Switched to metro last week and best decision ever. The guys were great and phones work amazingly.

Ive gone to every T-Mobile store in the Joliet area and none are as good as this one. The other stores just want to make money and you can even see the dollar signs coming out of their eyes rather than having good costumer service. Every time I have an issue with my phone or my plan Id rather take the trip to the mall and wait, if they are busy, because I know they will be happy to help. Keep doing a good job!
BEWARE : Switch from Straight Talk because I thought that Metro PCS have better deals. Bought the samsung Galaxy S10 e from the 1114 W Jefferson st Joliet.The atendant activated the phone and it went smooth . After we took the phone home I went through the box and find that there was no head phones in the box. I thought that was kind of odd and thought that the attendant probably did not put the headphones back in the box. Then I got calls from people saying that my voicemail was in Spanish. So I knew the phone had been set up before . After that we had nothing but problems . The phone country was set up in Mexico the settings and stuff was all changed and not set up as it would be comming from the factory.So I called this store (1114 W Jefferson st Joliet) on March 20th 2020 at 2 pm and the woman told me there is nothing they can do to fix the phone and that all the phones come like that from the factory . I told her that I will then be calling metro pcs customer service line and tell them exactly what she said because I dont believe it. I asked for her name and she hung the phone up.I was so mad that i started looking going back to straight talk to find out that metro pcs phones are locked and they cannot be unlocked.I contacted Metro pcs on 2415 W Jefferson St Joliet, the guy said that that I have to take it back to where I bought it from .Contacted customer service and automated promps was very frustrating and was on hold for at least 2 hours before I gave up.So moral of the story is that if you are having issues you get NO help from metro pcs, their phones are used and they dont have all the accessories with the phone, and cannot switch your phone to another carrier.SO REALY THINK BEFORE GETTING METRO PCS. I WOULD RATHER GO TO WALMART AND BUY A PHONE OR TAKE YOUR PHONE IN AND BUY A STRAIGHT TALK SIM CARD AND ACTIVATE YOUR PHONE . I HAD GREAT SERVICE AND NEVER WAS SLOWED DOWN WITH STRAIGHT TALK . The 3 times that Ive been there have been really positive experiences. My latest visit was great! Noe was very helpful with upgrading my phone. I will definitely stop in there again next time I upgrade.
Came here from another T-Mobile store to pick up an iPhone for my little sister. They had it available. The rep was nice and professional but he kept pushing us to buy accessories like screen protectors and cases. Which lets be honest buying those things at a T-Mobile youre wasting money. Other then that good store.

The service at this location is outstanding!! They provide expert knowledge and a total sales solution to fit your individual needs. I see the bad reviews and dont understand why people feel the need to bash the staff here. People complain about the wait time. Im sorry that someone other than yourself needed a phone or decided to make a payment the same day that you did. Its pretty selfish and childish to complain about something they cant control. I hate when customers are rude and abusive to the staff. They are human beings. My favorite was the entitled guy that felt he deserves free phones because hes been a customer for 10 years. Ive been loyal to ComEd for 20 years and I dont get free electricity. Stop screaming at the staff because you cant figure out how to use your phone. It makes things so tense for the other customers in the store. Dont leave a bad review because something happened that was out of their control. This store is phenomenal and I wont go anywhere else

Its getting better. T-Mobile as a company doesnt care much about customer experience. Its now becoming the bargain basement mobile! At least my main gripe of horrible coverage is being addressed. I battle with the customer service reps all the time because they dont know technology not their plans. Had you asked me a year ago is give them a one star rating. They are improving.
The worst service ever, they try to scam me out of my phone, They sweet talk you to buy anything, but if you need any help after that they are the worst, And you are on your own...If you want better service and honest people, go to Caret hell Illinoislocation which is not far on Larkin, they are nice honest and professional.

One of the worst T-Mobile stores ever! First of all it was so busy that they had to use a tablet to pull up out account, which is fine. However the Rep that helped us didnt even know how to use it. When we finally get to a computer the Rep didnt even know how to find the IMEI on an IPhone. Same rep. Then they just could not figure out why the serial number didnt match. His explanation was they must have scanned the wrong model when I first got the phone. Wrong! I was a store manager for 3 years at T-Mobile. Never once did they ask for a supervisors help. Finally after waiting for over an hour we left. Go elsewhere. Where was the floor coach? Not only that but when we signed in for an upgrade they confused us with an add a line and a bill pay. Couldnt even get that right.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! the worst part was i was actually dealing with the manager, Ashley Fountain. Ive worked in customer service for 10 years now and never have I EVER dealt with someone so disrespectful. all we were trying to do was get my a sister a new phone before she left on a cross country road trip back home as she was literally escaping an abusive relationship. I, the account holder, authorized her and gave verbal permission to a rep via phone and then when my sister actually went in to get the phone the terrible manager Ashley Fountain not only questioned our relationship but also our ethnicity. WHO DOES THAT? were in america some families are blended, my sister has a different last name then myself and has a very light complexion but were sisters still! how dare her question that and even chuckled as she did so AND THEN after we argued on the phone some she rudely told me she couldnt help us because my sisters ID was from another state. We were so fed up with her attitude my sister went to another tmobile and guess what? we got her a phone! no fuss about an out of state ID or questions about our ethnicity or how we are related. Rest assured, i have gone above and beyond to make sure my complaint on ms fountain has reached to the corporate office. Having someone like that in your stores, representing your company is unacceptable.

I have had nothing but a horrible experience it. I received horrible customer service. It is backed by Tmobile. Apparently Tmobile doesnt work well at all in the town I live in. I tried to return the phones per the agreement. They refused a return because I went six minutes over an hour of talk time. However, it was spent talking to the supposed manager and the person who works at the kiosk. They just kept saying that it was policy if I talked over an hour....even though it was to them! Now my phone calls are dropped and people cant hear me properly. I called customer service, but they are all franchises and no corporate around me. They person behind the kiosk wouldnt even have a full conversation in english on the phone with his boss while I was standing there. His boss told me he hated his employee and the employee told me he hates his job. Completely unprofessional!!! Beware!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The rep Yarohn Pruitte, broke my phone and told me to call the police if I thought it was that big of a deal! I hope no human being has to deal with YAROHN OR T-MOBILE EVER!!!
