Very knowledgeable staff went in for some troubleshooting on my phone fixed all my issues in a timely manner and Inshal looked up my account and he saved me money and got me a tablet with savings. Manager is also great. He was very involved on the floor.

Nice staff. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced.

Salesmen are intentionally misleading and will take every opportunity to sneak BS accessories at 4x the usual price onto your monthly bill, then when you confront them they just pass you around and do nothing. Even by cell service standards theyre just awful.

Got a prepaid SIM. Never worked properly. Works for 5 min then stops for hours. The guy in the store kept on blaming the phone, asked to update OS, etc’. This phone was used with another T-mobile prepaid before, without any problems. This is how incompetence looks like.

Inshal the salesman got me great deal on a phone I trade in my Samsung note 5 phones and bought a new one plus 6th for $280 only, 5 srar for Mr Inshal, thankyou

Horrible service I paid cash for my bill and they didnt process it... three days later I got a text saying my bill wasnt paid ...-_- awful place. Dont recommend stopping at this store just pay your bill online or go to a different store.

Worst T-mobile around me. Not helpful whatsoever and staff members dont even realize what they can and cannot do. They made me make 3 attempts to exchange 1 phone and they still couldnt help.
