Great store to visit. The employee that was there (not sure of his name) was very nice and talkative. They also have a lot of collectibles there that you cannot find at the more trafficked stores in Fort Wayne.

There is a lady working there who is lazy, lying about policy changes, and not doing her job. I was received rudely, customer service from her was very poor. She acted like me asking a question about new funko pops coming out was a huge issue. Then I wanted to trade the ps4 games I brought in, all the ones I bought from there pre-owned were corrupted because of small tiny pinhole paint chips in the top of the disc. I went home and reinstalled one of these corrupted discs and it played just fine no corruption. I then called gamestop on lima road in fort wayne to ask about this new policy of corrupted disc and he said he has never heard such a thing. I will be talking to Kendallville manager tomorrow. The lady needs fired!!! I have always been so happy to do business with that store because everytime I had gone in the staff was phenomenal. This lady was the most sour person ever.

I bought a switch and 2 extra controllers 9 months ago and bought the extra replacement warranty on everything. Yesterday on of the controllers stopped working so I went into the store tonight to ask about getting it replaced the lady was very rude and didnt even want to look up my purchase on the computer then proceeded to tell me if I wanted the controller replacement I would have to return the whole gaming system.... mind you a bought 2 different warranty one for the system and one for the controllers. She said polices have changed and the warranty works different now..how can you change the way a warranty works after someone buys the warranty?? It 100% came down to she didnt want to deal with me and my warranty issues just lazy!

No one is at the store during opened hours that they posted. 2 1/2 hours and counting...

** UPDATE OCT2019... this location has a different store manager now who left the company and returned. Formerly ran a large mall store which requires a different management style for success.prior to 10/10/19: Manager and staff are genuinely interested and knowledgeable of product and the gaming industry. Very helpful. No pressure salesmen, just good customer service.

Best place to get any of your video games and equipment from, the people who work there actually know what there talking about which is also another great plus to this place. So if you havent been there then make the trip to go explore it.

Not a fan that the prices in the store are not the same as being on there website to buy online. Its actually cheaper to buy stuff online from them instead of going in. But there are games you can find in-store and not on there website. Still a great store though.

The kendallville gamestop is easily the best in the area, which includes all of the gamestops in fort wayne. Theyre always quick to help, even when busy. They also do thier best to make sure you walk away with whatever youre looking for.

The store is on the smaller size but the employees there are very friendly and helpful.

Game Stops in general will rip you off but this store is one of the worst ones Ive been too. (Had to go here for specific reason) Nice to be reminded why I stopped shopping at game Stops years ago. The guys was a D*ck and gave out false information that even I knew wasnt true. Horrible experience.
