I was looking for a square dining table and 8 chairs. James Turner showed us what they had and took the time to compute prices including tax, delivery availability and date for all that we asked him. We went home to make sure the one we liked best would fit and returned the following day to order I asked for James and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes just as he had told me on the phone that morning! He was very helpful and professional! When I purchase my next piece of furniture I will certainly visit Rooms To Go and ask for James again.
Price, products and financing are hard to beat.Ordering on the website is complex once you get past product selection; if you are shipping to a different address or paying for tax and shipping not covered by the RTG card. Good help is available on the customer service line.
Ms Nikki was very patient and informative. My boyfriend and I were looking for a bedroom set and needed it right away. She offered delivery but we needed it sooner so she recommended we pick it up. We had a nice trip and picked up our set. We our very happy with our selection. We will definitely be back to work with Ms Nikki.

I really wanted to write a positive review for Roomstogo. Not to be. We purchased a formal dining room table and 8 chairs. The Table arrived undamaged, however 7 of the 8 chairs were damaged. One of the chairs had a new rectangular leather patch on the seat. This was what bothered me the most. We were sold USED items that were poorly patched. Only a dishonest business sells you used goods when you buy new.

My friend and I have been here twice. Susan is PHENOMENAL. We picked out a bedroom set the first time and she was great from the beginning. We went here today and nobody would help us. We bought a set of dining table set with six chairs. When we opened our order and saw 1 chair was damaged. We called the customer service and was advised that it will deliver the new one and pick up old three weeks later. On that date, we only saw a repair man stated that he couldnt repair it. He said that Room-To-Go will contact us about it. We waited and waited. Today, I called and the Rep said that we caused the damage. The chair has not been using. How we can damage it? I cant believe a big business like Room-To-Go has very terrible customer services. I

I had a great experience at Rooms to Go it was our first visit since it opened a few years ago. We have not had the the best experience with furniture stores, in the past we either have been ignored or not paid attention to. We met Ray who was laid back, no pressure, and great to work with. He made the buying experience so smooth and seamless. If you are looking for furniture I would happy recommend Rooms to Go and I would ask for Ray he will take good care of whatever furniture needs that you may have.
The Rooms to Go sales reps are great, however their customer service people are TERRIBLE. I had a delivery set for a Saturday, after waiting 7 hours, they cancelled on me. Said they didnt want to work past 10 pm. Got the furniture the next day, however, the hardware was missing. Took them a week to finally get me the new hardware. Had to set up the furniture myself, even though they said a tech would put it together free of charge. Was told I could get a refund of $200, even though my delivery and set up was $250. They said $200 was their max amount they are allowed to refund. It has been nearly 3 weeks that I have been waiting on a refund. Every time I call customer service, they just tell me give it 3-5 days.. Well its been nearly 21 days. Im still waiting on two more pieces of furniture from them unfortunately, and Im really hoping I have a better experience this go around.. If you have a truck, dont pay for delivery and set up, just go pick it up from the warehouse yourself. The furniture is super easy to set up on your own.

Ordered couch March 2021. Delivery was end of August. 2 days before delivery my girlfriend was COVID19 positive. called to cancel delivery and was told I could not reschedule. waited until She and I were negative to reschedule delivery. They gave my couch to someone else. Next delivery date was March 2022. Canx order and will never buy here again. If you or someone at home has COVID19 during a delivery, dont tell rooms 2 go or they will give your order to someone else without contacting you first.

Buying furniture can be quite time consuming and difficult. I have been researching several couches on there website for a couple months now. Well yesterday i made the plunge to go purchase one. I worked with a woman named Sheila and she was AMAZING. She made buying a new living room furniture simple and easy. She did not try to sell the most expensive couch nor make us feel uneasy. She spoke to us about the warranty on the couch and it was hard to pass up. Again if you are wanting to purchase furniture and have the associate listen to your wants and needs see Sheila.

