4 hrs waiting and solving and fixing but very Satisfied. I hate shopping too.
The technician was great. It took longer to drive there than it took him to fix the issue. After fixing my phone he showed me what to do to correct the problem should it happen again.
My experience at this store was superb postive. Staff is very nice extremely helping. Definitely will go back again .
This store was good. The associates were very helpful. I had issue with my bill and went again the the same associate helped. He explained the bill and also helped me with my cash back that i was not able to set up. Verizon is the best and they have good deals.

Great service. I do not normally leave reviews but after my service today, this is the only Verizon store I will ever go to. I had multiple issues where another Verizon store could not assist me nor Verizon’s customer service. The issues stemmed over the course of 2-3 days and the Huntington Station store was able to resolve all my issues. I’m stunned that there are mixed Google reviews for this store, when my experience was excellent. During my visit, all customers were being helped or in the process of being helped and acknowledged. Patrick and the employee-in-training (apologies for not remembering his name) were excellent and a pleasure to work with.

Wow. This is, shall we say, less than stellar for a telecommunications company:I have a 4 p.m. appointment that I cant make. Trying to be a considerate person, I tried to call twice. A message says, Thank you for calling Verizon, followed by a brief jingle, and then... nothing. No sound. No ring. No music. No instructions. Nothing at all. I waited a while before getting disgusted and hanging up. Tried again with the same result. Alrighty, then. Not being able to communicate at all with the store at 11:30 a.m. on a Wednesday is not exactly optimal.I hate to give the store a bad rating based on this alone, but I think its important to let you know that you apparently have a telephone system problem.
0/5 stars. After making an online appointment ahead of time, I had to wait 45 minute to be seen and was then told they couldn’t help me out with what I needed. I left Verizon today and have switched to AT&T. This wasn’t the first time I had a poor experience with customer service from Verizon, but it was my last.
Ive been to this Verizon store several times. On each occasion, the staff has gone out of their way to help and accommodate me. No complaints here!
What a great store to visit I buy all my phones here!! Went today to purchase a new iPhone 11! My sales rep was Patrick who was an awesome rep. Who explained everything in detail. I highly recommend a visit to this store and see Patrick!! Other reps were very curtious and friendly also!!!!
I cant believe what Im going through with this store. The buy one, get $1000 off promotion from the second its a trick.Now Im paying full price because of the sale associate mistakeI put half down, he put all the payment towards one phone now Im getting bill full price for my phone when I paid half of the phone price.The associate put all the payment towards one phone.Please fix it.
Absolutely terrible Verizon store. I did a same day pick up for a phone and never received an email to pick it up so I decided to go in person 2 days later. One employee tells me i’m next in queue and they can help me in store. I wait 20 minutes for another employee to tell the order is still “pending” and takes an hour to process. I placed the order at 11am 2 days before. I asked “why offer same day pick up if the order is still not ready 2 days later”. The employee did not have an answer for me and stuttered on his words. He lied straight to my face. I just wanted to pick up the phone and set it up at home.I went to the Verizon in Huntington Village as a walk in, they were able to help me right away and get me the new phone within 10 minutes. I explained what happened at this Verizon and they agreed that it made no sense on why they could not help me and why it took so long. I highly recommend the Verizon in Huntington Village.
They sold me a defective phone charged me twice as much and issued me a new numberthats-riddled with the previous Verizon customer... etc etc
I went yesterday to pick up my new phone. Staff member handed me my phone and said bye. I asked So I have to set this up myself? He replied Yes. Do you have your old phone? Just sit them side by side and itll do everything. Well here I am writing a review the next morning after spending 4 hours last night trying to set up my new phone and failing. I am very good with technology and still couldnt do it!
2 Verizon representatives and 10 people waiting for service.
Employees allow customers to continuously take their masks down. When another customer says something they are both told theyll have to leave. Id been waiting an hour and watched her pull mask down no less then 5 times while an employee stuff right next to her. She said she was doing facial recognition. If thats the case take customer away from other customers.
Employee Christian was so friendly and helpful! Felt like I was asking my friend to help me out, left with more than I needed and am happy with everything I bought
ABSOLUTLY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE.To be clear this review is for over the phone customer service. my bills are never the same every month. the representative have no sense of products or plan. Nev0er coming back to Verizon ever. I am paying more for an average service and incompetent and incapable advisors.the store isnt any better either!!!!!never helped me with any of my questions
The Verizon staff is wonderful. I had opened a link on my Verizon phone, and my idenity was stolen. I immediately brought my phone to my Verizon store, and one of the staff was able to isolate the file that got into my phone. He worked me through all of the things that Id be able to do to avoid this from happening again. On my second visit for the same concern, the sales person once again went over both my phone and tablet. While I was there, I noticed a nice tablet. The sales person then was able to go over its features and the cost to me monthly. Even though I didnt purchase the tablet, the sales person was very informative and patient with me. Im overall thankful with all the support I had with both phone support and store support. Ive been a customer for years and these actions has definitely kept me as a Verizon customer.

