Im not real happy with Boost Mobile as a whole franchise, but these young people at the Ionia store are top notch. If youre doing business with this store you are being served by employees that know REAL customer service.
She was very helpful at Boost Mobile very knowledgeable in very hard worker T handle three customers at once very nice I shall return

Were very helpful when i went for my new phone. Got my old phone put over into my new phone very fast.
I was a boost customer for 15 plus years. I came in with a broken phone. They had very limited options and the phones they had available were not not great. I was considering shopping around but made my final decision due to the horrible customer service we received and rude attitude we watched other customers receive as well. I dont like change I am 34 so Ive only ever had Boost and have championed them just want to ilistrate how bad my experience was that day. And how one bad employee can make or break business.

Do not buy anything from this store. They sell over priced phones. The people are dishonest. I bought 2 phones here were supposed to be new, turns out they were used and cant be activated. This place will not allow you to return your phone if you have problems. They also sell phones on network with 0 coverage. BEWARE very shady business.
Store associate was rude and unprofessional. Caleb made it so i would never return to that store again. Wouldnt do anything to help and while i called customer service threatened to kick me out of the store. Poor customer service and not a out helping fix issues
Went in to get a new phone told them straight forward I did not want to pay activation charges as I could do it myself. The manager Ashely was sitting right there never said that the charges where automatically included. After they processed my card she spoke up very rudely and said the fee is included and I could not leave the store with an unactivated phone. I asked for a refund and was asked to leave the store. After talking with customer service was I was told I could buy as many unactivated phones as I want. Called their main store in Lansing and talked to the owner who also told me it is a store policy. The employee who helped me probably didnt know what was going on. But to refuse a refund after I just purchased it is nonsense. Ive been a long time customer there but will never do business with BUZZ wireless again even if I have to drive to Grand Rapids 45 miles away. Terrible store customer service.

I would love to leave a negative five star review. This is the absolute worst phone service and customer service I’ve ever received. My phone takes 20 minutes to do anything with LTE and it will barely makes phone calls. I will not refer anyone to this service.
Absolutely a great store, the customer service was great! The guy working there went above and beyond to explain in laymans terms all the new age mumbo jumbo most of us dont understand. He set up my phone, and helped me learn how to use it. And when i had a problem with it the next day he was willing and able to help me figure it out. All i can say is please keep this guy Ray around!
I arrived at the store at 10:45am on a Thursday morning and it was closed. They were posted on the door as supposed to have been opened at 10am. I waited 20 minutes before having to leave and no one ever showed up.

Went in to the store and only one employee for ALL the customers that came in (friday and saturday) I felt more like a bother rather then a valued customer each time i asked a question. I need to change services so i did switch but I will not be going to this store again until they do something with staffing. A manager SHOULD be on site at all times for the busy times like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service very rude to talk to over the phone. Fiance spent 2 hours in this store to walk away with nothing after being told an out the door rough price to add a line they ended up wanting 60$ more than the price talked about from the get go to find out they are talking about promotions that are not effective yet. How can any place with customer service tell a customer about a promotion that hasnt started yet and not honor it? Doesnt make any sense to me. Will never get that 2 wasted hours back. Not to mention when asked to speak with a boss was told she cant give me that information. Now my account is all messed up and paying a monthly charge for a phone we dont have and out the money already paid for monthly service 8 days ago as they wouldnt credit our account for the monthly charges already paid.
My niece was in line to purchase phone. Ended up being a few dollars short on her purchase. The lady behind the counter said she would hold the phone for her while she went to the bank. She returned less than 15 min later and was told it was sold to someone else. Guess we just need to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed. Oh, and the manager was not any help at all.
I like ther service dont get me wrong and like many other companys if you use to much data it gets slowed but why i gave this review is because they will slow your hot spot. I have had some of the best hot spot speed to the point where it was better then my internet. But they did slow it to damn near turtel speed and its not even unlimited hot spot.
Love ionia Mi boost Ray is very helpful and helps u in any way and they dont over charge u like Belding or Greenville mi boost stores
Terrible. Brought my malfunctioned phone into another buzz location within the 7 days for a malfunction of the screen there were lines horizontally and vertically and the screen jumped around. I never dropped it, looked brand new and was is a case. The screen malfunctioned after i got in my truck and started driving. The supervisor of the ionia branch the store that i bought it said it was because i broke it and to file a claim with the insurance company after being there for about 2 hours in the store. I filed a claim and the insurance company said it was a malfunction and denied my claim and stated the store should have done something there. By the way i still do not have a working phone. GO BOOST BUZZ

I came into the Ionia store because my phone locked me out(im not exactly sure why)but when i got to the store i was treated with the most respect even though i know sometimes mobile phones can be a pain. She worked on my phone for about 2 hrs or more...she finally did get my phone to work like it did before it locked up. For not being at this store long she did the best job i have ever seen and im very happy there are people like Megan to fix problems so i didnt have to send it in and wait 2 weeks for a new phone. For the work she did for me (while working with other customers) I will always be a customer of boost mobile and they need to hire many more just like Megan.
I came in on saturday there was one employee and i was trying to get information but kept getting interrupted by other customers coming into the building. Why the heck was there only one person there on a saturday? this store needs more then one employee it was so busy! I was getting a little mad because i was there first and I was the last to leave a hour and 1/2 later. FIRST TIME IN THE STORE AND I WAS NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!

The ppl there didn’t know how to activate a SIM card to a new phone, so I went to the boost store in Grand Rapids and they did it in 5 minutes.

Charged my dad $15.00 to pay in cash. I called and they were only going to charge me $3.00 to pay in cash. They took advantage of a senior citizen. Shame on them!