I select 1 star cause 0 or negative stars isnt an option. The worst customer service experience of my life. We are return customers for this store. We were on the fence between 2 mattresses one for 1000 and one for 2400. We were encouraged to try the 2400 dollar mattress (Purple 3) due to the 100 night return policy. They even threw in 2 purple pillows for the purchase. Fast forward 3 weeks. We hate the mattress so I call to set up the return to which I am informed I will not be receiving my money but only in store credit (not what we were told). I called purple mattress and they said they leave it up to the stores even if they dont provide the purple guarantee. Ok, I can work with that even though its not what I wanted. I go to the store to select another mattress. At this time I learn that I have to pay not 1 but 2 mattress destruction fees. How can you destroy a mattress twice? Oh, and those free pillows couldnt be returned and I was charged 200 dollars for those as well. One for rooms to go and another from purple that they couldnt waive. After speaking with the manager and informing him this wasnt explained or even mentioned when we purchased, he simply told us tough. We ended up getting another mattress (also 2400) and it cost me another 500 dollars. This store is not BBB accredited and I see exactly why. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!
On March 28, 2021, I came to the Huntsville Rooms to go to purchase a new couch and ned set. Nikki, our sales person, was incredibly helpful. She listened intently to exactly what I was looking for, she walked me through the whole store, and finally detailed all my options of the sets I had chosen. She was very easy-going and made me feel confident in my purchase. I would definitely recommend her and rooms to go for any further furniture purchases.

Order a bedroom set for my 7 year old grand daughter. She loves colors. We found a set where she could have different colors. Her bed is lavender, side table a teal, dresser is pink with mirror, the chest is white with all different color draws to bring all the pieces together. She was so excited when this pass Saturday they delivered her furniture. Well they delivered all pieces except the chest which brings all of the set together. They said it has been discontinue, it wasnt when we ordered it 3 months ago, it should of never been delivered without talking to us first. Found out they have the chest in Knoxville but they will not deliver or pick it up and bring it to us. Instead they said I could go pick it up. Yes I paid 2,800.00 to drive 8 hours a round trip to pick up the last piece to her suite, dont think so. I am hoping today we have better news than what the manager gave us on Saturday. I hate to disappoint my grand daughter by having to return the furniture cuz they could not fulfill the order which was paid for in full 3 months ago. If this order is not fixed not only will I return this order but I will also cancel the other bedroom set I ordered for my other grand daughter. So disappointed that this is how they do business. .

Shopping for a new mattress with a specific brand in mind. We were greeted by Erika who immediately became our guide through the mattress jungle. She was so helpful that the experience of buying the mattress became educational. After lying on several types of mattress we were able to make the decision to get a mattress thanks to Erikas’ expert guidance*Now, since purchasing the mattress, Thursday April 15 we received our new mattress & foundation from the delivery department personnel, who seemed to be in a hurry Upon removing the protective plastic from one of the foundations we found that the protective cambric cloth was torn away from the foundation. The delivery man said he reported the issue but to also call customer service. I have been trying to contact customer support since Thursday April 15 the day it was delivered. Multiple phone calls, hours on hold, emailed customer support with a canned computer response and used the auto callback feature with no call backs.We need to have this damaged product either repaired or replaced.Update; finally got through to Customer service after 5 days of persistent phone calls. I was pleased with the representative and the way she helped with my problem. She has set up a delivery to replace the damaged foundation. I certainly appreciate her taking care of this matter for me. Thank you.*Apr. 28 I got the replacement foundation delivered today. Delivery was on time and the team was efficient and congenial. I am now satisfied with they’re customer service. It was a rough start but a smooth finish. I don’ t know what the original problem with contacting customer support was I just hope they can resolve the issue. Thanks again.By the way, we love the mattress😀
My fiancé and I are currently in the process of closing on our first ever home! Coming from apartment living we’ve never had a furniture set match because all of our apartments were different (dark cabinets, light cabinets, nothing ever matched). Ray worked with us, and knew we were new to the whole process. He didn’t hound us, but let us walk around and enjoy the process. We found a couch set that we were drawn to! Clean environment, while walking in the store two staff told me Someone will be with you shortly, I said Ok continue looking at furniture, while turning to the kids department the a lady staff asked did I needed help while sitting on one of the kids beds and using her personal phone. I looked at her and reply No tks, I was looking. How she is going to help when shes using her phone and sitting on a bed. Smh
They have a large selection of everything, I bought a couch. Dee is the best! She is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She shopped with me for two hours and never did I feel I was taking to much time. It was a very pleasant experience.
We are 2 payments in and still unable to use our bed. In store, we were told it would be delivered by the end of the week. The day it was supposed to be delivered we had to call to inquire about delivery only to be told they didnt even have us down for a delivery date. We were then told it would be 2 weeks before it could be delivered. Once the furniture was finally delivered we found that we were missing vital parts to be able to put the bed together. We have spent hours on hold with customer service only to be told we should hear something in 3 days. No one seems to care about fixing the problem, but they sure have no issue continuing to take payments from our account.

