Terrible customer service!! Called and asked how long to replace a screen, was told if I came in at 7:30pm it would be done at 8pm. I figured dropping it off at 7pm I would have plenty of time. I asked her twice on the phone to make sure I would definitely get it back that night otherwise I could wait for morning. She assured me it would be no problem that night. When I dropped it off I asked again about the phone being done by 7:30 because it only took a half hour to fix. Again she reassured me I would get my phone back. I got there at 7:35 and all the lights were off. When I showed up the next day the lady was very rude and said I misunderstood. She kept blaming me for miss understanding but the website, the door and herself all say open until 8. I was also given 3 prices for the same service. The best part was finding my phone was at 1%. Great customer service (joking) I will never go back.

I do not recommend this place because it damages or breaks the parts of your device just to charge extra and say that they need to repair it when it is not

I used this company three times in a spam of a few months I replaced my screen with them each time they charged me $200.00 I paid almost the price of a new phone, each time they fixed the phone does not act the same last time I changed the screen it was almost a week ago phone was dropped by mistake then the screen did not break but the screen had many lines still works but cannot see the phone clearly, I went back to them asking them to change it because it was not done right they refused to change they told me they can only give a $50.00 discount during the conversation they inform me they use counterfeit products not apple products as apple does not authorize them to fix their product and now I know why they are not authorized to do that because they use counterfeit products and they do not do a good job, I hope someone legal authorities will get to them and stop their criminals business.

I recently got my iphone x repaired from them good service and cheapest around.

Very convenient. I called them in advance for an appointment to fix my iPhone 6 screen. I walked in and was taken care of rite away. . I wan in and out in less then 20 minutes.

I picked up an iPhone 7 here, got a great deal a case and a temp glass for less than half of what Id pay at Apple. Gotta love it!

Horrible place! They just waste your time! They kept pushing back the dates to fix my tablet and when I got sick and tired of them they refused to return the deposit we did and never fixed the tablet. Wish I could give this place negative stars they don’t even deserve one. The lady at the front desk is the most careless representative ever knows ABSOLUTELY nothing about customer service! Horrible place horrible people! Do not waste your time or money with these scammers!

Total scam. The eastern european guy at the desk said he could fix my moto x but actually ruined the digitizer. They charge too much also. If you want to fix your phone without issues in the future- go somewhere more reputable!

This Place is horrible. the lady at the front desk doesn’t care at all. The place is dirty and Charged $100 to fix my iPhone 6s not even 3 days later the screen starts coming off and I push it down and the screen cracks will never go back here again.

I will never come back here. Almost had to call the cops for them to give me my stuff. She wouldnt answer my calls and they charge crazy amounts. I would never recommend anyone go there. TRUST ME!
