Great service back at the commerical department. Im trying to rebuild my hubs and I think there is aftermarket parts involved, that I couldnt figure out. The commercial guy let me bring in the hub and we spent at least 30 mins trying to figure out what a particular broken piece was. He was very helpful and intuitive and he narrowed it down and helped me figure out I was missing an essential component, AND helped me figure out where I could find a discontinued part. I will catch his name later when I pick up an axle oil seal. One of the smarter commerical parts guys I have met through Avdnce auto. Will be coming back!

What a great auto store. They always have everything I need. My alternator was going bad on the way down 301 so I pulled in and they had the actual alternator that goes to my truck. They let me borrow the tools to installed it and then they let me borrow their jump start box to start my truck and then I was on my way with a brand-new alternator. I would highly recommend this place anytime

The Staff is helpful and cares about your needs but the last 4/5 times Ive went theyve had to order parts to get them for me because they were not in stock and that is why I rated them 3stars. One of the qualities of this particular place is if you go online on to their site and purchase stuff and do the pick up in store you can add some of the great coupons/discounts to the total and save an enormous amount of money and not too many others even do that. Kudos to them!

Advance Auto Parts in La Plata, MD was amazing to us! My son needed two new batteries for his F-250 truck. Ms. Darlene and her team were very helpful and remained light-hearted throughout some confusion making the sale. Many thanks to them for getting my son back on the road again!!!!
