Went into the eye care place inside of Walmart in Kernersville nc I was greater by by all the employees they are.very professionaland took.there time to help and my husband out the Dr that looked at our eyes was very professional in. Her job took. Her ti.e to answer all of our questions all the workers in this office are very professional they take there time to help you put and answer all your questions this was the first time and my husband had been here and we were overwhelmed with the professional for.each one of the workers that was there I cant say enough good about the eye Dr office they took there time from the time. We entered the office and this visit was on my birthday this month i.am beyond happy with this eye care office I will be back every one is this office is awesome again thank you all for taking there time..

Did not have my insurance card and the guy doing the transactions said he absolutely had to have it...even though I was able to get everything done just fine when I came in a couple of months ago without my insurance card, but whatever. This was after being asked if I had my card an hour into my wait time. Anyway the lady being waited on in front of me didnt have her current card, but he went above and beyond to try to locate her insurance. He made two calls on her behalf. Very interesting experience, to say the least.

This was the absolute best experience at an optometrist I have ever had. The whole staff was phenomenal. They made things so easy for me especially having to bring my 2 yr old with me. They were do kind to us both.

Misleading. Unprepared. Hidden fees. Doesn’t accept your insurance as promised. I’m VSP patient and walked into some shady business practices. “Not at this office”. Waste of time.
