The young man helping us was the only one there and he handled each customer properly and promptly. He was very knowledgeable. This young man was very busy. He deserves a promotion and a raise.

Their phone reception is the worst, hands down! I cant hardly ever get ahold of my daughters or anyone who has boost or T-Mobile

Spent 45 minutes in this store. Waited behind another costumer no big deal but me and my wife were not even acknowledged by the customer rep.not even a hello when we walked in. Just like we wasnt there at all. Went home and got what we needed off of Amazon and I would suggest anybody even remotely thinking of visiting this store to do the same.

They used to be pretty good, but lately they “suck”! Paid cash for an Android/LG phone 4 years ago and they refuse to unlock it so I can use it for a Lifeline Phone through QLINK. But yet nothing on the phone or the receipt says anything about any conditions!!!

Not a useful storefront. To get anything done you have to call boost directly. Im not sure that there is any business you conduct here cant be done elsewhere in town.
