My mom shattered her iPad Air 2 screen and I offered to fix it. I tried to do it myself, got as far as removing the cracked screen from the housing but realized it was more complicated than I could handle. I had looked at the reviews for this place and saw the recent ones were pretty bad, so I figured I got to the Apple store across from it and see if they could fix it. They said technically they could but its so expensive that I might as well just get a new iPad. Fair enough. Apple probably charges a lot in order to discourage people from using them to fix their screens. So I walked the 10 feet over to Talk N Fix and I had the best customer service I had in a very long time. Seng was the guy that helped me. He was impressed by how far I got in trying to fix it myself and explained a few of the things that could be of concern because I had attempted to do it myself. For instance, I had reattached the super duper tiny screws without the LCD screen in place which could have fried the whole thing. So I was hesitant on using their services in case I already broke the thing beyond repair. Luckily, he was able to trouble shoot it and see if the iPad would turn on and luckily it did! And while they didnt have a white screen in stock, they had a black one that would fit which was fine with me, Im glad they could fix it! So I left the device to him for ~30 minutes and it was as good as new! Thanks, Seng! Ill come back if I ever need a screen repaired! (The repair was roughly $140 at the time of this review. Much cheaper than buying a new iPad!)

I went to fix my phone less than a month ago and the screen came off just because, and I went back to fixed it and they said that is not cover for the warranty he did a terrible job, he let me wait for a long time supposed to ask to his boss and after that, he offered me a 50% off, but why do I have to pay extra money when he did a terrible job, and he didn’t fix my phone. like how he was supposed to!!!

Gave them my phone to change micro-USB port. The port theyve installed didnt charge from any wires exept the original Samsung so I had to came there twice tofind it out. I had to order the original Samsung charger and it charged 30% of the battery and stopped at all! They put away the SD-card which was in my phone and didnt return it to me. Moreover now I have unauthorised attempts to sign-in to my bank account by some kind of Android device. Dont think its a very nice way to run business.

I went in to get my iPhone screen replaced and instead was told that my best option was to use AppleCare! This place was really a great resource, very helpful, saved me a ton of money and was able to get me pointed in the right direction. I am very thankful for the honesty and professionalism displayed. I would highly recommend and definitely would patronize again!

Do not take your phone here. I REPEAT! I was sold a screen that was defective and they refused to give me another screen. So they charged me for a new screen at 10% off. That screen only lasted 2 months and went out. Went back and they said they can’t do anything because I wasn’t given a receipt. He said he will fix it for free this one time only. Gave me ANOTHER defective screen. went back again and they said too bad. You’ve come back too many times. What a JOKE!!!! Rule of thumb. You keep replacing it until you give me a functional screen. I paid real cash. I deserve a real product.

Talk n Fix is a top quality iPhone repair business. I took my bent iPhone 6S for a battery replacement, which Apple denied to fix, and they replaced the battery in less than 30 minutes. They also fixed the bend in the phone before returning it to me and for a 4 year old phone it looks brand new. Their prices beat Apple’s and it’s conveniently located right outside of the Apple store at Arden. Great employees and great service, what more can you want?

I got my back glass on a iPhone Xs repaired here, and the guys were so professional. They have you fill out this form before the repair. This form is to ensure that your phone was properly functioning before they start working on your phone. They have you test out your cameras(front and back) the WiFi, chargers, speakers etc. Once that is done they put my phone under this laser machine that is so precise at removing the adhesive from the back plate. After watching the laser machine do it’s work I shopped and returned to the kiosk in under an hour. They returned my phone to me and it looks, and feels like a brand new phone. The back glass fits perfectly and you can’t even tell it had ever been cracked. Upon returning my phone they had me test out everything again; confirming the phone was functioning properly after the repair. I signed the form and then was charged only $100. Apple charges about $300. I will be a returning customer.

My husband brought my iPhone here a while back to fix the broken screen and though he was trying to save money i honestly wish he had gone to the apple store where I sent him to because in a weeks time my phone slipped out my hand landed on the carpet in my living room mind you i was sitting on the couch the screen shattered and they wanted to charge more than the first time he was there. Cheap is what you get since you want to be cheap is what I told my husband smh

Few months ago I came here with my Motorola g6 play. The screen was really shattered at this time. About a month in phone started glitching and tripping out. I paid it no mind but then under my screen protector which I bought from them has a crack going through to the back of the actual screen. Today I finally came in for one to see about my buttons I had already previously already paid for was never given to me, which the guy said they would call me when they can in. So as this buyer guy with an face jewelry tried to investigate the issue by trying to take off the protective screen off the actual screen. Phone looks worst than it was. And Ive been waiting for an hour to speak with manager Yasin. I wouldnt advise anyone to go here for the fact they dont own their wrong doing.. spend close to $100 bucks down the drain.. but someone will be paying for the damages that occured on this visit for sure. Deserve zero stars and new employment.

Received some help from Seng tonight. He was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Also, the prices at Talk NFix are very reasonable. Much cheaper than the Apple store across the way. If you need a screen or battery replacement, I highly recommend you get a quote from Talk N Fix before going to the Apple store or another large cell phone retailer.

Brought my phone here because it seemed like a decent price...The screen cracked out of no where just after 2 days. I didn’t even drop it! It’s evident that the quality of the replacement screens they use are severely lacking. They were unwilling to work with me at the kiosk because of the “policy”. Don’t go here. Save your money.

EDIT: Had previously given a 5 Star review on an aftermarket screen install. 3 months after I had the screen installed the glass started to separate from the frame of the screen, making the touch screen useless (pretty important on an iPhone). I took the phone to an iPhone repair place in Roseville and had an OEM screen put on for less than the aftermarket one.

Had two old iphone 5 and 5s phones with cracked broken screens and these guys fixed them both in under an hour for $40 each. Best warranty around At 12 months. All other vendors wanted more money for a shorter warranty and were not able to accommodate same day service. They are located right outside the Apple Store.

This place is pretty good.I had good and fast service, and they also offer a free 1 year manufacturers warranty and a free screen protector.But! Make sure you are aware that the screens and LCDs that they install are not Apple brand therefore their quality is not as good both in durability and display. If youre ok with that then this is a great place!

Upon giving them my iphone 8 plus that had a damaged screen they told me about 35-40 minutes to finish so I waited and when I get back the Indian man just hands it back to me and says” we didnt have your screen color sorry” and says nothing ? I wrote my phone number down earlier so if there was any issues to call me instead they just made me wait and then told me . I was pissed And the men were both super rude.
