My husband and I went to the Verizon store in Hopkinsville and were helped by Richard. He was very helpful but because my phone was very old I had to return the next day and we met Amy, the store manager and she helped us with the purchase of a new phone and transferred all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. She was very helpful, friendly and pleasant during our time there. We could havent not been served any better. Thanks to Richard and Amy for a very good experience.

Richard is definitely a stand up guy at this Verizon location. I called ahead to see if the product I needed was in stock and he had it waiting for me when I came in. The whole transaction was very quick and one of the best experiences I had at a Verizon retail store. There were other customers, but Richard was able to multitask seamlessly.

The people are nice and curtsy but Verizon need to allow them have more access to people needs instead of crowding the online and phone the work would be more venally spread out and more jobs created on the in housing situation over all there pretty knowledgeable if product and good stock of product there

I was contacted by a representative at this store, I dont recall his name, but he explained to me how I could get more service for less money. Unfortunately, like other Verizon authorized dealers Ive dealt with, he didnt give me the whole story. When I got my first bill my Verizon service did not go down like he said it would but went up $16. The Verizon company representative on the phone explained to me that I could get the price lower by allowing them to automatically deduct from my credit card each monthly payment. This is something I never ever allow and was never explained to me by this representative. Use Verizon authorized dealers at your own risk! Ive done it twice and been misled twice costing me additional money in each instance.8/16/21 update: I finally got feed up with Verizons bad service and switched carriers. When I got my final bill I was floored at the $425 contract termination fee charged me. I HAVENT HAD A CONTRACT FOR AT LEAST 7 MONTHS, that was when I made the final payment on my wifes smartphone. The only thing I can figure is this dealers agent initiated an unauthorized contract upgrade when he made the changes that increased my bill instead of lowering my bill. The age of the contract fit the timeframe of the changes. And I had specifically asked if the changes that were supposed to lower the bill would involve a new contract since I was contemplating leaving Verizon, service was bad and getting worse. Verizon agreed to adjust the cancelation fee off the bill. If you have any conversation with Verizon corporate people or authorized dealers make sure you record the conversation and check back in a couple of days with a different agent to see what might have been added without your knowledge.

I have yet to encounter one individual who works at the establishment that knows anything about cell phone. I went to AT&T. The establishment sells the product, however the employees know about the merchandise that is being sold. Simply put hire employees that are knowledgeable about the product that is being sold. Also you might want hire those who have Customer service experience.

I purchased a LG V60 ultra thin Q 2 months ago still waiting on the dual screen and case..If anyone decides to get this phone make sure you knw that its not going to take 3-6wks @ least thats what they tell ya..Then they used an excuse as if Covid has the mail backed up BS I still receive bills in my mail..Covid didnt stop that..

There was only one person working the counter, no other employees were seen in the store, and there were 11 customers including this 1 guy was doing his best but was just not able to keep up, so several other customers including me walked out after waiting for over 30 minutes. I rate the guys service a 5 star hes was trying his best to get to all customers, now on the other hand the Verizon store itself rates a 2 or below. Who would schedule only 1 customer service representative. Very unhappy with the store

All technical advice and recommendations were helpful. The manager and her new technical assistant worked very well together, multi-tasking and serving 3 other people while handling my issues. I witnessed them professionally handle a difficult customer. Thank you, Verizon for taking me back. You have been my only provider since I started using a cell phone, and I shall never be led away from you by empty promises from less-than-quality providers.

09/15/20 Ive been a Verizon customer for 10 years now. Went to try to buy a new Motorola phone The Man shows me a Motorola razor box but wont take the phone out of the box so that I can see what it looks like. All I could see was one thin end of the phone. If you do business that way I have a car I can sell you.

Dont get a phone or service from the place. Apparently they dont tell you about the fees or what your actual cost will be a month. Im new to this service they told me my bill would be a certian amount each month plus i traded my samsung s5 in which they told me 500$ for it plus 300$ credit. All lies!!!! Get it in writing about what you will pay. Plus they bill ahead each month which another thing they negeleted ro tell me. So basically after the one time fees and other charges you will be behind in payments becuase of them not telling u. Also this is a third party retailer or whatever you call them. Go to a real phone dealer from Verizon.

Was looking to update my phone, went into the Oak Grove Verizon store, and they were so rude, my wife and I got up disappointed with the Oak Grove Verizon store. Drove to the Hopkinsville Verizon store and the staff went above and beyond customers service. 100 percent satisfied, thanks Amy and Buddy.

Very unprofessional and underhanded business practices. Trying to out the door price you without ever saying true price of phone. I have talked with others that had similar experience. My parents left company after 15 years once phones were finally paid in full.
