I came in with my new iPhone12. My email was switched to Outlook email, because I use hotmail. I really hate Outlook & find it terribly difficult & confusing. My original hotmail format has been restored & I will be forever grateful! Thanks bunches!

The person that helped me was not very knowledgeable and wasn’t able to help with my issues, had to figure it out myself. Not gonna rat out their name though cause they are definitely underpaid and overworked. I blame management.

Two words. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The manager does not value his employees and aways wants to call someone in instead of showing up to fix the problem. He’s never there and expects the store to run its self.

People are great, even with a person being trained! Irritated that the satellite store wont let you apply things that you buy onto your bill, but its not there fault!

We evacuated to Deer Park from Lake Charles during Hurricane Laura. Our cell phone service was with Sprint which is down in Lake Charles because of the hurricane. I decided to switch my service to Verizon but I arrived at the store in LaPorte, Tx shortly before closing. Tayla was very helpful and even stayed until 8 to make sure our new phones were working properly and that we had everything we needed! I highly recommend Tayla and the LaPorte location.

October 31st purchase . December the 1st came in for warranty after 30 days was told nothing they could do.. joke will not return.

This place is not trust worthy they sold my girlfriend a glitching phone and gave her a hard time returning. She also got a tablet that was suppose to be $50 but charged $100. After 11 days she goes to use it and it was locked with someone else’s information on it. She’s trying to return it and they say no because her information is on it and the 30 days return policy turned to 14 days and she needs to pay a restocking fee for there mistakes. Plus if you go play with the display phones they glitch.

Dont recommend this place they charge for everything even sim cards which are free plus they cant even access your account to make any changes if you need service go to the corporate store on Fairmont they are more organized, informative & friendly plus no extra fees

Store employees are horrible and they try to sell you accessories for double the price of other retailers. Employee said he was going to transfer all my contact info and when I got home I found out that he lied to me. I will never step foot in this store again. I will visit an actual Verizon store in Pasadena where I am sure to get better treatment. Especially when you consider that Iphones are reaching the 1,000 price range these days. Adios A Wireless in Laporte!!!!!!

Went to this location after the hurricane to try and get a new phone. The service rep and manager were not helpful. Couldnt help me without a pin number. Id,ssc were not enough. After finally getting into my acct they offered me to add an additional line for a ridiculous amount and 45 mins of my day wasted. After getting fed up I went to the larger location on Fairmont where they were able to help me without a pin. The set up fees quotes feom this location were 3 times the price of the Fairmont location. I got my new phone added to my acct for 1/3 The price and less than 1/2 the time. Save yourself the time and dont go here. Go to the one on Fairmont and beltway. They get 5 stars not this place.

Lazy workers. Had a problem with my account and they just told me i had to call customer service because they couldnt help me. Ordered the new i phone 7 and they couldnt give me any information on the shipping date. After they told me that I left and decided to come back. It is now 6:09pm on a Wednesday and this place isnt supposed to close until 7pm. This is unacceptable.
