I need help with my CPAP and needed to talk to someone in the local office. Was on hold for 10 minutes and then someone from an office 3000 miles away answers the phone to take a message for them. She doesnt know when they will give me a call back. I would think if it has to do with someones breathing at night to keep them alive they would care more to connect you with your local office. Since that is where you need to get it taken care of. If it werent for my insurance saying this is where I need to get my CPAP from I would never ever deal with them

I WAS SO WRONG. Find a reputable website and order what you need from them. I made the mistake of allowing myself to be set up for auto shipment. I stopped using my APAP/CPAP machine several months ago. They still charge me over $100 monthly for supplies I dont receive. No one will return my call. I have sent them written correspondence telling them to stop charging me, no response. A TOTAL FRAUD. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BANK INFORMATION EVER.

Im not impressed. Ive purchased CPAP supplies from Lincare and they require using their mail order service. Ive been shipped wrong supplies twice. Virtually everyone I speak with has difficulty speaking in full sentences. They are not user friendly and the Kennewick staff is on the struggle bus. I now drive 50 miles out of the way to Howards Medical Supply in Sunnyside for excellent customer service!

If it were up to me, I would not even give them one star for the service I got today on phone. Tiffany whom I seen on August 30, 2018 and nice to deal with left me a message today on my phone about what my cost of equipment would be. I called my insurance and spoke to a Ms. Alexander. She advised me to call Lincare and let them know as of the moment that we were speaking, no bill had been submitted and for me to wait to give payment until I received my explanation of Benefits. I called to speak to someone in billing at Lincare and if she gave a correct name, her name was Jennifer. She was very rude and standoffish. She asked me, what do you want?, which I let her know. She repeated 3 times, Are you calling to say you are not going to pay your bill? Very rudely. Guess we need to investigate a little more to whom and where we want to take our service. Hope this helps someone else.

Where to start... Rude, defensive, and will get very mad when you ask them why a monthly service visit takes years. They are supposed to stop by monthly, Last visit was 2018.
