They have a wide variety of records in their store new ones and old ones as well as cassette tapes and cd’s. Great prices and really good service. If your record you want isn’t there you can order ask them to order it and they will happily call you when they have your record.

Great customer service. This was my first visit and the store I only needed film developed this trip. I did notice what appeared to be full shelves so it looks like much of what is stocked is in stock. Clean floors and organized shelves. It is not too difficult to find in the shopping center.I’ll add that it is on the second floor on the back side of the center right at the intersection of the main walk path.

Incredible customer service and appreciation for its customers. Went in with a broken camera and they were kind enough to use a test roll to help me figure it out.Staff has always been friendly and loves to talk about all things analog photography.If you shoot film this is a must visit on Oahu

I have no complaints at this store. They are nice people and very helpful in answering any questions I have had. The developing and scanning of film isnt too pricey but not cheap The turn around time for the scans and negatives are quite fast even during covid only taking about 3 days. They also sell old film cameras of all sorts and a lot of different types of film. Little secret they have is a print machine for photos you have on your phone. They print on fuji film 6X8 papers or you can do 6X6 square print. They only cost 50 cents! If your into film photography definitely with the visit

This has been the go to place for all things FILM! Like 35mm OT 2 1/4...Staff knows their stuff!!! So if you are thinking of dusting off that old 35mm camera..This should be our 1st stop!!!

First time using film cameras and came here for the first time needing just digital scans for them, i was told it would take about 3 days but a whole week past and nothing came in, and then I was told it would take another week for it to go through. So about two weeks to get your film ready. I do not recommend coming for films to get developed because they sends it out to another place which was difficult to contact since it’s only through email and closed on weekends its a conflicting process. Told people about this and I was recommended rainbow photo lab now since they take only an hour to send out scans. I don’t think I’ll come back here for my films. I do wish they can tell customers exact the day they can receive their paid films or improve and make it faster.

Awesome place. A sanctuary for film lovers.

After waiting four days for my photos instead of the standard next day that is available at Rainbow photos I found out that my order was wrong in more than one way. I had paid for a full roll of prints only to receive half. The wrong roll was scanned even after double checking while I picked them up. After over a week for something that should have taken a day anywhere else, I didnt even get an apology. Maybe they thrive of selling t shirts and hats but for anything truly film related I will be going to Rainbow Photos.

First few visits went well but then I started running in to issues.... I can never seem to get ahold of the treehouse via phone, it always rings and goes to voicemail and then the voice mailbox is full. Another issues is that there seems to be miscommunication when dropping off film to be developed and scanned, I’ve received other people scans and also I’ve been in situations where I haven’t received my scans at all.Biggest issue Reliability.

Really cool little photo shop in SALT. Very knowledgeable staff that seem to really like their jobs and appreciate the photo industry. A good selection of old and new cameras to buy, and they do film scanning and development. I stop by every time Im in Kakaako.

A great shop for film photography! I brought in an old Canon AE1 that I bought for my girlfriends graduation to see if they could look it over and clean it up. I was told that they didnt offer that service but Chris called the owner to see what they could do. Presto, they are replacing the seals, cleaning it up and making sure everything is in working order and on the cheap. I was also able to find everything you need for getting into film photography there. Now Ill have peace of mind when I hand it over to a soon to be ecstatic girlfriend. Thanks guys!
