After having our stuff destroyed and scattered all over the highway because of a drunk driver Christine and Jason scheduled us an appointment very quickly to help us get situated. They streamlined the process, got us financed and delivered the set of our new bed in a matter of hours. They showed us several different options and we found a really comfy mattress at a nice price. Couldnt be happier. Wife is ecstatic! Thankyou! 10/10 will recommend, I will be back for our guest bedroom.

I gotta tell ya, I have been to many mattress departments, and this company really does have an innovative yet efficient way to distributing mattresses to the consumer. One thing that stood out the most was the approach, by setting an appointment, flexibility is at the forefront, and I feel due to Covid, this is becoming the new norm in terms of society, as well as an efficient way of doing business. He was patient, kind, informative, gave me a few laughs and delivered to me in midway for a small fee. His energy was awesome. Kristi and Jason were both amazing, my daughter just came back from Korea and had to get a new bed and mattress, the bed took forever, but the mattress was ordered and delivered the exact same day. Kristi was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, Jason who delivered the mattress was quick and very kind!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

As a bachelor living in HINESVILLE I thought an air mattress was convenient and it was but not for my back. I started shopping around for a mattress but had trouble finding any especially since the furniture store on post closed recently. I usually stick to shopping on post Fort Stewart but today Mattress By Appointment opened my mind to other options outside of post. Today I experienced some of the best customer service ever since my four years of living in HINESVILLE and tonight I will experience a great night sleep thanks to Mattress By Appointment. I was able to test different mattresses for my comfort level and within about 15-20 minutes I had my queen size mattress loaded onto my vehicle thanks to help of the Mattress By Appointment Associate and I was on my way.
