We are new to sprint as of January. Our initial experience was great. However, every time we need something, nobody in the store can ever help. We are always told to call customer care. Part of the reason we switched from Straight Talk is to have the ability to actually talk to someone locally. Very disappointed.

Love love love my Kendaville store. Heather Shepherd was very pleasant and nice. She answered all my questions and showed me how to use my phone.

This is the worst Sprint location i have ever been to. Ive gone here several times for simple tasks such as getting a new sim card, or re-activating a phone and they come up with excuses as to why they cant perform the action-- but once I go to a sprint store in Fort Wayne their associates have no problem doing what needs to be done. I called the manager to complain and she was very rude saying that if i didnt like the service then I should go somewhere else... when i asked for her name she refused to give me it and hung up... I think their employees need to be trained to the full potential & the cooperation needs to teach their managers some respect.

Very nice and clean environment, staff is a little off though. When calling to speak with the manager and ask questions they never return or answer your calls. They also charge to pay your phone bill at the store instead of online which is ridiculous .

They are amazing, they helped us out so much, through the buying/switching process and even after. I dont think I would go anywhere else!

Check your devise before leaving the store to make sure it functions properly

Staff is great the cell service is out dated runs on 3g we have new phones not a mouth old

They over charge. My bill is ungodly and I have no idea why because Im not going over any of my limits or anything. And it seems to go up every month.
