We ordered outdoor sofa and two chaise. Spent over $2000, expecting long lasting furniture . The fabric has ripped on two seasons. All the cushions needs replaced . We stored them indoors for winter. It’s simply garbage. The worst part is customer service does not reply to any emails. Never never buy here again!

Wont go here ever again. Walked in looked around, found something and asked for help, pretty much brushed me off from the time i asked the price to the time it took to get to the register. I had to ask them again, only to be told oh that was sold ...so...... (and shrugged her shoulders and walked away... and left me standing there) just plain rude and snobbish

Terrible customer service. Ordered a patio chair which is supposedly somewhere on Long Island, but no one can locate it and we cannot pick it up. We had to pay $75 for delivery and the chair, after weeks of waiting, still has not been delivered! NEVER AGAIN!

Easily the best indie furniture and interior design store in the Huntington area.

I went in for Christmas gifts. Its a really fun boutique with cute things and nice employees but very expensive and difficult to move around in. Meaning the areas where you walk get very narrow at some points so like dont bring a big purse or something. I love supporting small businesses but I just couldnt afford anything I was interested in. With that being said, you should still go check it out.

I have been buying furniture from Peter Andrews for years now. As a local establishment, I love giving them the business and I have always found the quality of their items to be really high for the price point.Before I jump into the negative, I would like to start by saying the people that work their are very nice and responsive. They have tried to help where they can, but that is the extent of how far it goes.My wife and I invested a significant amount of money into a teak outdoor dining set a few summers back. As a matter of fact, they still carry the set today.When we purchased the set we were told that it would weather to grey if not properly cared for, which we understood but were willing to take the risk as we did not mind a weathered look. After a season or two, we noticed it was not weathering to grey, but instead started developing dark black spots (see pictures). Keep in mind, this is after my wife and I spent 3 days last summer sanding, applying a specially formulated teak soap, and teak oil to the table and chairs.Finally, when I opened the table this year from its shrink wrapping (yes, this table was even shrink wrapped to protect it from the elements) this is how it opened. I had enough, so I contacted the store asking what they could do to help me.The answer I received was a set of instructions on doing the same maintenance we did last year and there was nothing more that can be done because we were out of warranty. Very disappointing.Peter Andrews still sells this same set and table today. I would be very cautious about buying this teak outdoor furniture. First, it is NOT going to hold up and second if you do have issues you are going to get instructions on how to clean it as the only remedy.Look, I understand if we neglected the table or didnt care for it appropriately but we did everything we could. This is just not good quality furniture, and certainly not consistent with the other products we have purchased from Peter Andrews before.I hope this helps you avoid making the same mistake we did in purchasing this set.

BUYER BEWARE: On March 19, 2014 i went to the store and found a dining room table....the salesperson picked out chairs ( they had ) to try and match the table.I told him i wasnt sure if the set would fit in my house. He said go home and measure and call me. When i let him know it wouldnt work he said how unfortunate you own them. On March 24, the store manager finally agreed not to force me to take a table for which they could NOT find any matching chairs.mex and cancelled the dispute i lodged against the charge saying i resolved the issue with the merchant. SO I BELIEVED. The store DID NOT CANCEL the charge and i fought until July when AMEX refunded my money.Here we are in October and i am still getting calls from the store to accept delivery and PAY for the table. Peter Andrews was not charged back by Amex so they now HAVE BOTH FULL PAYMENT FOR THE TABLE AND THE TABLEwhich they can sell AGAIN ( get paid twice for same table) in any one of their three stores. However, they are determined to make me be the one to buy this table.....WHY? Punishment, pay back, winning? I just do not get it. Want to share these facts with fellow consumers. Buyer Beware
