Great service n very friendly staff and very helpful, they helped us get the phone our daughter was wants to replace the other phone she had dropped and broke. The staff was very helpful and asked my daughter what phone she was wanting to get and if she would be needing a phone case even a screen protector for her new phone they were very helpful and they had the phone she was really wanting in stock so she was very pleased with it the staff even waited for my father in law to show up at the store since my daughter was on his phone plan needed his 4 digit pin code on his plan for them to transfer all her apps n other personal contact information off her old phone onto her new phone but they were patient and waited till my father showed up since he only lived 5 mins away from there store n didnt take very long to transfer her information over to her new phone either. Nothing like it use to take use to people would be waiting hours just trying to get upgrades or buy a new phone or to even open a new account with any cell phone company providers but not with cricket we didnt have to wait at all we werent even there 30 mins and she had her new phone with all her pics contacts information all on it phone paid for n bought and on our way

Every person in that office is helpful and highly accomodating. I was nervous about switching carriers on two phones; and they knew exactly what to do and how to get my number ported within 20 minutes. This was something my own carrier (previous carrier, that is) couldnt even do. I had been stuck with a phone I bought in 2011 simply because my old carrier couldnt port their own number! It took this amazingly helpful staff 20 minutes. New phone, new service, better service, couldnt ask for more!

Went in to get a another phone added to my plan. Told the sales rep Jasmine what phone I wanted and had a fast one pulled on me during the transaction. She gave me a free phone that looks exactly like the one I wanted and then charged me the cost of the phone I wanted in accessories without my knowledge. When I got home I caught this and contacted Cricket who said I needed to contact the store when I contacted the store today and asked to speak to a manager the person I spoke with claimed she was the manager. While explaining everything to her she claimed that Jasmine was her employee and then all of a sudden remembered who I was but Jasmine was the only person in the store. So I was then being lied to again.

They are rude and the phones I had purchased had defective batteries that they will be happy to charge you 20 for a new one. Service lacks honesty. Will never go back.Im super happy with my new carrier

Me and my wife just switched from metro and the district manager Jasmine helped us out tremendously she made us feel apart of the cricket crew her professionalism and her knowledge was outstanding she was a sweet girl thanks cricket

Charged $20 for a screen protector that I didnt ask for and lied about saying she gave it to me for free when I confronted her about the other accessories charge. I will NEVER do business at this location and suggest you go elsewhere. I guess she gets commission on the accessories she sells but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT if you shop here but youd be better off going elsewhere. Jasmyne D. is the one who helped so watch out for her shadiness.