Have been waiting on a promised refund for furniture (700 dollars!) that I never had delivered, ever since October. Was even told a month ago that they never sent the check in the first place. Do not buy from here, they dont honor warranty and will never give refunds they promise you.EDIT 1/25: I was posting this on behalf of my mother, Jane. She received her return at the beginning of the month, three months after it shouldve arrived, so I will not change my review and I urge you not to shop here. It shouldnt take 3 months of harassing the company to get a refund. the store staff is the only redeemable part, I believe the manager was responsible for getting the refund to happen.
Great selection! Furniture is ordered, not the stuff that been tried by half of Huntsville. Fair prices and Helf sales people. They are a little sharpish in there, definitely a competitive sales spirit. If your just browsing, do be afraid to let them know. If you need guidance, dont worry, theyll be there.

I am not one to review much at all, but please for the next person as unlucky as us, BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY ROOMS TO GO!! We purchased a kitchen table and 6 chairs, king bed, and 2 night stands in March. Scheduled delivery is this Friday, July 30th. Let me start by saying Derrian Scales at this store was one of the best sales people we have ever dealt with! Saturday, July 24th is when our headache started. We recieved a call at 7pm from an unmarked number, I thought it was a scam so I did not answer, it ended up being rooms to go in North Carolina. My voicemail said there was an issue with our order and it wouldnt be completely delivered this Friday, part would be delivered in September. I immediately tried to call the Huntsville store, after 15 minutes of the phone ringing no one answered, I then got online and figured out on their website what had happened myself as I chatted with an employee named Rochelle. She informed me she couldnt help me fix the issue I had to call the Hunstville store where I purchased, so another 5 minutes of ringing and someone picked the phone up and put it straight on hold! My husband wasnt to happy at this time so he called from his phone and immediately someone answered, this is ridiculous first off. So the lady explained to me that my kitchen table would be delivered this Friday, but none of my chairs were available? Who wants a table they cant use for 2 months?? She also stated the previous conversation she had was for this same issue with another customer. So after she does more research she informs us the chairs for our table have been discontinued... what?? We ordered in March?? She says that in September, closer to the delivery date, that we would more than likely be contacted to pick out another set of chairs for our table. So now I may not have chairs for months?? They would also not be the matching chairs we originally ordered?? This isnt making any sense. She said that they must have ran out of the materials to build our chairs with is what likely happened. Okay, I do not own a business, but if I sold something 4 months ago and didnt have enough materials to make them I would have known before 6 days before delivery! She asked what I wanted to do and I told her well I really dont need a table with no chairs so Id like to have a refund if possible. She said gladly and started the process, since I paid with my debit card she said she couldnt give me a refund in the store, it would be a check from corporate and it could take 7 business days... no rocket scientist here, but I have given refunds back to debit cards/credit cards at my previous employer. My husband told me to contact the main line this morning when they opened to see what the deal was. So I called a little after 8 am when they opened. Mary answered eventually and was not helpful AT ALL. She didnt understand what my problem was and proceeded to tell me the only refund you can get is through check and it could take 21 days but I would have to contact the store I purchased from for any help on refunds..?? She also was eating breakfast it sounded like and you could hear chewing and unpleasant sounds, you could tell she was annoyed at having to help. If she wasnt eating, she was chewing gum. So now I wait for a month for over $1,300 refund, then go find a dining room table somewhere else..... hopefully by Christmas I will have a table and chairs. By the way, we needed this table by this coming Saturday! 4 months should have been long enough to have our table! Fingers crossed my bed comes in with all the required parts to assemble this Friday, after reading reviews lately I am terrified it wont! Worst experience ever buying furniture!! First and last purchase for us at this company!

