Nice location and excellent friendly service.

Order was made in a timely manner and the people who worked were nice and courteous.

The lates were not good, I had to ask for a someny things like the coffe holder cuse the cup was to hot, no stir stick were provided, they were out of drip sticks, and not very friendly to bad I wish all the starbuck make the same recipe for coffee Ive had better service and did not had to back for all mention items so I wont visit that spot again!

I was there after my bike ride. I ordered a salted caramel frappuccino granda. But the guy couldent find it on his register. So another associate asked me what I wanted and said they would make that for me!!!!! I then ordered a blueberry sconce, and they asked me if I wanted it warmed up. I said yes and was served right away. I love to stop into this place after I have been in the sun and water all day. It is my last stop befor I get in my car and head home.

Starbucks is simply Starbucks. Customer service was decent. The location sells the product literally a 100 yards from the sands of Hermosa Beach plus all sightseeing activities. Great spot to sip a cup of coffee and enjoy a few hours at the beach!

I dont drink coffee but in a pinch I go in for their oatmeal. It is instant, but comes with a fruit and nut pack and is actually pretty good. Staff is friendly, store is clean and ambience is beach. Whats not to like? And if you drink coffee, theirs is not bad; I remember from when I used to indulge. Give this place a try. Recommended

Located right next to the parking garage close to the pier, its a great place to grab coffee either on your way in to Hermosa Beach or out. It does tend to get quite busy on the weekends so watch out for the crowd. Has outdoor seating as well. Friendly staff and theyre pretty quick on getting your drink ready for you.

Nice place to hang out while waiting for someone. Service is consistently attentive. However, the restrooms are often Out of Order

Cute little Starbucks. Visited on a Saturday morning around 10a. The place was packed with families. Lines were long but moved quickly. The team did a great job of keeping things moving and engaging with customers. This location has outdoor seating however during the morning hours its directly in the sun with no umbrellas

I received excellent service in this location, its a smaller store but they are fast and friendly, right off the beach in Hermosa Beach so busy in the morning. Coffee hot and tasty.

Came in for my regular iced latte. It was early morning and I was surprised at how happy everyone was (caffeine high?) Employees, customers, and plenty of doggies. People actually said good morning... mind blowing! This is not my regular location but I might change. :-)

Its a Starbucks. The people are nice, theyve never messed up my drink (my name, another story). While there are other boutique coffee shops around, if you just need that Vanilla Frap with soy, not too sweet, no whip -in an the next size up cup, theres only Starbucks.

Starbucks as you know it and how it supposed to be. I dont drink coffee at all. Just hot chocolate. Here you need to improve a little. Its gotta be more chocolate!

A great landmark for public parking. I walked right by this place with my friend Miles. He had high hopes for all the fly honeys in this place and it delivered.

Went in Sunday after church and ordered a small black coffee and found that my card had $2.10 left on it and the woman said I owed a nickel. I explained that I had no cash on me but she maintained that I owe five cents more..............I LEFT!!!!!! That will be my last purchase at Starbucks....ANYWHERE.....Sorry they are in such dire straights.

Worse Starbucks and probably the worse coffee shop in the world... and I am saying this not from single frustrating experience, but many many, thru the years. I am local to this turistic place, but go there skiping big periods (after certain frustrations) with hope that personel changed and with it the service, but not and this goes for years and years... if you order americano, what the heck is this!?, they will just pour brewed coffe of the day, other times you wait and wait and people on the line behind you have picked up their drings and gone and you still wait, sometimes they just pour cold coffe... awfull place, the only good about it no other major coffee shop ...

This Starbucks is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and boutiques. The baristas are great!

Ordered a Vente mocha this morning, gotta Vente cup but it was only filled about 2/3 of the way. Come on Starbucks, if youre only going to give me a grande then charge me for a grande. Going to hit a local coffee shop next time. Two stars only because the taste was correct.

No staff by register, no toilet paper no paper towels Trash 🗑 on restroom floor

As soon as I walked up to the counter, the barista was texting on her phone. I asked her a question (as she was still texting right in front of me not greeting a single customer) she continued to type then finally realized I said something and replied “what?” I was so appalled by the way she treated me. As soon as the officer came up behind me, only then did she put her phone away. I’m very disappointed and I hope something is done about this. No one deserves to be ignored like that.
