Close time its at 8. But you better get there at 7:30 the latest. They close early. But CLOSING TIME ITS AT 8!! So if you working and strugguling to get there before they close...dont even bother.They act like nobody its outside the door and ignore you!

We were Sprint customers and came in to get our account transferred to the T-Mobile side. JaNee, Amber, Matt and Felicia were beyond AWESOME!!! Due to the merger we had many challenges with our account. Between these four people we were able to upgrade and get everything transferred to T-Mobile. I joke that it felt like we were buying a car because it took over 5 hours to get everything worked out. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued and make sure we were happy with our selections and that all the equipment was working properly.

Just went inside the store to remove lines off my account and to claim insurance on my phone and they tell me they cant do none of that in store....Ive been plenty of times before and they helped me out seems like they just dont want to take the time and talk to their people and just make the customer do all the work...smh

Turned away and were told to sit in our vehicle but then when it was our turn to go in and be helped we were inside and then someone else came in and the person that was helping us stopped and started helping her. Didnt tell her she had to wait like we did and then he just ignored us so we left and will not go back.

Go in to get a replacement item for something thats under warranty. They dont have it in stock. Stand there for 15 minutes watching them try and order it. Two tablets and two laptops later theyre still unable to get the system to work.**UPDATE**10 months later I come in to get a replacement item for something that is under warranty. They dont have it in stock. They ask me to wait outside theyre at capacity but an officer pulls up and walks right in 2 minutes later. 10 minutes later once the place clears out they ask me what I need. Surprise! Surprise! The first tablet isnt connecting. Well go get another one They bring another tablet....oh were sorry sir this has actually been happening all day. We cant order you anything. Have a nice day. This place is an absolute joke. Ive been with T-mobile for the better half of 16 years. This location alone has made me want to leave for literally any other provider more than once.

Stop by T mobile over the weekend to find out information about a cellphone warranty.I talked to Christian, who was able to help me out with my questions, unfortunately I did not heard any good news. A few minutes after I left, Christian called me to let me know that he was looking more into my questions and he got some good news and if I could come back to the store. Im very glad I did, he was not just able to help me out with the warranty but he was able to drop my monthly cellphone bill.Thank you Christian!

The young woman here was very, very nice. She kept trying to sell me a more expensive plan on some far off claim of value. Im not an idiot. Otherwise, she was a kind young woman doing her job. I vouch for the integrity of this establishment on the level I put every other T-Mobile establishment. Decent, clean, respectful staff.

Horrible customer service, the guy (which is a key holder) did not want to help me with a known issue with my Note 5. He said they would charge 150 for a replacement (just wanted us to upgrade) wouldnt call a manager or refer to documents to resolve my problem, just pawned it off to the manager and said he would be in tomorrow. Called customer service and talked to a supervisor because I knew I was in the right and she looked up the document and found it right away! I worked for T-Mobile for a few years so I know my stuff. Needless to say I will be going back tomorrow and talking to the Manager and getting this resolved no thanks to the employees working there! If you are going to have keys to a store or even working there that means your supposed to be responsible for helping your customers to the best of your abilities. Sadly they just wanted the upgrade.

I was lied to 4 times by these people. ( Gerardo, Adam-manager, and Bobby). I wanted to buy a hot spot. They told me to save money I could do a soft credit check.- LIE it was a hard check. They told me the check would be good for 10 days - LIE. They told me to come back in 3 days and pay because of time constraints and he didnt have a hotspot device. Here I am (3 days later) and there is no WiFi hotspot device here- LIED to again and they are telling me I have to do a credit check again 3 days later. They said they were working today- LIE . I am here and they are not. I have zero tolerance for immoral unethical behavior. There was not one thing said in truthfulness to me. Very unhappy. This is why I do not give them any information and have stuck with a pre-paid account. I will continue to buy the minimum from them and not trust them. BEWARE and BE SMART.

1 particular sales associate is very clueless of what her job description is.. steadily asking inappropriate question to me and my husband..made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to step away. I went in for an upgrade and chose the iPhone 6s 64gb in rose gold. Everything went smoothly until I realized the salesman, who is also a manager, had given me the 16gb. He was getting ready to transfer data from my old phone to the new one. Knowing I was in a hurry, he told me to go ahead and take the 16gb for now bc they did not have any 64gb in stock. He said he would find one for me and have it brought to the store. Its been almost a month, Ive gone by the store any chance I get but I can never catch him bc of his hours and my schedule. Ive called and left several messages for him and another manager but have yet to receive one call back. I do not want to be stuck with this phone that I did not ask for, especially for how much Im paying. For that much money I am going to get exactly what I want. Hopefully after this review I will be able to get into contact with someone and get this resolved.
