When my regular medical supplier shut down without notice I stumbled across this place by driving by one day. Ive been coming here for a year now and have received the best customer service ever! I was pleased that they accepted my insurance. The staff here really know the product, business, and insurance well! Very professional!

Great information and personal care. I was given multiple choices of CPAP machines and masks. I was fitted accurately and went home with my equipment. Very nice staff.

DO NOT USE THEM! If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is non-existent and when you do find someone they are rude. The equipment is sub-par and they use tricks to increase the bill. When confronted, they said there was was nothing I could do and If I didnt pay they would send me to collections

So my problem isnt with the customer service to an extent everyone I talked to was nice but if u need medical supplies good luck honestly this is the 3rd company Ive used for bipap supplies and I have never had a worse experience than performance home medical the name is ironic because they couldnt even preform getting me my order which I still dont have buy the way. So heres what happened or didnt happen I just moved to Washington in February and and with bipap and cpap supplies insurance covers new masks, hose tank ect. I think its every six months dont quote me on that but its something like that couple times a year anyway I was approaching that time right when I was moving so I needed to get my insurance switched over which I did then I needed to find a sleep doctor to write a script for the supplies so insurance would cover it which I did and the doctor sent me to performance home medical that was in the beginning of March and said they needed to run it through insurance and they would call for an appointment. Well couple weeks went buy still no call so I call them and they say there still waiting for insurance and its in the insurance department that went on for weeks and weeks finally I got ahold of a manager who said she was going to personally look into it and to call back if I didnt here from her on Mon so mon came and went and I call back and then they tell me there waiting on the prescription from the doctor Im like you have to kidding me thats the whole reason I was sent here from that prescription so I call the doctor and ask if they can send a new one in they tell me they already sent in two but they would send in another one. So I wait couple minutes and call performance home medical again and finally they scedged me an appointment buy now its the beginning of June so I go to the appointment and get fitted for a new mask but they didnt have any extra hoses tank and extra cushions so she tells me she will have them mailed to me so I wait and wait buy now its the end of June so I call them and ask were my supplies are to which she says they forgot to send them out? SERIOUSLY she says they should be there buy Wed well now its the following mon July 2 still no supplies. Just to recap I had my script sent in beginning of March it is now July up until I got one mask at the beginning of June I was using a cracked mask with severe obstructive and central apnea so this is absolutely rediculous never in my life have I ever had such poor service comcast was at top spot until I ran into this place I plan on asking my doctor to use a different company in the future I never do reviews but Im beyond upset about this
