Had an amazing experience at the Auto Care Center at the Walmart in La Plata. MD. Discovered on Sunday that the tires on my boyfriends car needed to be replaced ASAP. Called and spoke to a woman that was very polite and helpful, and verified that the tires we needed were in stock and set me up for an appointment first thing Monday. Everyone that I encountered when I arrived for my appointment was very friendly, and the tire service was completed in less than 45 minutes. Very impressed with the service I received!

I received the best ever customer service today from Jeff. Ive been driving around on a tire with a slow air leak since April. I had no clue when Walmart Auto Center would open. I called everyone one in the DMV and no one would answer. Today, the La Plata location answered and I explained I had a warranty and needed help. Jeff said they were closed too, but I could come in and hed help me because its a special need situation.He did such a thorough job. I went to another tire center close to home to get a patch and was told they couldnt do it because the side wall was where the damage was and I needed to purchase a new tire for over $200. Thank God I didnt listen to them. Jeff showed me the nail in the center of the tire and repaired it for me in less than 30 minutes. Thank God for kind, honest people. I will drive back here for all my tire needs.

Wish organization was better, hard to sometimes find products. However hard to determine if it is just due to the shopping community or staff. I will say the staff has been polite when I engage and try to assist as best as possible. The 3 stars comes when the staff reaches out to management only to have them be short, and rude not just to me but to the fellow staff members.

I have to say that if you are looking to save money on a oil change and a good vacuum, then this is a very good place. My wife has me taking her 2011 Chrysler Town and Country there. I have a 2013 Ford Fusion SE w/ Ecoboost and I take it to them as well. If you are lucky to be the very first person or customer, and all of the oil techs are there ready to assist you, you can expect to receive excellent service, but if you show up late, expect to be there for awhile. Manager is not always friendly, especially when you dont understand how to use your credit card with the chip in it. I have some trouble with it and I ask for assistance, shes not happy. The customer should be Priority#1 and employees and the manager should be observant to the elderly and the Disabled Veterans of our Nations Country.

Great prices, good hours, limited mechanical skill. Great place for an oil change, battery or tires.

Just lost one loyal customer. Yesterday I came to this Walmart for oil change. I get there about 3pm and everything was shut down so proceed to back of store and notice the sign says where closing today at 4 pm ok cool so walk in ask y’all close they say yes but I say y’all sign says 4 pm and it’s only 3pm. Mind you they website say they are open from 7am-7pm how about next time y’all post something on y’all site.They gave horrible excuse and was very unprofessional and bad for business.

Just got 4 new tires installed and saved $120! Ordered online, notified when arrived and showed up for installation. Tim did a great job on the install it handles like a new ride. Thanks Tim!

The manger of this facility or a distric manger really needs to read these reviews. A lady came at 5pm and asked for a oil change and the lady on the register said WE Closed. However the sign on the wall at the store and the web site says that they close at 7pm. This is so unprofessional. It seems they make up their hours. They also shut down at lunch for 1hr. Does this facility not know how to stagger the lunch breaks to keep operations moving and get customers out in a timely manner?

Prices are good on oil changes here, but some of the services included with the oil change noted complete were not done. Ask or check to see if all items were done on your invoice before driving off.

I have been coming here for years now to get my tires changed or getting a flat fixed. Im not waiting all day either. They are great.

It is very good place, there is auto care center with cheap price specially for tire rotation and balance.....the store is little bigger than the one waldorf Walmart...it has variety of stuff, BUT no produce...

Dont waste your time. I stopped in for tires, and of course the ones that were on special, were sold out, with no idea when they would get them. Surly, rude and uncaring workers. I asked to get keys made, the guy looked at me and said the machine aint working.

Good year said 110 for a tire that was 55 a Walmart an there online prices are by far the best I’ve seen

They told me my car would be ready in about an hour. After an hour it hadnt even been started yet. Made me miss my last day I had with my daughter

Came here for new tiers and they ended up causing damage to my car. Instead of owning up to it they gave me an excuse...... be careful coming here. Take pictures of your car

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN THE AUTO CENTER FOR TIRES..3 HOUR WAIT FOR TIRES ON A TUESDAY NIGHT AND NO COMPENSATION OF MY TIME FOR THE INCONVENIENCE..HORRIBLY MANAGED AND THE CASHIERS GURLA HAD STANK ATTITUDES.. NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE.

They are literally standing around while I wait for a change. Then when they come to pull my car in they say itll be a longer wait cuz everyone just got OFF and the other person working needs to go on a 15 and no one can touch a vehicle unless 2 certified techs are inside.

Almost 3 hours to change 4 tires they had there in stock and they lost our car keys...

They put the wrong filter on my car. Then was kind of slow to want to switch it out.

Im going to assume they were having a bad day. But the wait was long and then they associated my car with the wrong name. I cant figure out how that happen. Maybe somebody had my phone number before me. So because of that I was there even longer than I shouldve been.

Sunday morning after being waiting for 45 min for oil change service the Mechanic came and say they dont work on Toyotas because they dont have the Tool, I was Really??, but you sell tools to do oil change, very disappointed.

I had to wait over four hours just to get my oil changed and my tires replaced to my car when I asked the manager what was taking so long she gave me an excuse yeah she laughed at me I asked for the general manager He end up giving me one of my tires for free.

Came in at 2:37 for 4 tires with on car in the bay and it’s not 6:09 still wait for the last tire to be put on the rim. The car before is still sitting incomplete. Horrible
