Beware, super shady place. They sell cars that any mechanic would tell you is unfit & dangerous to drive. How they get their cars inspected is subject to lots of questioning! They add on fees everywhere to the cost of the car & tell you they performed necessary work, which in fact they have not. They happily send you off with a glossy looking car on the outside, one that could put your family in tremendous danger! They give you paperwork for one location & then take it away & give you a receipt for somewhere else and try to sell you on extended warranty & extra insurance. Not one thing is straight forward about this place. Absolutely avoid!!

Mohammed was wonderful to deal with. Ive purchased several cars on my own and ran into cars salesman that either dismissed me as a women or were dishonest, not here, he came through on all levels and with all promises. I would definitely go back whenever Im in the market for a used car.

This place is a joke. They are crooks and all they want is your money. The financial manager, is so unprofessional. Had a meeting with her and was 2 1/2 hours late and she looked liked she’d partied all night long and not even once apologized for her lateness. All she talked about was her car and that her dad was the owner of the place. No wonder, she works there.

Wow Wow Wow this was the best car buying experience I ever had. Mr. Mohammed and his staff really made is feel at home. I had been looking for a car for a week and it was getting very exhausting, however until I walked into auto group and meant the amazing Menah eltouby the manager. She was very helpful where she explained the deal the same day and help me to understand the insurance for the car in case anything went wrong. I walked out happy and excited with my new car and was very pleased with the results.

I called the dealership at 10:30 AM and asked if a Jeep advertised on the internet was still available. Nancy told me that the Jeep was still for sale and it was parked right in front of her on the corner. I arrived at the dealership around 11:15 AM only to find out that the Jeep was at the shop getting work done because someone else was interested in it and they had requested specific work done on it. I also found out that the Jeep was sent to the shop earlier in the week and that it was NOT there when I called.As I was leaving, a gentleman whom I assume was the owner approached me and apologized for the the saleswoman Nancys error.Total waste of my time. Plenty of other dealers on Long Island to go to.

WARNING!!!!. A real shady place. I suggest you shop elsewhere. My experience started with the finance girl ( who should be arrested), decided to take it upon herself after the deal was negotiated to add one another 2,100 dollars to the finance agreement. When I questioned the charge she told me it was a bank processing fee. Which was a lie cause I called bank and there is no such charge. I then went back in to have her re write agreement and ask why she lied. She then began to tell me that she tacked on the 2,100 dollars because they werent making a profit off the car and that I should have campassion. Is she for real? She commits fraud and probably was going to pocket that money if I didnt say anything. Well after an hour of arguing to get the charge off they only credit 1700 dollars because they said there was another application fee . Which is also a lie. Secondly before I even negotiated a price for the car they said they would fix the rearview mirror and two other pieces that were damaged. Two months later still hasnt been fixed. I got the run around for months and was being lied to that the pieces were being ordered, In which they never where. I call up the owner and tell him the situation he has the nerve to tell me to be patient . Really be patient after 2 months of being lied to. The owner then told me he wasnt spending money to fix it. That I should have bought a new car and this wouldnt have happened. So I will be seeing them in court. Never again would I trust anyone from this place nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Please please please do not spend your money at this place. If a car is 20,000$, by the time you finish all the financial information and the insurance information, the final price will be about 40,000$. You don’t even have the option to pay in full cash. They force you to finance or they charge you more than the sticker price if you want to pay full cash. Please, whoever’s lucky enough to read this before visiting this shady shady shady dealership trust me on this... BUY A BETTER CAR FOR HALF THE PRICE ELSEWHERE!!! Take not only my word for it, but all these people under me have gone through the same experience. All these comments that say “Mohammad and his staff” are all posted from them!! Don’t trust the positive comments about this place they’re alll scam artists. Their main concern after we returned the car was for us to not go online and write “bad reviews” about them so that they can scam the next pour soul that walks in there. And if you do decide to go regardless of my review, watch out for the finance manager she’s the biggest scammer of all. Her name is menha or something. Please stay safe guys and avoid dealerships like this.

This place is great i got a car at a very low price rather than going somewhere else & paying double that amount. Muhammid is a great guy he really goes out his way to help you out & make sure it benefits you in so many ways. come finace or buy etc a car here theyll really help you !

Absolutely the worst place ever! Beware, total con artists!!! They have cars from auctions there that should be used for parts only. Stay away.
