My Sienna Hybrid is beyond my wildest expectations and I really appreciate Charlie getting it all cleaned up and filling the tank - it looks AMAZING and I wonder how long I can go without a visit to the gas station? I went to Empire because of their great reputation but these guys really sealed the deal.

I had no problems with the advisor when I had the appointment for my cars NYS inspection. I was informed that I had to wait for an hour or so. When the hour passed, the advisor came to me that my car was ready. I was so relieved.

Leased a 2021 Prius Prime Limited through Empire Toyota about a month ago. I called/emailed every dealership in NJ, NY, CT, and parts of PA but could not find the car in the color that I wanted at the price point that I could afford until I came across Empire Toyota. They worked with me and were able to give me an excellent price! (I literally cried with joy over the phone). I completed my credit application and insurance prior to arrival so everything went smoothly (there was a little hiccup because the clean air laws in NJ -where I live- are different than in NY but that wasnt their fault). The sales team was really nice... Kristen offered to buy me dinner since we might be there for a while. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy/lease a car!
Cesar Sandoval was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He is a man of integrity and very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. The worst Dealer ever!!! They lied people. I went there today wanna buy the used car Mercedes 2010 the price on the web was 14.600$ they give me test drive then we go to desk and the price changed up to 18.900$‘!!! On the website they have info about “dealer fee” 695$ It’s no true! It’s ridiculous! My brother-in-law went here to purchase a used car. My husband and I accompanied him to make sure he was getting a good deal. He was looking to buy a 2016 Jeep Renegade that clearly someone traded in and now needed to be off the lot. He was also willing to pay in full without financing. Right off the bat games were being played. Before we even test drove the car we were told about a $3,000 mystery charge that needed to be added to our final cost. We were all wearing masks and the dealer didn’t wear one during the test drive which I thought was inconsiderate. When we got back from the test drive they offered a price that was outrageous for a used car that was 5 years old. For a little more he could have bought a 2021 model. The dealer also got snippy with us when we caught on to her game and started calling her out on it. When we decided to get up and leave my husband was accosted by another manager at the dealership who chased us into the parking lot screaming “You just gonna get up and leave like that?!?” Then he proceeded to get up in his face and made verbal threats which is why I’m not naming names. It was absolutely insane. Never have we ever experienced this in all the times we have gone car shopping. Never returning here again and I wouldn’t recommend them. They are a rip off.

As always, excellent service at Empire Toyota of Huntington. My service writer, Jose Torres, was very helpful and informative throughout the procedure. The service was done well and in a timely manner. However, the company has a lot of freakin nerve adding a 3% surcharge to customers who dare to use a credit card instead of a debit card to pay their bill, passing along the charges credit card companies charge to them for doing business. Empire brags about being customer-oriented, but this policy is outrageous. They should re-think this policy. It is not consumer-friendly.
If you are buying a car, deal with RAY NAZARIO. I have been buying cars for many years and Ray is the most honest salesperson that I have come across. You will be treated with honesty and respect and given a good deal.

I requested to see a used car that Empire Toyota of Huntington they was selling outside on the lot and was approached by a (Product Specialist/salesman) Anthony Edwin Cruz who informed me in order to see the car it was there policy for me to give him my name and phone number before showing me a car on the lot outside. After I provided them with my information it took them about 15 min to get the key and I was then escorted to the car with TWO salesmen and Anthony opened the car sat inside and started it up... I was then told if I was interested in test driving the car I would have to leave a deposit 1st b/c it was such a rare car furthermore they told me there was a 10% mark up on the price b/c of a shortage. Keep in mind this was a used car that smelled like cigarette smoke had burn holes on the pillar and door panel, the front bumper was curbed and cracked and the rims where scrapped too. Thats just what i noticed at 1st hand... He then proceeded to tell me the car would cost me about $98,000.00 and after checking there website they had the car listed for almost $10,000 less.... My advice dont buy here...

Have been going to Empire Toyota of Huntington for service for more than a year now, and they always do a very detailed, reliable job. This time my service person was Sunny Dalavai. I had appointment for only 1 car, but needed service on both cars, and Sunny was nice enough to accommodate me with service of both cars. Also, my Yaris had an unexpected oil leak that Sunny showed me by taking me to the service bay. He got it fixed without any extra charges as it was covered under warranty. Thats transparency that I appreciate a lot. The service team is well trained to look after their customers.Empire Toyota of Huntington also sends discount coupons on oil changes, tires deals, alignments etc from time to time that saves me money. I highly recommend them for service on all your Toyotas.