Its a great location, people are friendly however not that knowledgeable especially when it comes to equipment like 4g extenders.The store is big and the displays are spread out and really display the products theyre trying to sell. They really do it justice by not overloading the displays with thousands of phones and accessories jam packed.
I get wonderful help from the most knowledgeable people who work there.

Came in late at night around closing time to switch from AT&T. Sales associate David was extremely attentive and personable. We had an issue with the original sale, and I returned the next day to another very friendly and helpful group of staff. Everything was resolved amicably and in a timely fashion. I’m glad I did business with this location and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of switching services or even just upgrading a phone. Thank you guys.
Daniel was the sales/ technician who helped me with my cell phone needs. She was absolutely delightful. An amazing person with superior qualities. She was cordial & very helpful. Needed a new charger for my Galaxy 9S+. Had one in stock and saved me. Cat chewed the last one. Opened them up today and the person that helped me was great.
I received absolutely terrible customer service here. When I first enter the store, I approached one of the reps and explained that I needed to pay a Verizon bill but that I was unable to do this on the self-service Kiosk and so the rep the placed my name on the service queue. After waiting 20 minutes for my turn, I showed the rep the Verizon bill that’s I came in to pay only to be told that they cannot accept anything but cellphone payments. Furthermore, there was no sense of courtesy in her attitude as if she was the one that waited all that time for absolutely nothing. If the customers are inform at check-in that the reps could only take cellphone payments, perhaps this store can increase their efficiency. Particularly this employee’ customer service and interpersonal skills are in need of revamping as it doesn’t reflect what I have come to expect from Verizon.
Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff is respectful and helpful. They take as much time as you need to make your decision.
Worked with Natasha to find a phone for myself, set up a google pixel 3a, as well as work with the plan Im currently on, ended up saving $35 on the current monthly bill with her help and also had a lot of laughs along the way. Thank you, Natasha! Also, phone works great, looks great, would highly recommend her if you get the opportunity! Super friendly and very quick!

Worst customer service ever. Unless you like spending 2hrs in a store dealing with a bunch of kids that have no idea what they are doing. Furthermore, the rep actually got a little loud and aggressive with me when I asked them to help address the issue of my phone not working after they ported my phone number over from another carrier.

The worst experience I have had from any retail phone store ever. If you dont know what your phone can and should do along with the pricing of products, which luckily I do, they will offer you necessary accessories and jam them into your purchase. The employees I worked with seemed as if they were not trained to the fullest, left me waiting for about an hour forgot to give me back documents and had me running all over town when I had a problem with services on their end. In the end they told me sorry if you want buy a prepaid phone ha! The general manager sends you a message stating if you need any help he would be more then happy to do so, I waited about a week for a response, and after losing my phone numbers, lots of money, and my patience I went across the street opened up my account with t-mobile and ended up getting some of the best customer service. Do NOT waste your time by walking into this store.
I believe that Verizon wireless in store customer service needs to be reviewed. Every time I enter a store, whether or not I have an appointment I am waiting 30+ minutes to be seen, regardless the issue. There is no filter system at all, from simple phone upgrades to purchases. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
Its a hit or miss in this place. There are time when I go in there store you get assisted quickly and there are times when youve been walking around for 15-20 min and no one even sayshi!. When you call, Mostly they are abrupt and feels like they dont wanna be bothered.

The only Verizon store where technicians actually know whats going on and are capable of problem solving. Live in the city but this is the only place Ill ever use.

Awful place. The representative lied by omission. He had me sign up for service that he assured me was free but actually cost $10 a month. I was also told Id get my iPhone 7 plus by a certain date and received it a month later. I called the district manager who did not bother to return my call. Terrible customer service

Wait times are worth it. Busy store cause the reps are awsome plus they went out of there way to unbox and let me try out a vr from the back so im happy of how far out of the way they went! :)
