Im very neutral here. The staff were helpful even though they didnt have what we were looking for. The store was clean and organized. Nothing great stood out about it, but I have nothing bad to say about it. Its a gaming store. 🙂

Had to order all the games I wanted, didnt have any in stocks just the covers for the games which can be misleading. Then was advised to go to a competitor to look for the games instead.

I paid someone to camp out for me for a pre-order and the manager didnt allow him to purchase my item.

GameStop is becoming a thing of the past. Games and controllers are always $20 more than what Walmart has them for! My local comic book store sells used video games 60% cheaper than GameStop so what is GameStops excuse?? I use to shop here a lot but after being ripped off after so many years Ill never buy a thing from GameStop. Also their point system is a joke even after you pay $14 for it.Update: I found that GameStop carries a lot of cool toys and are the only ones who sell huge Pokemon plush..the people that work there are also friendly and nice...for that I give them some stars.

So I came in for a broken controller that I bought from another gamestop to get a working controller. I go up to one of the employees and told the problem with the controller. He took it looked it over and also conferrmed that it was broken. He then proceeds to pull a used controller off the wall and its also broken. He pulled a second one off the wall and went to check if it works. I then asked him if it held charge. He then proceeds to give attitude to me because of the question I asked. I was taken aback at the way he responded. If this is the way gamestop runs its business its no wonder theyre going under.

I like shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the game deals they offer, and I’ll go in probably once a month to browse their extensive used game selection.

The friendly caring helpful attitudes no longer exist since Chris a manager has been gone. Two employees talked to a man in the store the 15 mins I was there. I was never acknowledged until I walked to the counter to pay. No one ever offered to help due to the conversation they were engaged in.

Got everything you need for gaming. From retro systems to New Age. Service is Pleasant. Everybody is helpful that works there

Went in to look at buying a switch for my family. Im not a wealthy man by any means so its been a long time wait to finally get one for me and the kids to play on. Asked the store employee how much everything would be and i was told the next day there would be a special, buy a switch and get a free game. I was super excited as it fit my small budget so i came back the next day. Turns out i was told wrong information by the night time employee. And i guess if you dont shop and gamestop for a while all the points you earned just drop off. But it turns out Walmart has the same switch equipment for cheaper.