This was by far the best car leasing experience I have ever had. Yoelis was my salesperson and Javier was my finance manager. They were both extremely professional, helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable. The entire staff was very friendly and made what is usually a stressful experience very simple. There even came a part in the process where the manager, Keith’s expertise was required (not due to anything negative or wrong) to move some things around to get the deal done, and he took care of it immediately and with a smile. 5 Stars all around! We recently purchased a new car from Empire Toyota. Without a doubt, it was the BEST car purchasing experience we have ever had. Dropped off my 4Runner for new f/r brakes and nys inspection. Check in was easy and quick, and a new loaner car was readily available. This dealership also took care of a fuel pump recall at the same time. My 4Runner was ready on time, I’ve had no issues with the work, and the people who work there were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Ricardo and William in the service department especially made sure everything was done properly and on time. About a week later I noticed a piece of metal in a tire. They removed it, checked the tire for leaks, and I was able to get on my way. That was a big help to me.

After a prior poor experience at another dealership, the last thing I wanted to do was go to another. But I’m sure glad we did! As soon as we walked into Empire Toyota of Huntington, we were immediately greeted by Cesar. Right away, he got the vehicle that we wanted to check out and we took it for a test drive. I went into dealership on July 31, 2021 to look at the new Highlanders, was greeted by Kristin Digesaro who after expressing my concerns about the power output of the 4 cylinder engine in the Hybrid version, she said to take it for a test drive. I got in the car along with my sister-in-law (Who has owned MANY Toyotas) and Kristin, drove North on Oakwood Road, then turned left onto Pulaski Road, put my foot down hard (but not full throttle) and was pleasantly surprised as to how much power and acceleration it had!! The combination of gas engine plus the 3 electric motors (I chose the All Wheel Drive model), was quite impressive!I have driven it over a week now and have been getting 37+ MPG with it, plus it is a Blast to drive! I also love all the cool options it has.Kristin was quite knowledgeable about the product and made the buying process so much easier. If you go to this dealership, ask for her!

The service department is totally irresponsible and outright disrespectful. My wife’s Hylander hybrid had warning lights coming up on screen saying hybrid malfunction pull car over to safe place on way back from Connecticut. She called the service department and woman who answered phone told her the car was fine to drive as long as she was comfortable driving it . 3 blocks away from getting back on highway the car completely died including power steering and brakes . We had the car towed to the dealership. When the car was ready I let the service advisor Rodrico know that I was extremely angry that the women who answers the phone told my wife the car was fine to drive and that how lucky everyone was that she had not gotten in highway before the car died . Rodrico responded with “ I didn’t tell her that “ then he gave me a “ go f myself “ when I called the main dealership to complain I was given run around . I have 2 Toyota’s from this dealership. Will be getting rid of the one that’s purchased and will be counting the days until the lease is up on the other . If any company will tolerate an employee cursing out a customer they don’t deserve to have a customer.
My wife and I had visited several dealerships over the span of 3 weeks, with a very tight budget and high expectations for a new vehicle with modern technologies and comforts. We also were visiting dealerships at 6-7PM at night (even on weekends) since this was our only free-time after work. All of the other dealership representatives from these previous stores either stayed away so that we would leave and not disrupt their closing hours or they provided us with responses like “I’m not test driving vehicles now” or “You should go to so-and-so company if you want a car for that price.” Well, we visited Toyota two times, both times after 6PM and the whole dealership was welcoming to us. Justin Khan (our brand specialist) was excellent. He was knowledgeable, flexible with our budget and expectations, and made himself available by cellphone/email over the span of a week to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle purchase. We were able to sign a deal for a new RAV4 in our budget, with additional perks to the vehicle, and without making enemies with the dealership.
I have been a customer of Toyota of Huntington for over 10 years and wanted to post about the best service and salespeople that work there. Kristin and Gracie just sold me my latest Highlander and went above and beyond my expectations! I can’t state the level of customer service they provide. Stellar! They both made my car buying experience the best yet. They take care of everything and make the process seamless and so convenient. I never write reviews but wanted to make people aware that if you need to get a car, go see them. You won’t be sorry. The nicest and most professional service experience in my over 30 years of car buying experience!!

I had a great experience buying a car. It was a bit of a process to find what I was looking for, but Charles Murphy was very helpful, did most of the leg work, and kept in touch with me to bring me through the process. Richard Caicedo got me a good rate to finance. Both representatives were personable and presented the complany well.
Justin is a very rude manager I went on 6/10/21 he under estimate his customers, has no sales manners, raises his voice at the customers has no respect whatsoever. I might be wearing scrubs because Im a health care professional but I deserve respect. Will definitely not recommend this dealer to my hospital community, did tell him how rude he was, negotiating comes with patience which he didnt have. Remember google exist you cant fool us anymore. Go to Smithtown Toyota, they are professional. Lost my business and all my coworkers too.
Had such a great experience at Empire Toyota. Needed a new truck. I was referred here by a friend who was happy with the service. Saw a gorgeous army green Tundra. Dealt with Caesar and Larry. You always walk into a car dealership wondering if you are going to be taken advantage of. Sold something you don’t need for more than you should or want to pay for it. Not here ! Not with Caesar or Larry. The time, care and effort these guys put in! Making sure I was happy with the truck, my payments and my commitment I was about to make. I can’t say enough about the staff and customer experience and Empire Toyota. I know for any future car needs for myself &/or referrals for friends and family, Empire Toyota is the place!
These people are complete grifters. They force you to put down a deposit, swearing the deposit is 100% refundable. After which they never return ur money and keep giving you the run around

