Adriana is very superb on customer service and is very polite helpful and all around she gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced, she’s straight to the point on top of her game and if game stop had ten of her they could quit hiring. She’s just awesome, I honestly wish every store had an employee as awesome as her very helpful, if you get to read this Thankyou Adriana for my experience at your store!!!

This is our favorite location! Always clean, the staff is always amazing. knowledgeable and willing to answer even the most mundane questions.

Went in for Pokemon Snap and was told i couldnt buy it unless I had the preorder. Went next door to Walmart and bought it no problem.

This is my usual go-to place whenever I need anything that has to do with gaming. They have great knowledge on just about everything in store. If they dont, they will learn it right away and then some. Dakota is awesome, and the chemistry of the crew working together is great!

The lady with the Mohawk is very rude and every time me and my boyfriend have tried to buy games at this location she tries to tell us they don’t sell the version we’re asking for. We go to the location by target and the guy is friendly and glad to help us. Last time I went in he even gave me a print out of all the store that had the game the lady told me didn’t exist. It’s one thing to not be knowledgeable on a game but another thing to be very rude and argue with people when you don’t even know what you’re talking about.

Usually good costumer service but I called 2 days before Xbox series x Preorders went live They told me they are opening regular times at 12pm I went 2 hours early to wait in the rain & of course they lied & opened early at 10am they sold out as I walk-in thanks GameStop

The sales reps were extremely helpful and friendly. Great service and even better attitudes!! We were there to look and get some information only. They did not pressure us into anything. Love these guys!

Just bought a ps4 from them and it wont turn on when I got it home. They now say they cant do anything for me. They were nice when they took my money and now they wont even deal with me.

Just leaving this location. Just all around bad service with negative attitude. I was asking about a headset verifying they were the latest model. I got there feeling I was bothering her. I asked to see the box on the top display to get a better look, she told me the box ground level was the samething. It wasnt....I decided to not bother her again and just left. Theres another gamestop by beltway 8 Ill try

Not sure what so many people are doing while at this store which would cause the employees to be rude in these reviews. We have been shopping here for at least eight years, every single employee had always been wonderful and helpful to us! Truly kind and good to my son, and always help me figure games and gear for his gifts!!

Very good collection of games and accessories for your console. Has Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable about the games that are out or about to be released. I have gone here ever since I was a kid and experienced these things every time.

Thas specific one is really good. Employees are attentive and place not near as cramped as alot of other game stops. Overall nice place

If i could leave 0 stars i would.felt very uncomfortable, as soon as we were walking towards the door the lady who was turning on the sign looked at us very disappointed and shook her head at us. we walked inside my boyfriend said goodmorning and we got a stank look back with no words, not a very welcoming environment at all especially when the employee mean mugs you for no reason. not going back!

They have all kinds of stuff...you can go In the store and get the online deal..they will order for ya.

The store leader is great she is helpful and knowledgeable but the guys are lazy. I normally go to the Fairmont store for my purchases, I go so much Im on a first name basis with the staff. Since I moved, I tried to go to this location cause its closer. last night I called to pick up a pre order the phone was answered gamestop you got 1 min go let it be said it was 5 min till 9, but they were going to stay upon later that day for red dead release. I told him I didnt have my receipt since I preordered and paid more than 6 months ago. he said they couldnt help me tonight to come tomorrow. I asked if I can give them my number to look it up he said no come tomorrow. he then tried to hang up, I said can I just buy a new copy now he said he doesnt know. I went today stood in line gave my number and was done in less than a min. no receipt was needed they never really are. I will be going back to my old store not just because of last night but 2 other bad customer service experiences. the 10 min extra drive will be worth it. I would of have this place 1 star but that wouldnt be fair to the nice store leader.

Its nice honestly the service is nice and you can find dozens of things in gamestop that you really cant find anywhere else plus most of the time the employees are great gHelp when you have an issue but the one issue is return prices but I cant change that because gamestop needs to make money

Good place to buy and trade games. But if you want to sell a game you wont get very much money.

So for many years I had a five star review and loved this place, but now with the new crew it has turned awful. I had the animal crossing switch pre ordered for my gfs bday, at the date of pre order we were told it comes out the 20th. Well turns out that was incorrect and it was the thirteenth and we never received any phone call telling us it was out. instead we received a call stating that they gave it away. When talking to the store manager about it, she told us it was out of her hands. Emailed corporate and they simply never responded or to phone calls.Zero customer service and not even willing to uphold their own policies. The service in this store in particular has gotten awful. both with communication and sales. Awful location. and NEVER have I had a preorder I put money on given away and told Well you can refund it. yes because the point to put money down is to store it while the product I want is sold out. Store and employees need re trained. Store manager is a whole different breed of awful for her position and just seems to lack experience, skill and communication for her position. They sold a pre order and her comments were simply dismissive. Its no wonder with great employees like this why its a failing industry. Even corporate is simply neglectful.

I just dislike Gamestop and stay away, always a bad experience. I went today only because I had a gift card, bought a supposed new copy, yet it was open of Taken King... argued with the guy that its ridiculous that they open a New game to display the game. Well I got home and to my surprise the codes were already used (Was the only copy they had) Now I have to waist time to return it and go elsewhere

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAME STOP LOCATION. The employees are VERY RUDE and unfriendly. Every time I would come into this store and shop they would treat customer like they were bothering them if you asked a question. I have had several negative experiences here. I will not return to this store until they change out their staff. There is a young girl who works here which is the exception. She is very friendly and willing to help. Everyone else needs to be fired. If you want to go to a Gamestop where the employees are friendly and inviting go to the store on Fairmont next to Panera Bread.

Every time we go into the store, the employees are rude. A few months back my husband and sons went in asking about a game for the PS3 and they talked down on them because we havent upgraded to the PS4. And now, just right now, we were in asking about their store credit of $100 towards a PS4 or Xbox One if you trade in the PS3 and they employee said, Did you not read the sign? My husband said, thats why Im asking you. I will drive the extra 15 mins to the store on Fairmont. Never rude, always helpful. Not everyone spends their entire lives on games and not everyone knows everything about games. BTW, you can take your used games to Game Bros on Spencer and they will give you way more for your games.
