time and my exam was completed in about 20 minutes. Dr. Kravchenko answered all my questions and requested I come in again for a free dilation. As someone without vision insurance, cost was an important factor for me. The basic exam cost was only $19.99 and my toric evaluation was $59.99. Ive paid up to $140.00 at other eye examination centers, but today I paid a total of $78.00.Im happy to report that my vision is much clearer thanks to the staff at Visionworks in Chestnut Hill. Thank you!
Great service. super nice staff.
Expensive and staff was not very friendly.
Very unprofessional. They overcharge greatly and lie about a lot. Please find someone else to go.
ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
They never answer when you call!! Horrible doctors and staff!
Very poor customer service. I dont recomended this place.
They charge for services you dont ask for.
They help me out
Bad service and incorrect orders
What irresponsibility of the company, my son made an appointment for a month so that on the day of the appointment they would mention that it was canceled, I will never recommend it to this company