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I came in to get details on a 2020 RAV4 and was helped by Charles/Charlie M; as a 20 year old coming in with my father and girlfriend, he made everyone feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Not once were we pressured or approached with a “dealership-salesman pitch”. My girlfriend works at a dealership and was astonished by how friendly and well mannered the whole experience with the staff was. Will 100% recommend this to ANYONE looking for a car regardless of make/model. Quality dealership with fantastic staff and friendly manager.
Edwin Cruz my sales rep was very helpful. He was able to get me the car I wanted the day I needed it. The processing took a very long time however. I spent over three hours sitting around after I had agreed to all terms, just waiting for the contract to be drawn up (given I needed a new plate from the DMV). Otherwise a nice facility. The manager Keith has also been very helpful and attentive post-vehicle purchase.
Super poor experience, do not buy a car from anyone who does not know what he is doing. I bought a car from them, not only did not give me my bonus discount but also give me a wrong plate which is not on my registration. not recommend, use with cation. And this dealer should train their salesman, do not let someone does not know anything about toyota to sell cars. and train their salesman learn how to check inventory.

3/31/2021 I went to the dealership at 5:30 pm. After the sales guy Edwin showed me everything inside and outside the car including the price written on the Windows $33.326, Edwin told me there will be no other fee added. I was waiting for the finance guy to go over the details.After waiting for a long time (over 4 hours), when finance person Rich sat with me, I was very tired. They take extra time to wear you out. I signed the paper and after I left with the car, I found the total price was way more than what was said. These guys dont give you clear information on who to negotiate with. Next day when I called their office for the difference in numbers (almost $1000), Liz asked me the reason for the call, and she said the manger will call me back but I never received a call back.I tried to contact other from the dealership, but no one called me back.VERY DISHONEST DEALER!!!
I went to this dealership to lease a Prius Prime. The dealership is very nice and so were the people. It looked clean, there are dividers and distance between each desk and everyone was wearing masks. Being a woman I get especially nervous with dealerships taking advantage (had a very bad experience before) but Justin is definitely the person you want to go to. He worked with my budget, didnt try to push anything, I felt very comfortable, and he was patient and helpful with answering all of my questions. I did not feel rushed thought the entire process and he made sure I was comfortable with the deal. The dealership is great and I would highly recommend Justin.
This is mine and my husband 2nd purchase with Huntington on Toyota! Each time our purchase has been great! My husband and I walked in knowing we were going to be looking at the 2021 RAV4 and right away Yoelis greeted us at the door with a great and positive personality and we got right to work! I test drove a base model but knew I needed more in the vehicle and Yoelis recommended two options for me and when he mentions the Red RAV4 in my heart I knew it was going to mine! The finance manager Javier helped us not only with my husbands truck but with mine as well and everyone helping us went above and beyond for us! Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with! I get so many compliments on my vehicle plus the color is to die for!!!! I had a great experience at the Empire Toyota on Saturday. Ray Nazario was my sales consultant. When I called, he got me an appointment the very next day. He was waiting for me and was very helpful with his knowledgeable advice. Toyota offed me a great deal on lease exchange, and Ray made sure that the whole process was enjoyable every step of the way. The new building they have is very spacious and social distancing compliant. The entire process was much easier than I expected. I highly recommend the Empire Toyota of Huntington.

We recently purchased a Tacoma from here and the customer service was outstanding. Usually my experience with car salesmen are intimidating and pushy. This visit totally changed that. We were helped by Yoelis (Jo Jo) who was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for a better salesman. We also dealt with Larry in finance who was amazingly HONEST and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns without making us feel silly or overwhelmed. The entire experience made the process of getting a new vehicle more enjoyable and stress free!
I discussed with sales rep Ivan Rosa who I negotiated a final price with as they claimed they would price match another offer. The process was a constant nickel and dime. I received an emailed vehicle purchase agreement which listed the total amount due on delivery. When I arrived they had me wait about 3 hours for their paper work, then I spoke to Javier who claimed the DMV fees were not included which was $73 which I was required to pay. Its a small amount, but this was a very unsatisfactory experience and I felt I was locked in as they knew I travelled quite a distance and I didnt have an alternative to return home without the vehicle.Strongly recommend a different dealership.