I’m hoping this is not the beginning to some long drawn out issue but my furniture was delivered missing railings and screws for the delivery person to put it together. He said he would come back. I now have unassembled furniture in my kids room and they are soooo disappointed. I would have preferred to wait another 2 weeks and it be done when it arrived but now we are in limbo. Additionally, I’ve had to call twice to follow up on the status of when things will arrive and be put together. Not at all what I expected and if there is no improved urgency, my next call is for them to just come pick it up and refund my money.Update: Had to wait 2 weeks for screws and rails to be delivered before I could schedule for them to come back out for assembly. It arrives, I call. 3 weeks later they can come. Day comes and I call them to see if someone is still coming. They tell me the time for today was cancelled 2 days ago. So now I’m waiting for someone to call me back and hopefully they can come this week. I paid in full for furniture, delivery and assembly and all they can say is there is a no refund policy.
The staff at the Huntsville location was mostly friendly. Of course, there is that one person on a power trip at every place. The lady that helped us was awesome. I believe her name is Barbara. She was friendly, engaged, helpful, and most importantly...not pushy! My fiancé and myself, picked out a new couch and loveseat. Although we did not make a purchase that day, we returned the next day and ultimately got our furniture ordered. I would have given a 5 star review, but that one bad employee whom worked in the kids department, accosted us about not wearing a facemask. This occured after the mask mandate had been lifted. We were so aggravated at his lack of manners that we left the building that first day and it almost cost them a sale. Kuddos to Barbara for making such an impression on us that we did return!

The service he provided was excellent and the prices were just right. The furniture that has arrived to us was delivered professionally and looks beautiful - no issues. We can’t wait to get our bedroom sets next!
I bought this beautiful bedroom suite and paid over 1100. For itIVE had it maybe a year and a half and the press wood bed and the bedrail broke loose from the hook that hooks it to the head board. I dont even use them because I have a adjustable bed.All i was told were sorry but your out of warranty. And I would have to call a furniture repair place to have it fixed and then IM sorryNo sorry for you rooms to go!!!!
Stay away from rooms to go! I would give a zero stars if I could. Was just told that rest of furniture would be delivered in June after I was told it would be February.Stay away from Ruperto Red Leather Power Recliner. These are the most uncomfortable chairs. I dont remember the ones in the store sitting so uncomfortably. Been meaning to go by and just see how the one in the store is built. The ones I got have metal bar that sticks in your back. Get it Fast... Thats a joke and misleading. Been waiting on the rest of my furniture since end of November.
Got a bedroom set and a living room set. Very excited for it to come in! Imran was my sales person, and he was great! Definitely recommend going to him when ordering some new furniture from rooms to go!
****Update 3/30/2021****R2G made it right and delivered our bed within a week of the original delivery date. They did call me at work to tell me they were in the driveway, so I had to call my husband and ask him to come outside before they left AGAIN! Not sure why they are adverse to ringing the bell or knocking, but hey, we have a bed to sleep in now.3/23/2021.We waited all day for delivery. No show. After I called repeatedly and was put on hold for over an hr each time.I gave up and called the Huntsville store. We were told they tried to deliver but did not knock or ring the bell and since no one came outside, they left! Seriously!?!?! We have waited over a month for our bed and now we are being told we have to wait until it is sent back to the warehouse and we can reschedule a new delivery date! At the Huntsville store, Courtney the manager acted as if she could care less. Not a great policy on refunds either, so I guess we learned our lesson.
Excellent customer service rep Derrian provided needed details for my purchase. He was able to answer all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the inventory. This made my experience more than pleasant!
Tish was a awesome help in finding exactly what we was looking for. She also has a wonderful personality, I would highly recommend asking for her for help on any kind. All of the staff was very friendly.
Worst delivery experience I have ever had.. I had delivery date on July 6th .. delivery guys never showed up.. another no show from delivery guys on July 7th.. called manager she said had wait 3 days later .. so I hope get my kitchen dining set on July 11th.. I am so miserable with ROOMS TO GO..will never buy anything from them again

Dont buy. Better quality from Big Lots. Waiting, waiting. Oh, then not built correctly. Customer service is a mess. Sarcastic responses. Ordered 3 pieces of living room furniture. 3 delivery days. Thats ok because we wanted them as soon as each one was available. First chair delivered on time. Awesome chair. 6 weeks later and it breaks. Took 5 weeks to get a replacement. 2 hours and its broke. 2nd item, the large chair arrived early but wasnt assembled correctly. Bolt missing. Back about to fall off. Dozens of staples sticking out from underneath. They are replacing it. Thats gonna require a couple weeks. Now Ive been sitting here all day waiting on the last piece of the puzzle. Its hours after my delivery window. Been 30 minutes away for the last hour and a half. No compensation of any kind. Will they ever show? Will it be built correctly? Cue the Jeopardy music.
