Came in to get a knife set of mine engraved and Flor did everything so perfectly. She gave out ideas on how it should go because I was unsure, she was so kind and patient and all around the communication and conversations were great. Would definitely be coming back!!

Horrible horrible experience!! 🥺 the sales person Crystal and spanish woman were so so rude and unprofessional, they make me feel sooo bad, I was so excited to get something in things remember but those sales persons doesn’t want help me, horrible answers, they shouldn’t be in that Store for customer service, all of purchases usually I do by Internet but because almos I have an event I went to the Store but never ever I will come back and buy ovethere 😠, and I thinking don’t do it in anywhere and I will said to my family and friends about he horrible experience that I had ovethere.

She kept me in the loop at all times, let me know when it was going to be ready and even helped me out with the personalization form! If you need anything for any occasion, come here! Its fairly priced and anything here would make a wonderful gift!

We gave them creative control when it came to personalizing very nice bottles of whiskey and vodka to give to the grooms men. They suggested the best placement of font and font style. They also helped brain storm on what to write. It was done the next day. Excellent service!

I had the BEST experience at Things Remembered in the Walt Whitman Mall today, The Staff was friendly, exceptionally accommodating (and i can be a PITA), and helpful. Black Friday is such a hard day for people who work in retail. To remain smiling and provide exceptional customer service, when most are tired from Thanksgiving and working insanely long hours is SO rare. I havent had an experience like this at the WWM in years. Ill definitely be back. If youre looking for personalized gifts and to be treated kindly, this is the store to go to.

Had to take a moment to write this since this was needed to represent the manager’s idea of customer service. Ordered a jewelry box with engraving and the engraving of one letter was wrong. I had walked out and said fine let it go but then again I paid $55 for the engraving alone they can correct it. Asked the girl to correct it, called her manager who told her to tell me they don’t have the plates and need to come back in 2-3days. Made no sense at all told her to take it from another product and place the new plate in there once u receive it...NOPE our company policy is not to do that and there is nothing wrong with this product just the engraving is wrong so won’t ruin a new item...trying to explain to her this makes no sense and how inconvenient it is to come back for something silly and her manager has no idea what customer service Is. Sworn allegiance to her manager tells me she’s the best and that’s the policy. Luckily I decided to call customer and explained the situation. Lady over the phone is in shock at how silly this supposed company policy sounds and the store screwed up the engraving not me so they should not say one word and correct it and there is no need for me to come back...she called the store and had the girl correct their mistake and remake the engraving...while walking back in I see her opening a drawer and taking a plate out, seriously...this manager needs to learn customer service or not be in a place where it’s required...sticking to bay shore or Roosevelt field from now on...

Manager was extremely nice and helpful when I prepared my husbands birthday gift there. This was the new manager, the other negative review is from an older manager. I went here Aug 2014

Extremely unprofessional organization.I went in to this store on Tuesday 6/3/14 and ordered 3 items, paid for it in full and was told they would be ready in a few hours. A week later, today, they have no idea on the status of my order. They also LOST the paperwork for this order, and the store manager blamed another employee. They have zero accountability to a customer as a company. Will never buy from them again.Be prepared to wait for a long time (our wait was an hour) before being helped by nagging, unprofessional employees.
