I usually do not write reviews and I’m not an online type person. I’m 57 years old and I have always bought my cars used. In the 40+ years I have bought cars I have not met someone like Adam or experienced a dealership like Chrono. Adam knows his stuff. From cars to finance he answered every question and was spot on. Loved the experience and appreciated his service and the way he catered to me and my wife. Truly felt like I got an amazing deal. Usually people are stressed or unhappy but that’s not the case here. Go see him, he will take good care of you and treat you like family.

LITERALLY BEYOND AMAZING!!! Adam is the guy. I have never seen a dealership, actually business operate the way he does. Adam really knows the car business. He got me an amazing car, worked the numbers to get me the best rate and approval, always kept me updated, and the car looks freaking new! He did a full paint correction, and a ceramic coating for me. Unreal. On top of that I was there for maybe 20 minutes initially to pick out a car and do some paperwork. After he worked out the kinks and made sure the car was good to go I came in, did the final paperwork and was out in 15 minutes. No hidden fees, no upsells and best of all no pressure. Amazing experience. Will definitely be referring Chrono to everyone that needs a car!

I was texting and talking to Dan i think that was his. A good lyer, he tells me that my job letter wasnt good for one bank but great for another as long as i put a little more money . Down for a 2009 honda accord that he knew it wasnt there. And since i call him out on it he does the loan as a lease not finace. I was trying to finance dont trust this place ima first time buyer and the saleman with his pettiness mess my credit score up . Good luck with that company and anyone who deals with them

Pleasure to do business at this dealership. Smooth easy process. Competitive financing terms too. The part that stuck out though was the detail that went into well detailing the car. When I first saw the car I wanted it wasnt the cleanest, and I was assured that it would be cleaned and detailed. I was expecting a simple car wash and one of those detail packages that the car wash offers. The team at Chrono did an amazing job with this car. It doesnt even look like the same car. Leaving a review for both the rental side and used car side of the business. I needed a replacement rental as a branch fell on my car with the last windy storm we had. Long story short my car was totaled, and I was upside down on the loan and owed money. On top of that I did not have rental coverage. I was able to not only get a rental from Chrono and not have to pay for it, but Adam worked endlessly for a week trying to find a replacement car for me within the amount the insurance cut me a check for. He was able to roll in the amount I had on my old loan, and used the check to issue a new loan on the car. He even rolled in the rental and I didnt have to pay a penny for it! More so than anything Adam knows what he is doing when it comes to the finance part of the business for sure! THANK YOU FOR EASING MY STRESS THROUGH ALL OF THIS!!!

Amazing detail job on my Ram 1500. Removed a lot of the swirl marks and some of the surface scratches I had on the truck. Removed interior stains I had on the seat and carpet too. Great customer and detailing service!

Shopping for a car is stressful enough because of all the sly tricks and gimmicks by these car dealerships. Well Chrono is not like any of them. Very transparent with their pricing, upfront about the vehicle and very professional. They worked with my credit to get me approved into a Mustang and I cannot be happier. Adam went beyond a car sale and financing. He came up with a plan to help me get me get back up after the last few months of my credit taking a hit because of income loss. Great man to do business with, and great to have a company like this in the neighborhood.

Read the info and they state they operate on a 24 hour basis if someone needs it. Well last week I got into an accident with that snowy mess. It was pretty late around 10PM, and I needed a car for work. The airports were the only ones open and they wanted an arm and a leg. I called Chrono and although I didnt get through immediately I got a call 10 minutes later. Adam setup a insurance replacement rental for me and I picked up the car around 11PM at night. I just returned the car and didnt pay for anything, other than the security deposit. He told me he will get the charges from the insurance company directly. Adam, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING! Amazing service.

My production studio needed a rental car for a photoshoot. Everyone else that rented exotic cars wanted a arm and a leg because they thought we would be driving them and couldnt make any exceptions. I found Chrono, called them up and spoke to Adam. I explained myself and what I needed, and Adam actually understood. He worked out a deal for me, and had the car transported there, and transported back. I only ended up paying for the days I used it, but it was at a discounted rate that fit my budget, and the budget for the shoot. Adam thank you so much! WOW! This is not a regular car rental company. Even supersedes other exotic car companies. I had a gig where lets just say I had to impress. I spoke with Adam and he really went all out. Got me a Range Rover and even had decals on the front and back windshield put on it saying DJ ENZARO. Thank you so much!!!
