When you need help with your phone not not able to set something up they have very capable personnel to help you I love it

The phone service itself is great, happy with being a cricket customer for almost 3 years now. But I felt very uncomfortable going to this particular cricket. One of the crew members David was constantly checking me out while helping. I noticed also as I was walking out he would stare. This made me feel disgusted by the kind of men employees they hire. Cricket corporate office should look into what kind of men employees they hire to assist their customers.

I have been with cricket for years.always great service. Just bought a new Motorola G7 today and love it. They helped me get it all set up. A sure fire win!! Thanks Cricket!

Regretting even giving them a star. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. MANAGEMENT IS SHITTTY.. WORKERS SUCK AND DONT KNOW ANYTHING!!! A blonde Hispanic girl always looks like shes high on something, acts like it as well. A BUNCH OF TEENAGE BOYS JUST HANGING AROUND THE PLACE SOCIALIZINLG. & THEY LITERALLY MAKE THERE OWN POLICIES, WHICH IS SOMETHING IVE NEVER HEARD OF AT ANY BUSINESS.. Awful awful awful service. I like it is my phone company, but sometimes they have workers who do not like to speak to you in Spanish or I dont know what happens to them and they treat you very despots and give you answers in a bad mood, they do not explain their plans well and they answer the questions well.

The women who attend are despots and do not listen to how they should buy a phone that did not work and they pretext that the phone was scratched and that is why they did not change it when the phone did not even see a scratch and the one that was losing It was me

Pity service, stop that they are angry, and they do not attend you kindly I think they should supervise the service in that store
